This property was very clean, included upgraded furnishings, and had everything we needed. The owners had anticipated anything a guest might require. The property is pleasantly located on a body of water, was near necessary shopping and about 2 miles from historic Port Royal. We had a beautiful time having coffee on the deck, watching the tides ebb and flow, and enjoying this beautiful area. The neighborhood is very quiet and private. There is nothing lacking in this property that we can think of. (The condo is on the second floor so guests must be able to climb stairs.)

Very nice little condo, perfect for the two of us! Great view of Battery Creek and the marshes, both from inside the unit and from the nice deck off the living area. Very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable king bed, and nice bathroom. We were looking for a place to stay for a short visit to check out the Beaufort area as a possibility for a longer visit in the future. This worked out great.

The little condo is as advertised. Has everything you need. The four stars is not something anyone cold have improved. It was simply too hot to sit on deck, go to beach, etc. The furniture is comfortable. The dock right out back is off-limits. That is unfortunate. The price is competitive.

Our host made our getaway very comfortable and relaxing. Sandra treated us more like friends than tenants. She checked in with us after we arrived to make sure we were comfortable. The condo was so cozy, clean, and stocked with necessities and non-necessities… a container of snacks! From cooking to laundry to sitting enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony…everything was perfect and easy. We loved the quiet location away from the hustle and bustle just a few miles away. Our grandson surprised us with a visit while we were there, He was also impressed with the property and loved his days with us as well. Thank you so much, Sandra. This little condo on the creek was just perfect for our stay. We had a very pleasant couple of days and enjoyed the privacy and outdoor deck. Great view of Battery Creek. This place is now on our favorites list should our travels bring is back to the low country. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Battery Creek Retreat for 2 weeks as we explored Beaufort, Charleston, Savannah and all points in between. The location was perfect with easy access to highways up and down the coast. The property was very comfortable and accommodating. The sun rises were amazing. The living space is filled with daylight throughout the day. A very cheerful escape. We spotted dolphins and or porpoises off the new deck regularly. All the information needed was provided by the host in a timely manner. The area is rich of with amazing history and couture. We can’t say enough how much we enjoyed the property and location. Highly recommended.

Our condo was very nice and very clean. Decorated beautifully. We loved sitting on the back deck right at the water. We even saw dolphins. Our grandson graduated boot camp and we were five minutes from Parris Island. We now have a MARINE!!

We really enjoyed our vacation at your beautiful condo! The condo was perfect and had a wonderful view! And you really thought of everything. The peacefulness and quiet was exactly what we needed. And there are so many wonderful restaurants and activities in the area. One of our favorite restaurants is Q on Bay and then we enjoyed the swings at the waterfront afterwards. Thank you so much for a great getaway to enjoy our anniversary! We plan to come again soon.

Everything was great except for the bed. The memory foam mattress was comfortable, however the box springs underneath made the bed move around every time we moved. A solid type box might be a better option. We would definitely like to return and let others know about this little gem!

Had a wonderful stay at this very nice property. In town for Paris Island graduation. Excellent location for access to Paris Island as well as Beaufort dining. Absolutely recommend. Host was very responsive with questions and details for check in.

We stayed 12 nights and really enjoyed our time. The location of the condo is perfect, near a highway but not right on it. It overlooks Port Royal Sound so we were able to enjoy the sunrises each morning. We also enjoyed watching the tide coming and going and other sights associated with being located near water. We visited many historic and visitor site locations in Beaufort including Paris Island and the Penn Center. We enjoyed sampling a variety of local restaurants. We also spent a day in Savannah, another on Hilton Head Island and a third in Bluffton. One must see place to visit is the Cypress Wetlands located just minutes from the condo. It has a large pond and is a rookery for many different types of wading birds like egrets, storks, ibises, and various herons. The pond contains many alligators including one around 10 feet long. During our second visit we watched as a gator of about 8 feet grabbed a very large snapping turtle with a lot of splashing and tussling. Over a period of about 30 minutes, it gradually turned the turtle around so that it was in it's mouth headfirst at which point it swam off with smaller gators trailing behind hoping for a free meal. Sandra was a helpful host. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Three of us stayed one night in Battery Creek Retreat. The flat was cozy just like the pictures. We were able to sit outside and watch the boats and sunset prior to the rain coming in. It is a short drive from Beaufort and there are many restaurants in the area. Very close to Parris Island. All questions were answered quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Would highly recommend this property if you are attending any activities on the Marine Corp base. It is literally 2 minutes away & very convenient particularly for early morning Family Day or Graduation ceremonies. Condo was clean & comfortable, as well, as well suited with amenities. Only wish we had more time & better weather to enjoy the water view.

