Booked to stay at this hotel for our 10th wedding anniversary so paod a little extra to upgrade to the superior room. It was definitely worth it. The room was beautiful, lovely and clean, and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. We booked in at the spa and the ladies were so friendly and our massages were very relaxing. The pool was lovely and clean. The food was delicious and the staff in the bar and restaurant were very friendly and welcoming. There are some local shops and pubs right on the door step which were very convenient. We had a lovely stay and I would highly recommend Old Hall Hotel.

Room was spacious and clean. Swimming pool was a bonus. Food was good but we had to wait a long time on Sat and Sunday for meal, due to it being busy. Service in the restaurant could have been better however it did improve later in our stay. Overall impression was good and as it was our first stay there we would go back again.

Everyone who works at this hotel make it their priority to give you excellent service.....always offered with a lovely Norfolk smile! The rooms are spotlessly clean and the breakfast is superb. The spa facilities are excellent.....also kept very clean! This was my second visit and I would definitely recommend it to others. Hopefully I will return soon!

The room was big enough, shower wasnt that powerful but hot you wet. Pool was ok, jacuzzi was firty. Sauna wasn't very hot. Gym had just about enough equipment for a workout. The bar had kids running around so i had dinner across the road at the carvery. Breakfast was as expected and quite nice.

Super stay, very large comfy room. Pool sauna and steam room bigger than average, friendly staff and very high quality breakfast. Walking distance to roman ruins, beach and lifeboat museum.

Good quality as a base to explore. Great food range and very good staff. Bar often noisy and was V crowded on Fri night due to an event. Enjoyed pool and steam room

Overall we were very happy with our stay at the Old Hall, it was warm clean and comfortable. The restaurant was lovely the food was great value for money. Breakfast was lovely, especially the avo on toast. the staff were welcoming and friendly through out the facilities.

What a little gem this property is, it's immaculate, the room was spacious with everything you need. It had air con a fridge extra large bed, fluffy white towels even towels for the pool. The pool was spotless and jacuzzi and sauna there to use as well. Food was amazing and served all day and reasonable price. I liked it that much just didn't have long enough but deffo returning for a longer stay. I would recommend to anyone

Food good in the attached restaurant and the breakfast selection was excellent. The hotel is generally in good condition, but our room looked a little tired in places and our first morning no hot water (all ok second night). The bed was great, big & comfy, room was quiet despite facing the road. We'd be happy to stay again if we were in the area.

Clean and comfortable for my brief stay. Food service excellent

The best way I can describe our recent stay at the Old Hall Hotel is confusing. It seems as though there are 3 separate business on this site which are not working together. The leisure facilities were really good. However, we did have some issues with the hotel and restaurant. I made a booking for a double room but when I got the email confirmation it stated it was a twin room. I contacted the hotel to query this and was reassured that it was a double room. When we checked in we could see that there were two overhead bed lights but we could not locate a switch. When I queried this with reception they came up to room to look and advised us that it was odd and this had never been queried before. Eventually it was established that it was twin beds that had been been put together to make a double and that the switches were located behind the two head boards and the only way of accessing them was to move the beds? We accepted this but it was a nuisance each night having to get our arms behind the headboards to turn the switches on and off and slightly disappointing that we had been mislead after we had queried this prior to checking in. Other minor issues were: there were no tissues in the room, no glasses in the room etc all basic things but standard in any hotel now. The restaurant is really nice looking but the service and food was of a much lower standard with very inexperienced staff waitressing on Saturday night.

Our stay was great room 3 was lovely and spacious and the shower room was excellent. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Spa is brilliant massage one of the best but restaurant not good ! Too much on menu so food poor and need separate service for restaurant and outside food not organised long wait for food to be well overdone wont use tge restaurant again but facilities yes ! Rooms are basic

Hotel and it's staff were amazing, very clean, everywhere smelt beautiful and the spa was exactly what we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room laid out perfectly. 10/10

Liked the hotel and staff but the Aircon units outside my room ran 24/7 making quite a noise

We thought the staff & service in general was excellent. There was nothing they wouldn't do for us to make our stay as perfect as it could.

Wonderfully friendly staff Good food Comfortable bed

This was my second stay at The Old Hall Hotel and it was the second time I was given room 27 and the second time I only have great things to say. Room was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were professional and friendly. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on quality or quantity but did have evening meal one night - catch of the day & chips - which was delicious and good value for money. Waitresses were excellent, personal service despite it being a busy Sat night week before Christmas. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay whilst exploring parts of Norfolk. Staff provided very hospitable and welcoming service and hotel facilities were excellent including parking. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect place to relax and walk around the beach

Fantastic location for our very first visit to the Norfolk Broads. Not far from the beach and great base to explore the area. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious with local options aplenty. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

The weekend was a Christmas present for my daughter. The facilities in the Spa and treatments available are great and all the staff were lovely, throughout the hotel and restaurant. The restaurant is quite expensive but the food is excellent. I would thoroughly recommend it all.
