We really liked our stay here. The check in instructions were very clear and the room was exactly as pictured in the listing. The coffee machine and water cooler were really handy and there is also a fridge. The area is quiet but there are plenty of food options. The train station was only 15 minutes walk and the coliseum was around 5-10 minutes walk.

Host was rude in communications. Harsh language, not suitable for a host. Advertisement says free parking at less than 500 meters away but this is false. All three beds we could feel the matress springs and could not sleep well. Code to get in sometimes worked and sometimes didn´t. Room and bathroom were clean and location is good.

Até ao momento de check-in não tinha informações nenhumas, quando cheguei a casa liguei e mandei mensagem e fiquei mais de 30 min à espera. Não há estacionamento gratuito nas redondezas (apenas não se paga durante a noite, entre as 20h noite e 8h manhã) e na rua é muito difícil encontrar. O anúncio refere um microondas partilhado, que quando questionei disseram ser um erro. A internet estava sempre a ir abaixo e com má ligação. Durante a estadia fui comunicando com o responsável sobre estas dúvidas, que respondeu sempre de forma rude e pouco disponível. Não aconselho o local

c’était superbe!! deux lits propre avec balcon, une belle atmosphère avec les led rouges et de belles couleurs! Une salle de bain partagée mais très propre et grande. Confortable, accueillante, je conseille! très bel emplacement en plus!

The hotel is carefully designed: all rooms are different; all roomms are nice. It is fully automate = not staff present; but that didn't matter, everything worked perfect. There is even coffee, the, refrigirator - for a quick breakfeast before heading to the city, or a bike tour of Valpoliciella. Close to the railway station, close to the arena! A/C might be under dimentioned for a summer in Verona.

A reasonably priced and charming little guest house in a great location, close to the sights and the train station. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. No reception, check in is online, you receive a code for the door, and they leave an envelope with your key in the entrance. There is a little coffee machine on the first floor and you can leave your bags there. My only issue was the shared bathroom! I would not have booked here if I had realised that was the case, an en suite is an essential for me.

Super clear check-in instructions which was provided before arrival, fab location near the shops and sites but without the noise ! Appreciate the coffee (paper cups are a little dinky and not sustainable), water cooler and access to a fridge. WiFi worked fine during my visit despite a notice saying otherwise.

A very well situated property, eveything is suoer close to the accommodation. We went to the arena to watch aida, which was an astonishing venue. The accommodation itself is on a lovely row of houses and hotels on a quiet street just off thr main strip really. There is a tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge on the second floor . We shopped at aldi during the day for food and ate well in the evenings at local restaurants , trattorias and osterias. We also brought wine at conad stores on our travels throughout italy , a little tip for any fellow travellers ..the 2-5 euro wines arent nasty, infact many of them are quaffable. If you are a more discerning wine drinker however i can highly recommend popping in to eat and drink at signorvino verona . The bathrooms at this property are clean and we witnessed a cleaner there daily who is very friendly . No fuss hotel, very good accommodation, we shall be returning to verona and this hotel too.

Although the property electrical wiring may need some maintenance as the fridge and TV was not working; the electrical connection was attached to same plug socket. It would have been better if the property provided a kettle so that hot drinks can be made. But overall, it was a pleasant & comfortable experience.

Si trova in una posizione molto comoda, vicino all’Arena e ad altre attrazioni turistiche. Sono arrivato in autobus da un’altra città e anche la fermata dei pullman a lunga percorrenza è raggiungibile a piedi. Le strutture sono un po’ datate, ma la pressione dell’acqua della doccia è adeguata e la biancheria e gli asciugamani sono puliti e confortevoli. Anche il check-in e il check-out sono stati rapidi e senza problemi.

L'appartement n'etait pas situé à l'adresse fournie, mais dans une autre rue adjacente, beaucoup plus bruyante et passagère. Nous n'avions recu aucune information la veille de notre reservation (tel qu'indiqué dans la confirmation expedia), nous avons du appeler le proprietaire. Enfin le sol de l'appartement n'etait pas propre, et le robinet de la cuisine fuyait.

Great little place to stay for a relatively low price. Had everything that was needed for a relaxing stop in Verona. Comfy bed, bathroom etc. shower was small but nothing surprising if you’ve travelled Europe before. Great location, very short walk to Piazza Bra/Arena de Verona. I would stay again and recommend if this suits your situation.

Really easy check-in process and comfy room located in a central location in Verona. The room was clean and cosy, however the walls are super thin so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. I awoke to I am guessing the manager of the property on the phone to someone right outside my door telling them they "you are clearly not very educated, stop calling and enquire about your reservation on email".Which wasn't the wake up call I would have liked.

Foi uma hospedagem razoável. O isolamento acústico não é nada bom, então consegui ouvir conversa e até o despertador do quarto ao lado. Tinha uma família no quarto acima do nosso que fez muito barulho, arrastando coisas e correndo..não sei como conseguiram fazer tanto barulho e arrastar tanta coisa num quarto de hotel. Felizmente só ficamos uma noite e não indico esse hotel.
Foi uma hospedagem razoável. O isolamento acústico não é nada bom, então consegui ouvir conversa e até o despertador do quarto ao lado. Tinha uma família no quarto acima do nosso que fez muito barulho, arrastando coisas e correndo..não sei como conseguiram fazer tanto barulho e arrastar tanta coisa num quarto de hotel. Felizmente só ficamos uma noite e não indico esse hotel.

We really liked our stay here. The check in instructions were very clear and the room was exactly as pictured in the listing. The coffee machine and water cooler were really handy and there is also a fridge. The area is quiet but there are plenty of food options. The train station was only 15 minutes walk and the coliseum was around 5-10 minutes walk.

