What a lovely surprise, everything as described super friendly, attentive staff, beautiful room. The attention to detail exceptional. The conservatory a triumph, in fact the whole expe1rience was amazing. We'll definitely be back

All staff especially Mark Hodges, the duty manager were great, friendly and very helpful. The service was wonderful.

We were made very welcome by the receptionist room was clean, bed small but comfortable bar service attentive breakfast not good slow service & egg not quite poached white was runny

The whole experience was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was of very high quality and the room was absolutely squeaky clean. We will definitely be returning, maybe in the summer next time, as the gardens outside looked stunning!
