Narwan and Muhammad were a credit to the place taking care of us impeccably. Food was very good too. I think the rooftop pool could have been lovely but it looked a bit grubby as did some of the roof top loungers. A TV in the room would have been nice as would a coffee maker but Narwan was very quick to bring excellent coffees from reception so not a big deal.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Riad im Herzen der Medina mit netten hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Hamam war gut. Frühstück marokkanisch mit frischem Saft und joghurt, das man überall in der Anlage einnehmen kann.

A tranquil oasis in the midst of the medina. Beautiful room, great food and the staff were amazing. The hammam is worth experiencing.

Prix trop élevé pour les prestations. C'est un charmant Riad où la cour intérieure est un havre de paix avec de petites chambres et des petites terrasses, une jolie décoration. MAIS, la piscine était fermée 3 jours pour cause de nettoyage et il y a un chantier juste à côté du Riad ce qui fait que l'on est réveillé à 7h00 du matin par les coups de marteaux et les ponceuses, sans parler des cris des ouvriers. Et vu l'état d'avancement des travaux, il y en a encore pour plusieurs mois. Éviter de réserver la chambre 1 où nous nous trouvions... Donc dormir et se relaxer au bord de la piscine ne sont pas envisageables. Nous nous attendions à des prestations beaucoup plus luxueuses pour un Riad qui est 250% plus cher que les autres Riads du centre de Marrakech. Nous avons payé pour un séjour de haut niveau et nous nous sommes sentis roulés. Même le service, si bien soit il, ne peut compenser cela. Nous avons acheté une Mercedes mais nous avons eu une Fiat avec une climatisation hors service sous une température de 33 degrés. Nous attribuons un 6 sur 10 à ce Riad.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at Riad Kaiss. Immediately we found the Riad to be a welcoming , comfortable and luxurious place. The Riad itself is full of design features that keep surprising you the more you look around . Food was tasty and the breakfast a delight but this is all eclipsed by the staff employed here. Everybody was cheerful and friendly . The reception team of Mohammed and Gigi go above and beyond to make sure your day will run smoothly by organising trips and taxis etc. The Manageress is truly on the ball dealing with customers , agents and staff alike . Don’t stay here without having the in house Hammam experience ….now that really is a treat not to be missed.

We stayed in room 5 with our daughter. Room was a premium room but was smaller than expected. They tried to see if we could change rooms but that was not possible for all the remaining nights. Double bed was soft and bed for our daughter very poor. Other rooms which are the ones generally pictured seem like they are nicer. Riadd itself was gorgeous throughout and small rooftop pool area perfect and not used by others much, Breakfast was traditional but very large and nice. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Location was perfect

We loved the unique presentation of the rooms, and the gorgeous courtyard area for breakfast. The pool, hammam and roof terraces were also lovely and the perfect way to relax after a busy day seeing the sights of Marrakech.

It is absolutely amazing! The stuff was great, very friendly and careful! The massage and the hammam the offered it was fantastic! I will definitely return here one day. Thanks a lot for everything!

Great, attentive service, a beautiful courtyard and a refreshing rooftop pool to cool down made this the perfect oasis of calm in the heart of Marrakech for a long weekend getaway.

Der Aufenthalt in dem Riad war insgesamt schön. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die große Liebe zum Detail, die stimmungsvolle Atmosphäre sowie die herzliche Gastfreundschaft des gesamten Teams. Auch das Design des Hauses ist äußerst charmant und trägt maßgeblich zum Wohlfühlfaktor bei. Leider gab es jedoch zwei wesentliche Kritikpunkte: Ich hatte mich besonders auf die Nutzung der Dachterrasse mit den Sonnenliegen gefreut, da diese ein wichtiges Entscheidungskriterium bei der Buchung war. Umso enttäuschender war es, dass die Rooftop-Terrasse während des Aufenthalts ohne vorherige Information geschlossen war. Gerade weil ich im Vorfeld eine sehr sorgfältig recherchiert hatte – inklusive direkter Kommunikation mit dem Hotelteam von Anika – führte diese unerwartete Einschränkung zu großer Enttäuschung. Selbstverständlich ist nachvollziehbar, dass Wartungs- oder Bauarbeiten zeitweise notwendig sind. Umso wichtiger wäre es jedoch, Gäste im Voraus darüber zu informieren, damit Erwartungen entsprechend angepasst werden können. Des weiteren sind Bereiche, die auf der Website prominent abgebildet sind, zu deren Nachteil ummöbliert worden. Die Website sollte insofern dringend aktualisiert werden.

