Dont come here! We arrive in hot presummer with +30 C and especially chose Villa Nussa for the pool because we have our young son with us. The pool was not open, no water in it and wasnt cleaned after the winter. The hostess told us a lie that in had been open and then closed due to bad weather. That was not true. The pool had not been open. We found another place with pool for the next days and wanted the money back, even hotels.com tried by calling her, but she refused. We explained that we booked her place related to the pool, but she didnt care. No notice on the website and she didnt leave us any message prehance telling us the pool wasnt open. Poorley behavior and it had a totally negative effekt on our holiday. Wont recommend it. There is plenty of other beautiful places like this.

Struttura molto accogliente, ci ha accolti all'ultimo minuto in seguito ad una disavventura con la prenotazione in un'altra struttura. La struttura è ben tenuta, c'è un area comune con divanetti e sdraio dove si può prendere il sole, poi c'è un altra area comune con tavoli in cui si può mangiare all'aperto. C'è una piscina e anche un bel parco dove passeggiare oppure fare perché no un pic-nic. La piscina al ns arrivo purtroppo non era disponibile per manutenzione, ma questo non ha pregiudicato il nostro soggiorno. C'è un ampio parcheggio e per chi si vuole spostare con il treno la stazione dista a piedi a circa 8 minuti, si può raggiungere Arezzo in meno di 15 minuti, oppure altre destinazioni, i biglietti si acquistano al bar prima della stazione.

Struttura molto bella e caratteristica, la piscina è un plus molto gradevole. I proprietari si sono dimostrati affabili e cortesi. Non merita 5 stelle perchè pagare 10 euro per il pacheggio interno di una moto mi è sembrato eccessivo. Viaggio molto in moto e non ho mai pagato così tanto per un parcheggio all'aperto.(in struttura mi hanno detto che per le auto chiedono di più!?!) Consiglio di chiarire i prezzi del parcheggio direttamente nella descrizione della struttura. In ogni caso è disponibile un parcheggio fuori la struttura completamente gratuito
