They used to have a very welcoming and open balcony but now they have moved it and TBH, it is quite unwelcoming and depressing. The staff doesn’t help in making it feel welcoming either because I don’t remember seeing a smile on any of their faces as we walked in. The shower area gets clogged and you are standing in dirty, soapy water as you shower. The a/c fan makes an unusually loud noise; the TV in the room did not work. The lighting by the vanity sink does not exist. The only silver lining was the staff at the breakfast place in the Spring restaurant on the first floor.

It’s an old property, carpet in hallway is super old and have a smell, rooms also have little smell which is usually common with old properties. Rooms were clean, staff is very helpful and friendly, service is great. Breakfast and in room dinning is also good. Property is safe as they scan everything that goes in hotel.

I stay at Radisson hotels all over the world. All are excellent, but this hotel is superb. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I would like to recognize superb customer service from the following employees, Harish the concierge who first and foremost was the best, Mohan, who I think is concierge also, Aziz the driver, Vishal in the Spring restaurant, also Narayan, Ardash, Bhavnik, also Pampush the chef in the Spring restaurant, and Priyanka at the front desk. All of them did an exemplary job.

Mosqiitos Everywhere. Mosquitos in rooms, elevator, breakfast area, lounge area...etc. This is NOT a 5 star hotel. It is a 3 star. Needs MAJOR .....MAJOR ... SUPER MAJOR investment or improvement. New paint, parts of stucco on the walls are falling off, clean area around swimming pool, warm up the pool.....etc. The rooms are outdated by a decade. Stay away.

No dining option as there is only one restaurant. One bubble lift is in disorder and they didn’t fix it even after complaint. I was trapped inside yesterday and another lady was trapped this morning. No enough front desk staff to serve people check in and out. Horrible stay.

Property is beautiful. rooms are gorgeous.Love the atrium. They have a great salon on the 2nd floor. There is also am awesome shopping mall with shoppers stop and W. Food is average and they don't have easy access to black coffee at the breakfast buffet which is a huge miss. The live music is terrible. I invited a few friends over for dinner and we could barely hear each other over the cacophony of a terrible singer Rooms are lovely and the bathrooms and showers are great . The sheets on the bed are wonderful as well. Staff is great but not properly utilized. Example there is always a q at the front desk.

The Radisson Dwarka provided a comfortable stay during my six nights. As I was there for visiting family the hotel was mainly used for sleep over and I didn’t have a chance to explore the surroundings, but I did dine at their buffet restaurant one evening. I ordered Indian from their a la carte menu and the food was well prepared and reasonable enough. Check-in and check-out were swift, although my 4 am arrival and 3 am departure would have contributed to the speed. Rooms were spotlessly cleaned each day. The two negatives for me was the wooden flooring which I find underwhelming. I feel a 5-star hotel should have plush carpeting would adds an extra touch of luxury and comfort. The other being it only had one restaurant onsite. At the very least a 5-star should have another dining option.
The Radisson Dwarka provided a comfortable stay during my six nights. The place is pretty close to the airport, the building itself looks nice and the main lobby is impressive, the price I paid was better than other similar hotel chains (in Delhi you can find 5 star hotels and 1/2 star hotels, not much in between) and the area was not unsafe. As for the negatives: - Room was extremely dirty and run down. There were exposed electrical wires and stains on the shower screen, bathroom floor and bed sides - Staff were pretty indifferent and tried to upsell me other services - Wifi was unstable and it logged me off at 7:30 am on the day of my departure - There are very limited dining areas around - Due to the circular layout of the building you can see inside others’ rooms, unless the thick (and dirty) curtains are pulled, but then there won’t be any light - Toiletries are poor quality - The hallway on the 4th floor smelled like mould and there was a mattress just dropped on the floor for 2 days Overall this is the worst Radisson hotel I have seen and I would definitely not recommend it.

Although it is a very nicely designed hotel, with friendly staff, time has taken a toll on it. The rooms need renovating as the wood has started to decay and the administration needs to program cleaning ASAP! Several items seem as from a horror movie (i.e. mold on the privacy curtain at the shower glass, huge stains and dirt on carpets and armchairs, old dust and garbage under furniture). It is simply unacceptable to have stained sheets and towels. Everyone was very willing to help but the offered service was just not clean enough :/ The buffet was nice both local and international flavors. Loved the omelet station and the pancakes!! Multiple sweet options, could have some more cold meats and cheeses. Decent location, not near everything as Delhi traffic is a problem but around a 30 min drive from the airport and city center.

Room furniture is very old. Room was not clean and there is mosquitoes very old towel. Staff is impolite and room service was very poor there is no any amenities. All staff is very careless they were ignored everything. Many time calls to receptionist they make excuses all the times. It was horrible experience I never been 5 star property like before radisson hotel overall experience was very worse. So I had waste money try to contact DM they always feel sorry but not any solution of problems. I spend a lot money but I felt very comfortable there was doing construction work which makes noise and disturbance to guest really too much hard for me can’t relax over there. I want to return but they were so impolite.

