I stayed here with my husband. It is a nice hotel. The staff were friendly enough but we had come from another hotel in Marrakesh and compared to that hotel, the customer service wasn’t as good. We arrived around 4pm I believe and the room wasn’t ready so we had a little wait in the lobby, maybe 15-30mins. I have VIP perks with Expedia but didn’t feel that gave me anything at this hotel (I hadn’t checked if I’d be entitled to anything). The bars in the hotel were nice and the hotel is beside a bowling alley which was fun. Great location. The pool was unfortunately quite dirty in the morning (10/11am) I was expecting someone would have used a net to get out some of the bits (maybe they do this later in the day?) but we tried to ignore that so we could still have a swim. Finally, on our final day we gave our luggage in to be put on in the store room. We arrived back around 3hrs later and the bags were still in the lobby where anyone could have taken them. Seems they were forgotten? Our suite was really nice and the robes were great quality. I doubt we’d stay again but we did have a nice stay in a lovely room.

Fantastic place with free WiFi, lovely staff members and the hotel had everything we needed. Breakfast was included, boarding passes were printed for us to get home (as they need to be a paper copy), staff were always on hand to help with anything necessary. The hotel had food, a gym, a spa, a pool with rooms with air conditioning, a mini fridge, showers and balconies. The rooms were frequently checked and items always changed over. An amazing hotel with a bowling alley next door. Food is fantastic at the hotel and is a great price! Would highly recommend. It’s only a 20 minute drive from the airport.

Pool Bar waiter customer service outstanding. Unfortunately hotel was being renovated around pool area/breakfast area which was chaotic at breakfast time and unhygienic (birds eating bread/pastries from outside buffet area. Room was overlooking a noisey building site. Room number was confusing as 2 rooms with same number just different areas. Woken up by doors slamming down corridor all through night and early morning so had a very poor night sleep( doors should have closers on them). room maid knocked on door at 6.50 am which was unacceptable.

I stayed at Grand Plaza for 3 days with my 3-year-old and had an excellent experience. The breakfast was delicious, room service was prompt, the spa was relaxing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was top-notch — would definitely stay again!

Great hotel facilities and lovely bar. Only complaint was the poor quality of the breakfast - poor selection, cold and the self serve outside meant the birds kept picking at bread. Also the staff were not very attentive at breakfast time.

The room was warm and the air conditioner could not change the temp. I told the front desk who said they would send someone, hours later they had not arrived. Went to desk again, they sent maintenance who said they fixed it, but it did not change. Requested a room change but was told they did not have another room, so I asked for fans. They said they would send them. An hour later they had not so I went to the desk again to wait for electric fans. We stayed at this hotel because it is right across from the train station and we had an early train in the morning. On the plus side, they did pack our included breakfast to take with us. It is a large bust hotel. For the same or less money you can get a smaller Riad with much better customer service.

Grand Plaza gave me a lovely big quiet room overlooking the pool with sunny balcony both am. and pm. room 526. Spacious and well appointed with excellent power shower you could sit under. Only niggles were that the pillows were extremely bulky and laundry cost me nearly £40!!

The property was not that bad, nice food and large pool. The staff checked us in late evening and the AC was not working in our room. Staff stated it would be okay in a hour or so. After a tough night we asked staff again who stated that an engineer would sort it. Again a full day wasted waiting at the hotel as our room was getting its AC serviced. We then had to check out the following day and find another hotel as the AC was not getting any better and we were just getting the run around by staff. After a long chat with the management they did finally agree to reimburse us for the days we were not staying but nothing towards the two days wasted at the hotel.

La chambre était impeccable les serviettes et peignoir super doux ! nous avons était surclassé et nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce geste et surtout l’espace de la suite qui était juste parfaite très propre et spacieuse . Le personnel disponible à l’écoute et top . Le petit déjeuner top rien à dire. Parking avec gardiennage très bien également.

While the breakfast was good, other meal services (dinner) were extremely poor, aspect of service quality completely missing. Housekeeping service also poor, no tea coffee & towels left in room. Had to request at least 4 times before delivered to room. No one in the front office was willing to listen. The mgt. as well as staff need quality customer service.

What great hotel! It was a win, win all around! My friend and I had the best time. We had an upgrade to a pool view room which I would definitely book if I return! The staff are so kind and helpful- everyone says hello as the pass you and can’t do enough for you. They printed our boarding passes for us too and nothing was too much trouble. The room was gorgeous and spacious! It was clean and the towels fresh everyday- even if you don’t put them to be changed. The toiletries (shower gel, soap, etc.) smell divine! We were in a great location but probably didn’t utilise this enough but it is about a 35-minute walk to the main square and it is over the road from the train station. Would stay here again without hesitation! ❤️☺️☀️ The only thing I would do differently is arrange my own airport shuttle which I did on the return to the airport. We were charged 300 dirhams, but realistically, it should be approximately 150ish.

Very nice Gaff, just across the road from the Opera house, Train Station and Bus Station, what’s not to like, if ya good on ya feet The Medina is only 30 minutes walking and you go through some good shopping on Route, and it has a Banging Breakfast, what’s not to like, stayed a few times.

Everything was on point very central near railway walking distance to Medina (I like to walk) make sure you book room to face pool think rooms looking out on may thoroughfare maybe noisy although double door mechanism. Good breakfast selection. I made mistake of not booking an adults only hotel that wasnt fault of hotel though

Balcon avec le sol fendu, tâches de moisissures, tâche d'infiltration d'eau, palissade en carton prés de la piscine, des prix annoncés faux (ex. 3x le prix pour le taxi) un petit déjeuner où il faut être au coudes à coudes avec les cars de touristes... et un personnel qui en fait trop mais jamais l'essentiel. En résumé très loin des standards et de la qualité auquel on pourrait s'attendre.