El lugar muy lindo, bien decorado, limpio, me enviaron un correo con un codigo de acceso equivocado, llame y no me contestaron, afortunadamente llego otro huesped y me dejo acceder. Se comparte un baño con otra habitacion lo unico que no me gusto es que todo esta junto, lavamanos, inodoro y ducha. En mi caso me todo esperar varias veces estando enferma del estomago porque los otros huespedes se bañaban y tomaban su tiempo, aunque no es culpa del hotel podrian seria genial si separan la ducha del inodoro. Asi seria mas practico. Hay cafe y agua siempre.

Host was rude in communications. Harsh language, not suitable for a host. Advertisement says free parking at less than 500 meters away but this is false. All three beds we could feel the matress springs and could not sleep well. Code to get in sometimes worked and sometimes didn´t. Room and bathroom were clean and location is good.

The experience would have been good if it wasn`t due to the fact that the attention was terrible from the very first moment I arrived to the place (my worst experience in 16 years). Imagine this user experience -> most of the info shown in Expedia was not correct, check in time was wrong, reception was not available 24 hs, it was not possible to leave any pieces of luggage before official check in.. all those points were clearly comminicated to me as "valid ones" via Expedia. Worst thing -> I arrived at 05 AM, considering the points from Expedia someone should`ve been available at reception, but it was not the case, furthermore, there was a phone number to call and the person who took my call, Luigi, simply said the info on Expedia was all wrong, this is not a hotel (BTW, I had never said it was a hotel), wait until 14 hs and come back.. all this with a terrible tone of voice.. then that was it, I got terribly sick as it was super cold.. If you are an user, do not trust the info in wikipedia, furthermore, in case you still go to this place do not expect at all a good attention (if you are lucky you avoid getting a cold :-) )...

Appreciate the coffee (paper cups are a little dinky and not sustainable), water cooler and access to a fridge. WiFi worked fine during my visit despite a notice saying otherwise.

A very well situated property, eveything is suoer close to the accommodation. We went to the arena to watch aida, which was an astonishing venue. The accommodation itself is on a lovely row of houses and hotels on a quiet street just off thr main strip really. There is a tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge on the second floor . We shopped at aldi during the day for food and ate well in the evenings at local restaurants , trattorias and osterias. We also brought wine at conad stores on our travels throughout italy , a little tip for any fellow travellers ..the 2-5 euro wines arent nasty, infact many of them are quaffable. If you are a more discerning wine drinker however i can highly recommend popping in to eat and drink at signorvino verona . The bathrooms at this property are clean and we witnessed a cleaner there daily who is very friendly . No fuss hotel, very good accommodation, we shall be returning to verona and this hotel too.

Great little place to stay for a relatively low price. Had everything that was needed for a relaxing stop in Verona. Comfy bed, bathroom etc. shower was small but nothing surprising if you’ve travelled Europe before. Great location, very short walk to Piazza Bra/Arena de Verona. I would stay again and recommend if this suits your situation.

旧市街の中心まで1本道で行けて、とても便利でした。立地がとてもいいです。部屋も綺麗に装飾されていて、快適に過ごすことができました。近くに大きなスーパーがあるので、そこで買い物もでき、評価のいいレストランも何軒か近くにあります。施設には、フリードリンクが用意されており、また、オペラフェスティバル用のクッションの貸し出しもあったりと、とても良かったです。夜中にオペラが終わっても、治安を気にすることなく、安全に帰ってこれました！大変満足のいく滞在でした。

The property is clean and close to the centre; 15 mins walk from the train station. Although the property electrical wiring may need some maintenance as the fridge and TV was not working; the electrical connection was attached to same plug socket. It would have been better if the property provided a kettle so that hot drinks can be made. But overall, it was a pleasant & comfortable experience.

Really bad experience, paid for breakfast and kitchen was supposed to be under remodeling, and no true, asked for an alternative and no offered and not even a refund, asked for the ac to be on and they hide the remote control and reason given because it was no summer, very bad hotel and experience, zero customer service.

The hotel is carefully designed: all rooms are different; all roomms are nice. It is fully automate = not staff present; but that didn't matter, everything worked perfect. There is even coffee, the, refrigirator - for a quick breakfeast before heading to the city, or a bike tour of Valpoliciella. Close to the railway station, close to the arena! A/C might be under dimentioned for a summer in Verona.

Had to leave the next day (despite booking for 3 days ) extreme case of bed bugs and going by reviews this isn’t the first time ! Other rooms were booked and so they couldn’t offer me another bed and owner failed to underhand that changing bed sheets won’t make a difference . I tried calling and hotels.com tried calling and he claims nobody every reached out ! Luckily I had screenshots of even hotels.com confirming he didn’t answer the phone when they tried to call . Hotels.com also confirmed he is refusing the refund the 3 day stay so now going down the legal route ! Luckily other guests complaining of same issue on the website and my extensive videos and images of bugs including the bites to me body as well as hotels.coms confirmation that it isn’t acceptable and that they also tried to contact owner on the evening of the issue without success means legally recovering the full cost is simply as you can’t charge but then fail to provide a clean safe bedroom ! Whilst I know the owner didn’t invent the concept of bed bugs he clearly isn’t open to educating himself on the correct way to fix the problem as the reviews from other guests with the same issue span months ! And no doubt he will have more guests in that poor bedroom !!! So unless you want a sleepless night being bitten and having bugs crawling in your bed and over your body I would give this place a miss ! Because no way is it acceptable or ok !!
