Make sure to get clarity on the airport shuttle if your taking it. There is no shuttle-they use cabs as of now. Also if you are in the residence inn you have to go over to the other inn attached to catch the cab. We were not informed of any of this and made for a stressful morning!

All the staff - from maintenance and housekeeping to desk and bar staff - were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best complimentary hotel breakfast I ever had through my 50 years. The area is not near the major attractions but there is a variety of good restaurants in the immediate vicinity, including on the property. It’s perfect for quick trips to Calgary if you’re not a tourist and close to the airport with a decent shuttle service. The property has an abundance of outside spaces, including a wrap-around deck outside the pool and outdoor dining and socializing areas. The only drawback to this expansive outdoor space is the air traffic but what would you expect near an airport?

Great friendly staff, airport shuttle easy to book and grab. Breakfast has many options and was great. We arrived late in the evening and appreciated the dinner options in the lobby fridge. Room was clean and spacious. The only small thing that I can think of is the TV remote in our room wasn’t working correctly. Overall great experience, would book again.

Voyage familiale Québec-Calgary du 22 au 29 juillet. Lors de notre arrivée, il était très tard (23h30). Nous avions informé l’hôtel quelques journées d’avance en les appelant. Ils ont dit que rendu sur place nous devrions les téléphoner et qu’on s’organiserait. Rendu sur place l’hôtel nous dit que les navettes sont terminées et qu’on doit prendre un taxi. Heureusement ce n’est pas très loin. Le chauffeur est certain que l’hôtel paiera les frais, mais ce n’est pas le cas. Le check in s’est fait rapidement. Notre chambre était prête. Chambre 6627 magnifique et vraiment très propre. Petis détails notés: lavage de chambre aux 3 jours, mais on peut demander de le faire plus fréquemment. C’est très sec dans la chambre et la ventilation fait quand même un peu de bruit mais on a très bien dormi. Le lit est très confortable et le divan-lit est correct pour un adolescent probablement moins pour un adulte. Coin cuisine très apprécié. Il n’y a que 2 chaises pour la table. La chambre de bain est placée un peu bizarrement. Comptoir du côté de la chambre et toilette et douche derrière une porte sans rien pour mettre nos effets. Pas de ventilation à cet endroit. La piscine est très bien chauffée. Vérifier s’il y a des serviettes avant d’y entrer sinon aller au desk et ils en apporteront. La salle de lavage a été appréciée. Tout le personnel de l’hôtel est hyper sympathique et avenant et l’hôtel est vraiment très bien situé. Stationnement assez grand et pratique. Note globale de 4,5 sur 5.

Pull out sofa bed was horrendous. It felt like you were laying on a bed of raw metal springs. Staff was not helpful or directive regarding navigating building and reservations and did not listen well to requests and brought wrong bedding when requested. The hotel is composed of three separate parts both poorly labelled with parking signage to direct you non-existent. The only positive was the restaurant and staff who produced a lovely meal with friendly smiles

Check in and check out were not the easiest. Always seemed to be a line up at front desk. Stay was charged to credit card even before we checked out and it was a disaster to charge to a different card than the one used at check in.

I missed a flight connection at Calgary Airport and appreciated that this hotel near the airport still had a room available on short notice. Included a free airport shuttle and a very good breakfast buffet. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were professional and friendly.