Malgré un transfert facturé par le Riad à 22 euros nous avons attendus 35 minutes le chauffeur au motif que l"avion est toujours en retard). Passe encore. Literie médiocre, chambre sale et poussiéreuse (photos et vidéos disponibles). Malgré ma protestation aimable rien n'a été fait. Pire : soi-disant absente ce we, j'ai fait part (via la messagerie) de ces désagréments à la propriétaire qui n'a pas daigné répondre. Quant au petit déjeuner : salade de fruits en boîte et le reste du même acabit. Parties communes très agréable (hors saleté) : des serviettes abandonnées sur les lits de la piscine un soir par des hôtes étaient toujours en vrac à 10h le lendemain matin. Quelle classe ! Vu le nombre de Riad agréable et bien tenu à Marrakech, mieux vaut fuir celui là. C'est la 1ere fois que je rends un avis sévère. Je le fais car la propriétaire n'a pas daigné répondre et encore moins proposé le moindre geste.

The staff are amazing so friendly, helpful and genuinely care about your well, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is lovely, well maintained, clean and comfortable.

Riad bien placé. Personnels accueillants. Petit déjeuner correct . Hammam au top, massage au top. Par contre on entend la personne de la chambre d à côté ronfler. Pas de débit d eau chaude. Coffre en panne. Et surtout sensation désagréable au moment de payer. Le prix est celui indiqué par expédia seulement si on paye en cash sinon le prix est 3 pour cent plus cher et impossible de choisir paiement en euro . Donc la personne choisit aussi le taux de change. Bref bizarre. J ai refusé .

The hotel was difficult to find and get to. The hotel can definitely use an uplift. The linen and towels didn't seem fresh. The toilets were extremely small. No matter what care you took there was a pool of water outside the tub. The AC didn't work well at all. The day we arrived there were guys who came in to fix the toilet for about half an hour. Not worth the amount they charge for the room.

The staff is very helpful and kind. Very clean rooms and the place has a very relaxed atmosphere.

Mini fridge did not work , very noisy , WiFi disaster , friendly but nosy reception staff Outside smells of sewage , and litter anywhere . Hotel taxes not explained in truth Accept we are in Africa , but for the rates charged , they need to vastly improve their standards

We stayed 4 nights in Riad Kaiss and loved it. Very friendly staff and lovely accommodation close to many of the tourist attractions but far enough away from the souks to be quiet at night. Our room was spacious and had a large patio with outdoor seating, covered lounger and sunbeds. Lots of rustic features from a canopy bed to stained glass in some windows. It was great to be able to come in from the noise and activity of the shops to a tranquil haven where we could rest up before heading off again in the evenings.

Magnificient historical riad, super beautiful, great personnel and very professional services. We got a suite with private big terrace, it was like a dream. Good quality/price. Highly recommended

This was a serendipitous booking since the original reservation we had at another riad fell through due to unforeseen circumstances. We booked Riad Kaiss the same day. What turned out to be a stressful morning ended up being one of our best stays during a two week trip through Spain and Morocco. On entering the staff is very hospitable and warm. The initial impression of the riad is charmingly bohemian in style, but the real charm and chef’s kiss are the suites themselves. Our suite was very spacious and beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan furnishings, including stunning stained glass windows with a sizable private courtyard that included a full cabana bed. On request we had dinner in our room. We were pleasantly surprised with a romantic candlelight dinner with a delectable meal and service that rivaled that of any luxury hotel or riad we stayed through our two week trip through Spain and Morocco. It was truly a magical experience especially compared to all of my other travels through the world. Economically wise, we got the most value for our dollar here as well. Should my husband and I ever come back to Marrakesh, we will certainly book here.

Gorgeous rooms, common areas, terrace. Top tier customer service. Will readily fix things that are not correct and provide free perks in compensation. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Medina.

We had a great 3-night stay here. Staff were terrific and helped us with suggestions and reservations. The Riad is beautifully decorated. We stayed in the suite on the top floor and loved the private deck with cabana and lounge chairs and a table to enjoy breakfast at. Location is perfect - in the middle of the sites but still very quiet. Some noise from roof construction on the first day but it was not too bad after that. Price seemed a bit high but compared to other nice hotels / riads in Marrakech was reasonable overall. You will love this Riad if you choose to stay here - very authentic Moroccan experience!

La gente era muy amable, pero el lugar no tenía casi luz, tenía varios insectos y las ventanas no sellaban. Los colchones no eran cómodos. Muy hospitalario el personal y atento.

