This hotel is in a great location, close to a lot of attractions and food options. The staff has been extremely friendly. The rooms are HUGH. And great HOT water pressure. The pool is small, but the entire area feels very comfortable with a good amount of shade to combat the afternoon sun.

Great place…except for the breakfasts. They ran out of food a lot, did not replace cooked items. Coffee was cold. Did not vary the menu at all.Breads not that fresh. Hotel bar and restaurant not welcoming. They also charged for bottles of water in the room! This seemed very petty. Room good, pool always empty and large enough to swim in. Good location. If you don’t need food ideal.

Very helpful staff. Nice rooms. Good restaurant and room service. But for me, the problem was noise. One side of the hotel is next to bars and discos and the music seeps into the rooms. The other side is next to one of the main streets in Miraflores jammed with honking traffic.

The hotel staff was incredibly rude. They refused to check us in after telling us it was ok to book to sleep for an hour before catching our flights. We were willing to pay full price and the front desk refused to check us in after we booked online per their direction, then proceeded to waste 45 minutes telling us we couldnt check in because we didn’t have enough time for the airport. We not only lost 45 minutes to arguing with the front desk instead of sleeping for an hour, then we proceeded to be at the airport too early, as we predicted we would be. The hotel has been fully unresponsive to our refund request, and was incredibly rude to us in person. I would NEVER recommend anyone staying at this property and the hotel staff really needs better training.

The hotel way way better than i expected. From the moment i arrived at 2am, till leaving at 5am, 8 days later, the service, helpfulness was 10/10. Even in the breakfast room they were very helpful. When my cases decided to travel independently, they were there to help. I will definitely be staying there again

Jose the concierge person helped us a lot with making reservations at restaurants and transport. He helped get one of our bags from the airport that got lost. The showers and beds were super amazing like staying at a spa. Lots of spots for gathering as we had a party of 8 and the breakfast was unsurpassed delicious. Even had gluten free bread as an option for three of us.
