The pool was under construction and so many thing not looks up to date. I requested for the Pattaya view side but the they gave me different directions (it was Tuesday ) . In the end I got Pattaya vie ( thank you for that) Spa stuffs and service is the best!!!

The location is good, easy and convenient to go to places I used to go. The carpark of the hotel is an indoor carpark, which is good in such a hot and rainy weather. The hotel staffs are nice and helpful, the check-in process was smooth. The room is spacious, tidy and clean, nothing to complaint. The breakfast is good, the restaurant also got a seaview. There are two pools in the hotel, a bit small but good enough.

I booked a pool villa room for 3 days, but the front desk told me the room is maintaining and need “upgrade” to a junior suite, but the junior suite is very old and dirty, the room condition is terrible, second day I check with another front desk, the fact is my pool villa is using by another customer, I need to wait for him/her to check out. It is ridiculous. At last, their main pool is under maintenance until mid of Sep, I have nothing to say to this resort.

Overdådigt hotel. Vores værelse var eminent med den smukkeste udsigt. Vi har rejst meget, men sjældent oplevet en udsigt som denne. Hotellet får ikke sidste stjerne med, da der er mangel på liggestole ved pool-områderne. Det er ekstremt ufedt at vandre rundt flere gange dagligt for at få en plads.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment that we arrived until the moment that we departed. The private beach access was absolutely amazing, and both pools offered a gorgeous view from each perspective. We enjoyed the quality and variety of food and beverage options, especially the bakery on the first floor. I would be happy to return for as long as possible next time I visit Thailand.

It was a beautifully designed resort with two pools and free Buffett breakfast. The breakfast was great. We got a standard room and a pool suite. The pool room had a musty smell and the pool had algae and needed more care.

Hotel is very nice. Doesnt have a beach though. You have to walk about 20m to get to a very small beach. Breakfast was just ok. Room had a fantastic view and was super spacious. My only complain is that i found 2 cockroaches 2 days in a row in my room (which was pretty high up). For the price per night, i would have never expected to encounter thism staff was super apologetic and addressed the issue immediately. One time, i could have turned a blind eye... but twice... It's truly a shame as these mistakes for that price range over the holidays should not happen.

Bei einem Hotel dieser Preiskategorie erwarte ich einen sehr guten Service. Das Gebotene hat noch sehr, sehr viel Luft nach oben. Egal ob an der Rezeption oder im Restaurant. Die einzige Person, die einen hervorragenden Dienst geleistet hat, war das Zimmermädchen. Das Hotel ist auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Terrasse auf unserer Suite war schmutzig und mit Taubenkot verschmutzt.

清潔な部屋でした。シンプルで良かったですが、高級感はあまり無かった。ビーチ沿いの高層階なので景観は良かった。残念なのは当初60平米以上の広い部屋を予約していたのに、チェックインの際に、部屋を無料でグレードアップすると言ってくれたので、グレードアップをお願いしたら、45平米の狭い部屋に案内された。多少景色は良くなったが、ハッキリ言って当初の部屋の方が良かった。結論、ホテル外観、プール、レストランは良いが、部屋はそれほどでもない。

The hotel was lovely and clean ,i hated the fact that ,there was no wifi for 1/2 of my stay !! the prices you see on the menu is not the actual price !! they add 10% service charge then 7% vat tax !! when staying in a so called 5 star resort there should be no service charges to room service!! and the price on the menu should actually be the price !! when the computer system went down ,staff demanded cash !! no !! write it down and save the paperwork!! and on two occasions the staff tried to at 20% to the bill for there personal selves 😡 it was lucky that i looked at the room service charges and i had to waste 1 hrs going tho the bill !! i want happy at all

There was bad smell from drain port at showroom. Even though let them know at 1st day for tree nghts, tgere was no response and no action. And there was big noise around 4 AM die to chicken and wild bird. I do nit want use any more. And front day tome manager who was western woman was impoliite.

november '24. Cape Dara is mooi en goed uitgerust met grote keuze aan kamers naar zee gericht. Hoofdzakelijk Aziatische gasten. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met vooral warme gerechten. Naar het beperkte strand via trappen of een lift. Je kan langs het strand naar zowel Pattaya centrum als naar Wong Amat wandelen. Aan de achterkant is een bouwwerf opgestart maar waarschijnlijk niet hinderlijk.

Amazing location. Having 360 degrees of unrestricted sea view. However, hygiene issue is definitely a concern as the hotel show some age with its wooden furniture, bed edges, There was small insects at one of the bed pillow one day during our stay. Washroom wise, Wonderful and generous size of the bath tub. Not sure why the toilet roll was positioned above the bin (the toilet paper easily slides down). Breakfast is server with either indoor or outdoor. Menu is quite limited as we stay for 6 days but nothing really change at the menu. Still some flies but its a general pattaya issue i guess.