Hjälpsamma och trevlig personal, som gjorde det lilla extra. Även om det ligger i gamla stan så var det inte mycket ljud som trängde in i rummet. Turndown servicen var kanon, kom med en varmvattenflaska varje kväll för att det hade börjat bli kyligt på kvällarna.. Frukosten var riklig och färsk. Och ville man ha några extra eller annat så fixades utan problem

Stayed for 3 nights when arriving in Marrakech. The pick up from the airport was smooth and they ensured we arrived at the Riad without any drama. Easily worth the €20. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. They genuinely care about their guests experience. They even offered assistance if you wanted help negotiating (if wanted) in the souks & shops via WhatsApp. Breakfast was made fresh every morning and delicious. The location was convenient to the hustle of town, easy walking distance but just removed enough you couldn’t hear the noise of the Medina. If you are considering Riad Kaiss, stop your search and just book.

There's no way around it, I LOVED Riad Kass from the first minute I stepped into this small hotel. Everybody here was genuinely kind, especially the two receptionists Houdaifa and the lovely Olaya (sorry for butchering your names, I lost my notebook). They made me feel so welcome every time I returned from the sweaty city. But absolutely everybody was courteous and kind! At first, I wasn't too happy with my room since I asked for one with lots of light, but the Arabian decor quickly won me over. Another delight was the great breakfast in the courtyard. The courtyard is the stomping grounds of four well-behaved turtles as well - a touch I loved. Just don't step on them, please. That would be bad karma. A small gripe is that I paid 22 Euros for the shuttle service from the airport to avoid infights with the local cab drivers. I was told somebody from the hotel would be waiting with a sign with the hotel's name. That was NOT the case. I waited for an hour for my pickup while the driver was waiting next to a sign with a long list of hotels - a list I couldn't see because a tour group was standing in front of it. So, demand that the driver has a sign with your hotel or your name! (The driver was wonderful when we finally connected though) So, don't get me wrong. I became a true fan of this hotel within the first 24 hours, and I bet you will love it, too unless you think you should have a TV in your room. You sure don't. The city of Marrakech is a great TV in itself!

Staff couldn’t have been any nicer

This was one of my best trips ever!!! I got there tired and hot and the staff there treated me like a King. They couldn't have done more to welcome me, with the reception, the food, the cleanliness and space etc. Hassan gave me the tour and was super friendly and helpful and pointed out everything. Would give this place 10 stars if I could.

We had a fantastic stay at Riad Kaiss. Mohammed is an absolute gem. Knowledgeable, kind and patient with all our questions since it was our first time in Marrakesh. The breakfast in the mornings was amazing and the staff was extremely attentive and helpful in every way. The Riad itself is very well kept and beautiful. They moved us to a larger room on our third night since the first one was bit tight for three without any upcharge. There were a lot of small thoughtful details like the beds at night have hot water bottles placed on each side to warm them since the evenings are cold.

The riad is beautiful, the staff is friendly, welcoming, wanting to please, and helpful. Google Maps won't take you correctly, hehe. Stay at this riad for a most peaceful, and enjoyable stay!

Gleich am Beginn der Altstadt, man ist schnell am Hauptplatz, aber auch schnell draußen.

Situé en pleine médina, à quelque minutes à pied de la place Jamaâ el fna, et pourtant ce Riad est calme et paisible. Le service est irréprochable, et le petit déjeuner est royal. On reviendra!

Sehr schönes Riad mit top Service und sehr hilfsbereitem Personal. Wenige Minuten zum Jeema El Fna und netten Restaurants in der Umgebung. Kleiner Pool auf dem Dach. Sehr entspannt.

We can't recommend this place enough. From the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly departed, the team at Riad Kaiss took care of our every need in the most beautiful and boutique of settings. The breakfasts were excellent, our evening meal on arrival was the perfect introduction to Moroccan cuisine and the coffee is some of the best I've ever had. The riad is situated in the middle of town, so perfect for accessing all of the souks as well as the main square and the nearby Bahia Palace. After the hustle and bustle of the markets, bars and restaurants, it really is a luxury oasis in the middle of all the action. When we next come to Marrakech, we will definitely stay at Riad Kaiss!

Very nice hotel with a beautiful courtyard. Amazing friendly staff who always were ready to assist you if needed. Great breakfast and only a few minutes from everything.

The staff and service were amazing for this traditional Riad with two gardens, inner and outer. Much thanks for the welcome and orientation. The Riad garden is at least 10 degrees cooler and absolutely quiet and peaceful. Don't miss the lentil soup for breakfast - delicious.
