It hadnt stayed at a Hilton in a long while. We chose this location for the EV charging, but everything else was great as well. Room comfortable and clean. Restaurant food was outstanding, my qife and I enjoyed a cocktail from the bar as well. Very nice stay.

Pleasant stay and reception changed my room due to noise from other room. Only problem was the beds were too hard for our personal opinion. Nice firepit to sit around in the evening when it was getting cold.

There was not coffee available 24/7. It stopped at the end of breakfast. Also the rooms were not cleaned well each day that we stayed. The pool bathroom was not clean. No towels had to ask for pool towels. You need a 24 hour coffee bar open downstairs in the winter when it’s cold outside. Also breakfast should be included in the hotel price.

We stayed here during an unexpected bit of winter weather traveling home from a paddle racing event. The front desk staff kindly offered to let us store my surfski in an unused conference room overnight, lest the tie-downs freeze solid and delay our departure the next morning. The room and facility was immaculately clean. The bathroom was showing its age a bit but nothing that would prevent a reasonable person from enjoying their stay and being comfortable here. The bed was particularly good.

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Springfield, MO, as I had a medical procedure nearby the next morning. The location was convenient, about 15 minutes from the hospital. The front desk gentleman that was working Friday night 8-11-2023 was very rude and not helpful at all. He was condescending and just not nice. I have stayed here many times over the past few years for work and have never been treated this way before. Something needs to change.

Power outage last day, no a/c or charging devices, no use of tv, staff didn’t seem to care, no offer of discount, storm was out of their control but when you don’t get what you’re paying for a discount should be applied.

Everything was good except for the service in the evening in the cafe and bar area. Food was good, pizza and wings were great!! The morning servers Jean and Julie were great and always very helpful and cheerful. Saturday evening after waiting a long time about (30mins) before we were waited on I guess because we were not drinkers at the bar. we finally got a menu then finally ordered food (burgers) which were not done. After waiting for another (20-25mins) to get our check we had to go up to bar to pay our bill, at which time we waited again then the register crashed the server said she had never seen that code before, after along and embarrassing 20-30 minutes we were told to go to front desk to pay our bill which we did without any issue. Upon check out Sunday 5/5/24 front desk computer crashed we couldn't get a receipt. Corporate needs to do something about computer system. Also housekeeping needs a refresher course in cleaning bathrooms they didn't pick up our wet wash clothes in bathtub or leave new ones had to ask for wash clothes at front desk after the issue of paying dinner bill

I searched on Hotels.com for the room with "breakfast included" in the filter. We were surprised that we were given a bill of 20.01 for a continental breakfast with not many choices. We would not have eaten there if we knew it was not included.
