Potrebbero migliorare sulla pulizia affinché sia un po' più accurata. C'è moquette ovunque e non era molto pulita. Poi potrebbero arricchire un po' la colazione. Da un 4 stelle ti aspetti molto. D'altro canto stanze larghe e posizione ottima vicinissimo alla metro, fermata del bus proprio all'ingresso dell'hotel, situato di fronte a Piazza degli Eroi.

Udemærket værelse og morgenmad. Værelset lugtede meget kraftigt af urter og parfume hver gang der var gjort rent. Vi luftede rigtig meget ud. Morgenmad kunne godt have lidt mere frugt, ellers fin.

Nice staff. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Very nice shower and bathroom. Nice views to the park. Ina pleasant side of the city, but a bit isolated. The downside.is the guttery smell in the room.

Stayed here for 4 days. Staff so lovley and helpful! Room was lovley, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast great. Only little gripe, its a little out the way of the centre. But if you like that, then its fine. Honestly couldnt reccomend it enough! 😁

We were most impressed by the helpful staff, especially Milan, who went out of his way to make dining reservations and recommend transportation during an especially busy week of the World Athletic. Location is excellent, right in front of many tourists attractions and good public transportation options. Receptionists are all very friendly and helpful. Room rather small but clean, probably not a good choice for workation though. Bed is comfortable but it would be better to have the frame exchanged in the near future. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back if we visit Budapest again.

As a regular guest at Mirage Medic Hotel, I’m disappointed to share this experience. I’ve stayed many times and always found the hotel satisfactory, but during my latest booking I needed to move one of my two reserved nights to a later date in December. I checked beforehand and confirmed the hotel had plenty of free rooms that night, so changing the date would not have caused any loss. In fact, my December stay would have added four more nights, and I also planned several future visits in 2026. Despite explaining this at reception before checking in and stressing that I am a loyal guest, the staff refused to move the night. Even after contacting management, they insisted I send an email, which made little sense given the urgency and the fact that I came in person specifically to resolve it. The refusal, despite no loss to the hotel and my long term loyalty, felt like a complete disregard for the mutual flexibility regular customers should reasonably expect. As a result, I will no longer stay at Mirage Medic Hotel. My seven to eight upcoming Budapest trips the coming year will be booked elsewhere.

Milan is the best hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. He spent so much time answering my questions and helped me plan our short 2 day start in Budapest. We wrote notes and showed us the way. Equally friendly and helpful was the lady on reception the next two days. Breakfast was great and plentiful but the best thing for us overall was the location…a 4 minute e-scooter ride away from the thermal baths one way (I can recommend) and an 8 minute escooter ride away from the city centre the other way!

My wife and I had a lovely stay at this hotel, I would give 10 stars, Staff are very friendly and speak English, always smiling, Edina is wonderful, helping with all the information you need, Location is great, one minute walk from the metro station that would take you to city center in less than 10 minutes, breakfast is excellent with many varieties, the hotel is with excellent quality of service, cleaniess. I would highly recommend it.

Mirage Hotel is a blast!!!!I did a solo trip and it was super safe for me as a black woman.The staff Suzanna and David were very kind and efficient . I was very comfortable. Even the buffet had different options on a daily basis and the food was delicious. On my early departure at 3:45 am i had a lovely to go breakfast package handed to me from the receptionist(sorry did not get her name,but she made sure to discuss my options the night before)with 2 breakfast sandwiches bottle of water an apple,chocolate bar and bottle of water. The restaurant just outside 'Mendles' has very delicious food as well. This hotel is right at Heroes Square and is by stop number 9 from the hop on hop off bus and literally a 5 minute walk to the famous szechenyi thermal bath. Metro 1 rigjt outside hotel takes you to the city where the Danube river and cruise are.Loooove the kindness of the Hungarian people.

Struttura molto bella e posizionata in mezzo al verde. A piedi il centro è leggermente lontano ma con i mezzi in 5 minuti si arriva ovunque (fermate metro e bus esattamente sotto l’hotel). La stanza molto carina e lo staff gentile. La colazione ottima seppur per chi non ama le colazioni tipiche potrebbe risultare minimale (magari metterei qualche torta o muffin). Complessivamente ottimo soggiorno sicuramente da ripetere

Perfect location for Hero's square. We walked across to the park each day enjoying the zoo balloon ride many lovely cafes. 2 minute walk to the metro which we used to go to the main shopping centre we had to visit C&A so many huge shops and great restaurants and then we had a trip on the Danube very enjoyable a great way to see a lot of famous sites. The Medic is the perfect location.

David and staff at reception were extremely helpful. We had a lot of questions which they helped us with. The location was fabulous near the Heroes park which was a lovely area to walk around. Also near tthe metro which was very easy to use.

The front desk person was outstanding ( Edina). The breakfast was decent altho they need a better way to keep hot foods hot. The hot water was terrific for a shower- the half glass barrier was an insufficient shower curtain

Nice little hotell with very nice personnel in the lobby. Close to Metro. However, when it came to breakfast we were very disappointed. Very few things to choose from and very limited amount. We were for sure full but not what I expected when booking a four star hotel.