The unit is exactly as pictured and the view of Battery Creek is beautiful. The location is very convenient, especially if you’re wanting to visit both Beaufort and the surrounding sea islands.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and had all the comforts of home. Beautiful view of Battery Creek and we did see some dolphins during our stay. Great location and close to many places you may want to visit. We even took a cruise from Hilton Head to Savannah for the day. We will certainly be back.

We stayed 12 nights and really enjoyed our time. The location of the condo is perfect, near a highway but not right on it. It overlooks Port Royal Sound so we were able to enjoy the sunrises each morning. We also enjoyed watching the tide coming and going and other sights associated with being located near water. We visited many historic and visitor site locations in Beaufort including Paris Island and the Penn Center. We enjoyed sampling a variety of local restaurants. We also spent a day in Savannah, another on Hilton Head Island and a third in Bluffton. One must see place to visit is the Cypress Wetlands located just minutes from the condo. It has a large pond and is a rookery for many different types of wading birds like egrets, storks, ibises, and various herons. The pond contains many alligators including one around 10 feet long. During our second visit we watched as a gator of about 8 feet grabbed a very large snapping turtle with a lot of splashing and tussling. Over a period of about 30 minutes, it gradually turned the turtle around so that it was in it's mouth headfirst at which point it swam off with smaller gators trailing behind hoping for a free meal. Sandra was a helpful host. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Everything in the condo worked and there was everything needed and even some things left from previous guests, like a few keurig pods to get us started without having to miss the first morning coffee. There are numerous grocery stores in the area, including a Food Lion across the street, but also Walmart, Publix, etc in the vicinity. The location is easy access to go up to Port Royal for dinners and on into Beufort or down to Hunting Park for the beaches.

We stayed at the Battery Creek Retreat for 2 weeks as we explored Beaufort, Charleston, Savannah and all points in between. The location was perfect with easy access to highways up and down the coast. The property was very comfortable and accommodating. The sun rises were amazing. The living space is filled with daylight throughout the day. A very cheerful escape. We spotted dolphins and or porpoises off the new deck regularly. All the information needed was provided by the host in a timely manner. The area is rich of with amazing history and couture. We can’t say enough how much we enjoyed the property and location. Highly recommended.

Three of us stayed one night in Battery Creek Retreat. The flat was cozy just like the pictures. We were able to sit outside and watch the boats and sunset prior to the rain coming in. It is a short drive from Beaufort and there are many restaurants in the area. Very close to Parris Island. All questions were answered quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Had a wonderful stay at this very nice property. In town for Paris Island graduation. Excellent location for access to Paris Island as well as Beaufort dining. Absolutely recommend. Host was very responsive with questions and details for check in.

This place is a gem! Clean and cozy with absolutely everything you need - including charging cables. The location is perfect for exploring the area with a pretty view of Battery Creek and, the owner provided many great restaurant suggestions. Also, Parris Island is a stones throw. I hope to return for another stay.

We really enjoyed our vacation at your beautiful condo! The condo was perfect and had a wonderful view! And you really thought of everything. The peacefulness and quiet was exactly what we needed. And there are so many wonderful restaurants and activities in the area. One of our favorite restaurants is Q on Bay and then we enjoyed the swings at the waterfront afterwards. Thank you so much for a great getaway to enjoy our anniversary! We plan to come again soon.

From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. The hosts gave very specific details about everything. From directions to the location (with a video), how to enter through the gate, entering the premises with the code, how to lock up properly. I msg'd them a couple times and they replied instantly. We were there for our son's Bootcamp graduation and this couldn't be any closer to the entrance to the base. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. Great location, great hosts!!!

The place is perfect for a visit to Parris Island. It truly is only 3 minutes from the USMC Recruit Depot!It was perfect for 2 people. The view is stunning and the neighborhood is quiet. We went for the USMC Graduation and this place couldn’t have been more perfect for our visit. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and responded swiftly. I would HIGHLY recommend this property.