If you want to enjoy your trip, don’t book this hotel. Expensive but not worth holding the star rating. I entered the room and on the floor I found rest of food from the person before living there. The coffee cups had been used, the table was with grease and dirt covered and used napkins had been lying in the pantry area nice folded. Horrible experience, highlighting this to the staff I got only an Ok.

A very clean facility where I would have stayed longer (I stayed for about 5-6 nights) had their daily stay charges had not jumped up all of a sudden. Ther breakfast spread is heavily indianized though with a number of Indian breakfast items heavy with potatoes and starches.

I was surprised they confiscated my small music speaker on arrival and they were rude to explain it. I never had that issue all over the world hotels I stayed. I thought it was to prevent the noise but during night you can hear people talking loudly even 2am in the night. The walls are so thin you can hear the people talking outsides rooms were too small and uncomfortable.

So when is it ok for a 5* hotel or ANY hotel to have music blasting till 12.15am . I had food poison for the last 5 days all i wanted to rest before our 4am flight. No Chance. £200 for the pleasure for 2 nights of hell.

Bathroom was too small compared to all other Radisson Blu places. Mattress and comforter qualities are again debatable compared to all other Radisson Blu hotels. The hotel staff were good and I liked the hospitality. Overall I would rate 3.5/5

This is the worst Radisson hotel I have ever stayed, but like ever! 1. Staff not friendly. The staff is so rude and unpolite, they are not willing to help, anyone of them even smile at you 2. Money change. If you want to change money, please be very careful, they call to a guy who is not part of the hotel staff, with a very strange appearance, they ask you for your room number and they go directly to your room to make the transaction! Very weird. I have been a guest at this hotel several times. Most recently returning from a 7-night reservation. Restaurant for Bfast: It was enjoyable - clean and many options. The collective staff could be more focused - it seems they are running around (we asked several for a coffee for example on day and the responses were delayed) Laundry: was okay.. though frustrating that we requested items to be pressed (ie: Men's dress shirt) to be returned folded) Parking : kind, quick and professional Receptionist: great Fitness center: many options - lacks sanitizing options House Keeping: No issues at all - great staff - Challenges: The room access cards very rarely worked - resulting in us making many trips to the front desk for correction. To avoid an exhaustive reply here, the multiple Duty Managers lack the true authority to resolve any issues that arise. I requested a reasonable $50.00 USD concession due to this, after much discussion, a $10 credit was given. It appears to me, that the Senior level Managers or even day-to day Duty Managers do not value a customer experience. The hotel was abundantly busy with multiple conferences (4 at one time), so I think they thrive on volume vs. an individual experience. I stay at Radisson hotels all over the world. All are excellent, but this hotel is superb. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I would like to recognize superb customer service from the following employees, Harish the concierge who first and foremost was the best, Mohan, who I think is concierge also, Aziz the driver, Vishal in the Spring restaurant, also Narayan, Ardash, Bhavnik, also Pampush the chef in the Spring restaurant, and Priyanka at the front desk. I noticed the price gauging for hotel rooms; I was asking for 1 day extension and the room was available as we were allowed to extend our stay however at exceptionally high price. You can’t get hold of the manager managing the bookings. Felt exploited by pricing manipulation. Otherwise it’s a great property at a very good location.

Although it is a very nicely designed hotel, with friendly staff, time has taken a toll on it. The rooms need renovating as the wood has started to decay and the administration needs to program cleaning ASAP! Several items seem as from a horror movie (i.e. mold on the privacy curtain at the shower glass, huge stains and dirt on carpets and armchairs, old dust and garbage under furniture). It is simply unacceptable to have stained sheets and towels. Everyone was very willing to help but the offered service was just not clean enough :/ The buffet was nice both local and international flavors. Loved the omelet station and the pancakes!! Multiple sweet options, could have some more cold meats and cheeses. Decent location, not near everything as Delhi traffic is a problem but around a 30 min drive from the airport and city center.

The Radisson Dwarka provided a comfortable stay during my six nights. As I was there for visiting family the hotel was mainly used for sleep over and I didn’t have a chance to explore the surroundings, but I did dine at their buffet restaurant one evening. I ordered Indian from their a la carte menu and the food was well prepared and reasonable enough. Check-in and check-out were swift, although my 4 am arrival and 3 am departure would have contributed to the speed. Rooms were spotlessly cleaned each day. The two negatives for me was the wooden flooring which I find underwhelming. I feel a 5-star hotel should have plush carpeting would adds an extra touch of luxury and comfort. The other being it only had one restaurant onsite. At the very least a 5-star should have another dining option.

Room is clean, and well maintained. Easy checkin. I am disappointed with the dinner and breakfast service. All staffs in the restaurant were super busy, they don’t provide water, paper towels, Naans despite asking multiple times. Moreover their food stalls outside seems unclean, especially pasta stall where they have reusing the pan without proper washing. For the money they have charged, I was expecting top quality service but I have received unpleasant experience from the restaurant.

Lizards on 10th floor. The shower in some rooms has incorrect incline so water comes into the toilet area and sink flooding the whole bathroom instead of draining into the shower hole. Location is fabulous and convenient for food options and shopping. Really needs major renovations. They closed the pool area 1 day before my checkout because they had wedding/event preparations.
