Large, clean room. It’s an older building but doesn’t affect any part of the stay. Close to highway, pet and budget friendly. They have breakfast for an additional cost, unfortunately I was on the road early. I will definitely be back next trip!

Extremely clean. Easy to check in. Lots of parking.

It is a very quiet place. Rooms are nice. But had to pay an extra $20.00 per night for a ground floor room. Which I think it is a rip off for someone with bad knees. No choice to pay because they have no elevators.

Clean and comfortable. Ate at St. Hubert 4 km down the street. Mini fridge, keurig coffee and breakfast on site

Rooms seem to be renovated and quite clean property could use some other amenities, like new chairs or tables outside

A lot of care has been taken to transform an older motel into a very pleasing and comfortable place to stay. It’s also nice to see that they welcome people travelling with pets. No complaints. Would definitely stay again.

Room only made up when requested, Bar and Restaurant advertised but not there. Restaurant open for breakfast only. Smoke detetector was missing.

Easy check-in. Nice and friendly people. The kitchen wasn't available and the bar only stays open till 8pm. But still a great value if you aren't too particular.

Appreciated the motel allowing me to have my gentle giant during my stay. This was a good option for a last minute reservation, as spaces elsewhere were scarce.

My wife was very pleased with how clean it was in our room. It's a dated hotel but overall we were Ok with it and if we come through this area again, we know to stay here.

It was quiet and out of the way. The reception was very nice. The bathroom needs a deep clean and it was musty smelling

The property was clean, well maintained and everything was functioning properly. The room was also decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here!

Older building with washroom that needs repaires to flooring, sink, caulking. Stained Counter needs replacement. Would not stay there again unless significant work to washroom done. Microwave oven was dirty. Walls paper thin and can hear every noise.

The staff was friendly. Room was in need of renovation. Ants 🐜 in the room. Lots! Overpriced for a seedy motel.

Musty, old. Window a/c that you turn on yourself so it was extremely hot when we got there. Kind host. It works in a pinch but not worth the price.

Older style with a few upgrades. Quality for price was good overall.

Older hotel, great water pressure, room was clean, furniture from the 90's, television had enough channels to find something to watch.

Great for one night stop over during family roadtril. Room is small and shows signs of wear and tear but everything was clean and the A/C was powerful and effective.

Rooms can certainly use updating, the tub had a big crack in it and the sink was not caulked properly. Could hear neighbours next door, not very well sound proofed.

We needed to book at the very last minute and they did have vacancies when no other hotels did. However, I now see why. Shabby is the word that comes to mind. Toilet overflowed with no plunger in bathroom and after tracking one down no one came to help, we cleaned it up ourselves. The microwave was very old. We know how to use a microwave and made popcorn, that was fine. Then cooked four potatoes at which point it just stopped working after about eight minutes. It obviously malfunctioned before as there were very old melted burn marks not done by us right under the microwave on the top of the small fridge it was sitting on. Never the less the owner charged us 50 extra dollars for "breaking the microwave" insisting we had put metal in it which we didn\'t. It didn\'t even have a microwave dish in it, just a corel plate. He even admitted it was very old and said that\'s why he was only charging me 50 dollars for the microwave which was probably long overdue for replacement. We felt he was just trying to get more money from us Americans because he could.

Manager tried hard to please. Facility a bit aged but very clean. GREATEST ASSET - ITS LOCATION. It is a short, easy to follow distance from motel to the ferry across the St Lawrence River to Quebec City / Old Town. FAR BETTER than driving there or getting an Uber.

The property is well taken care of, but not what I expected. Seems the motel was more of a quick overnight stay for someone with a car. The owners were kind and gave good directions to get into Quebec city by using public transportation. She even gave us the correct change to take the bus & then the ferry so as to board the cruise ship the next day. All in all, it was a good stay but not ideal for sight seeing, or even locating a restaurant. The breakfast was good for $10. No real complaints about the establishment.

A wonderful and personable experience. A total difference from another motel nearby where we stayed at last year. This motel is family owned and the owners are super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is amazing. It felt like we were visiting family. Thank you for your hositality!

The husband was very helpful with replacing the fridge that didnt work . Didn't like that they didnt offer kids pricing for breakfast .

La dame à l’accueil m’aborde en anglais et pas très sympathique. Elle semble complètement tannée. L’endroit est correct mais la réception est vraiment nulle.

Spouse found the bed a bit hard but I slept well. Breakfast and staff were great. This is a family owned business for over 17 years. The owners personally service customers and take pride in what they do. Will stay again if opportunity arises.

Reines Motel, zur Innenstadt von Québec etwas zu abgelegen, aber dafür relativ günstig.

It was very quiet and convenient to the highway

To far away from everything, in an industrial sector. So I won't go back. But as for the room itself, no. 1.

Very dated property. Possibly in an unsafe area? It seemed industrial. Terrible farm or pig smell for the entire time. Definitely not worth the money.

Easy to get to

Property is a half hour drive from Quebec City. We discovered a cheap ferry service to QC which was a ten minute drive away.

On devait avoir accès au déjeuner mais il n’y en avait pas. Le tarif est trop élevé pour ce qu’il offre.

Bed was comfy. Room is dated but still good. Newer AC. No breakfast due to staff shortages. That was disappointing as we read positive reviews on the food. Host speaks English.

Les gens à l'acceuil sont sympatiques et serviables. La chambre est propre. Le dejeuner est simple mais très bon. On savait en quoi il consistait. Pas trop dispendieux. À recommander.

The receptionist made an excellent suggestion for a restaurant for dinner. The breakfast was very good for $10 a person.

For the area the price was decent and I had a good nights sleep. I liked the quiet AC.
