The appartment itself was clean, bright and had everything we needed in term of furnishings and kitchen equipment. Air con worked well. Gardens and pool areas were well maintained. It was quite a hilly walk from the main road to the appartment block (ours wasn't the highest), but not too far. We were able to walk to the beach and to Port Adventura so the hotel was well situated.

The appartment itself was clean, bright and had everything we needed in term of furnishings and kitchen equipment. Air con worked well. Gardens and pool areas were well maintained. It was quite a hilly walk from the main road to the appartment block (ours wasn't the highest), but not too far. We were able to walk to the beach and to Port Adventura so the hotel was well situated.

Condominio com vários apartamentos, estacionamento (pago) e com jardins com piscina. As casas são modernas, mas frias (fui na época baixa e o apartamento não deve estar com uma ocupação alta) e com algumas zonas com humidade. Existe estacionamento ao lado do alojamento. Boa relação qualidade/preço.

Todo muy bien. El apartamento estaba muy limpio a la llegada y en un buen estado en general. Aire acondicionado que funciona a la perfección. Para poner un pero, las camas pequeñas chirrían mucho y en la grande se notan los muelles, pero nada que prive el descanso. En el conjunto de apartamentos hay dos piscinas y cada una de ellas es lo suficientemente grande como para que quepa todo el mundo. Igual en los meses fuertes del verano está algo más saturada, pero ahora no hemos tenido ningún problema. Estaría bien que hubiera algunas hamacas más, ya que con 10 se hace corto. El personal de recepción muy amable. Al marcharse sólo hay que dejar la cocina limpia y recogida y la basura tirada. El resto de la limpieza está incluida. La zona es muy tranquila, rodeada de verde, a unos 15 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. Los apartamentos tienen aparcamiento cubierto de pago (9 euros/día) y hay un aparcamiento al lado (creo que 4 euros/día) pero buscando un poco se puede encontrar aparcamiento gratuito. Precio muy competitivo. Seguro que repetimos.

La résidence est calme et idéalement située à proximité du cœur de Salou. Les piscines sont un plus mais mériteraient un bon coup de jeune. Le stationnement est payant alors que chaque bâtiment comporte un sous-sol avec autant de places que de logements. Les appartements sont fonctionnels, spacieux et très bien équipés (lave linge, lave vaisselle climatisation, TV en français….). En revanche, le mobilier et la literie sont vieillissants (états moyens, tachés…), aussi l’insonorisation des appartements est médiocre.

La résidence est calme et idéalement située à proximité du cœur de Salou. Les piscines sont un plus mais mériteraient un bon coup de jeune. Le stationnement est payant alors que chaque bâtiment comporte un sous-sol avec autant de places que de logements. Les appartements sont fonctionnels, spacieux et très bien équipés (lave linge, lave vaisselle climatisation, TV en français….). En revanche, le mobilier et la literie sont vieillissants (états moyens, tachés…), aussi l’insonorisation des appartements est médiocre.

Poubelles et dévideurs metals de la salle de bain rouillés. Tête de lit s'est décroché du mur le premier soir et une fenêtre ne fermait pas, mais le personnel a vite réagit pour qu'un technicien vienne réparer.

The buildings and the area are in a vergy good shape with a modern apperience, but...the rooms are really low budget regarding furniture und condition. If you get there by car, take the parkinglots they are offering, cause its really worth it. The Hotel is dogfriendly (Salou is not at all) but they charge 12€ per day, what is too much for that kind of "hotel" Overall good for the money and worth a try

Tres bel appart hotel, tout confort. Bien entretenu. Garage un peu etrique dacces. Seul bemol, caution debitee du compte et restituee 10 jours apres le depart.

Séjour de 3 nuits en famille en février. Literie très confortable,mais appartement mal insonorisé. Appartement très fonctionnel bien équipé. Après... on sent le logement vieillissant, voilages manquants, brises vues défectueux fissures aux murs, tâches d'usures sur le tissu du canapé mais rien de bien méchant et surtout, le ménage général est bien fait. Grande terrasse qui doit être pratique en saison. Personnel à l'accueil sympathique. Chambre avec vue sur route/garage pas terrible mais compte tenu du prix payé, logique de ne pas avoir mieux. Possibilité d'avoir une meilleure exposition en supplément. Proximité de PortAventura particulièrement appréciable. Par contre en pleine saison, vue la capacité du complexe ce n'est pas ici qu'il faut chercher le calme.

Very dirty floors ( looks like never been cleaned) or feets was black even with socks on after day 1, also lots of dog hairs and some dirtiness on walls, not happy as we was with an infant. Blocked kitchen sink ( repaired after we reported it). But bedding was changed and clean,beds comfy overall. Room attendant was rude. Receptionists friendly.Never used an Aircon as not needed ( time of season) Family friendly. Cleanliness very very poor.

