My room was not clean. In fact it could have done with a good vacuum. The shower cubicle was terrible with black corners and the runner on the door was disgusting. However the hot water was amazing. I never had my bed made and no coffee or milk was replenished. I stayed there for four nights on my own and I am sorry to say I will not stay there again.

Room was good although there was a damaged blind which we asked to be repaired so it could be closed. The staff dealt with it the same day but surprised it had been left for guests to find

Could use more usb ports in the room and a small refrigerator in the room would help. We think face cloths would be a nice addition
