We are a strictly 18+ property. Recommended ages for dorm rooms is 18 to 35. We would advise booking a private room (where available) if outside of this age range for your own comfort. Please Note: Our reception is closed on the 25th December. You will not be able to check in or out on that date. Payment for all reservations made between 24th December & 2nd of January will be taken when the booking is made and are NON REFUNDABLE. If the credit card is invalid or insufficient funds you have 72 hours to update your details otherwise your booking will be cancelled. CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR’S: All bookings between 23rd December and 2nd January are NON-REFUNDABLE and are subject to a 10 night minimum stay. Payment will be processed within 72 hours of booking and if the card cannot be charged then your booking will be cancelled. Please also note that our reception will be closed to arrival and departures between 23rd December and 2nd January: no check-ins or outs will be allowed during this time. If your booking contains a check in/out scheduled for those dates then it will be subject to immediate cancellation.