La llegada fuera de horario es un poco engorrosa, pues aunque es práctico el uso de claves que previamente recibimos es medio enredado el proceso. El parking pago es verdaderamente incómodo de acceder con un coche grande. El sofa cama muy deteriorado, al punto que tuvimos que tirar el colchón al suelo. Los baños los encontramos sucios.

Séjour effectué dans 2 logements. Le 1er au rdc ne correspondait pas à celui réservé, il était sale, les volets etaient cassés. Il était présenté comme un logement avec un lit double et deux lits simples, cj'etait en fait un lit simple et un lit d'appoint sans aucun co fort, non fait, sale. A la reception, on nous déclare simplement que cela correspond à la typologie du logement réservé et que les photos correspondent à d'autres appartements, au même prix, présents dans les étages. Il a fallu demander un remboursement complet pour qu'on nous propose de nous changer d'appartement, pas avant le lendemain puisque la résidence était complète. Concernant le 2eme appartement, correspondant à l'appartement réservé, très confortable mais il ne faut pas regarder dans le détail. Machine à laver ne fonctionnant qu'à moitié, propreté aléatoire, équipements manquants en cuisine. En dédommagement, on m'a seulement rembourser le parking "sécurisé" qui est en fait tout le temps ouvert. Je ne recommande vraiment pas.

Había reservado para ir a Port aventura con mi sobrino como regalo y ese finde daban lluvias y advertencia de no salir en coche innecesariamente y contacte con los apartamentos que se negaron a cambiarme la fecha aunque tuviera que pagar la diferencia de tarifa Fueron rotundos y nada flexibles teniendo en cuenta las circunstancias En resumen pagamos pero no aparecimos Han perdido cliente. porque hemos ido mucho a Pierre vacances de Blanes

We arrived at 4:30pm to everything locked and closed we were unable to get into the apartment block and rang the number on the closed gate and nobody answered we tried several times. Eventually we had to find alternative accommodation all this after a 6 hour drive

The apartment was spacious, clean and very well located to get to PortAventura. I had to do a late check-in but the communication was really clear and the instructions very easy to follow.

There was no communication regarding check in. We attempted to contact the Property but never got a response. Fortunately we went to the hotel of the same chain and they told us how to do the check in. Checkin is scheduled as of 4pm but the staff leaves at 5pm- it makes no sense. They required the stay to be paid in cash with no previous notice of this requirement. so we had to find an atm in order to be able to get our room. At check out you are Required to clean the kitchen and take your garbage out to the street even tho it includes a cleaning service. I would not go back.

Todo genial. La única pega es que nos ofrecieron el checkout a las 14 y el último día a última hora (11:30) nos dicen que no, que debemos entregar el apartamento a las 12! Siendo que habíamos confirmado el checkout más tarde y con 4 niños pequeños! Tuvimos que salir casi corriendo de allí.

The appartment itself was clean, bright and had everything we needed in term of furnishings and kitchen equipment. Air con worked well. Gardens and pool areas were well maintained. It was quite a hilly walk from the main road to the appartment block (ours wasn't the highest), but not too far. We were able to walk to the beach and to Port Adventura so the hotel was well situated.

La résidence est calme et idéalement située à proximité du cœur de Salou. Les piscines sont un plus mais mériteraient un bon coup de jeune. Le stationnement est payant alors que chaque bâtiment comporte un sous-sol avec autant de places que de logements. Les appartements sont fonctionnels, spacieux et très bien équipés (lave linge, lave vaisselle climatisation, TV en français….). En revanche, le mobilier et la literie sont vieillissants (états moyens, tachés…), aussi l’insonorisation des appartements est médiocre.

Es la segunda vez que visitamos las instalaciones. Consideramos que tiene la ubicación perfecta, fuera del núcleo central de la zona comercial pero tan solo a escasos minutos a pie de ésta. Playa a 15m a pie.Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y en perfecto estado de conservación. La atención de su personal tanto de recepción como de atención telefónica es profesional y muy resolutiva. En esta ocasión y por una incidencia hicimos el check-in fuera del horario comercial y nos atendieron con una excelente profesionalidad.

Lovely place to stay and the staff were very friendly. Nice and quiet too and away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Would stay here again. Just some small maintenance needed in the apartment as some tiles on the floor were loose but otherwise a great standard.

Felt that although the property represented good overall value that it lets itself down with a few elements. Firstly, ants were everywhere. Better fumigation needed and grout needs to be applied to open holes were ants come into the apartment from. There were literally 50+ some nights in the bathrooms Secondly, the check in was poor..we were stuck outside the property for 20 minutes as noone was in reception. Finally, didn't sleep well. Bed was rock hard not enough pillows

Very dirty floors ( looks like never been cleaned) or feets was black even with socks on after day 1, also lots of dog hairs and some dirtiness on walls, not happy as we was with an infant. Blocked kitchen sink ( repaired after we reported it). But bedding was changed and clean,beds comfy overall. Room attendant was rude. Receptionists friendly.Never used an Aircon as not needed ( time of season) Family friendly. Cleanliness very very poor.
