This property was excellent. The only two problems were the parking situation in the street and a chair or two in the kitchen would have been a bonus. No cooking allowed but reheating of food allowed. In so saying I did not want to eat my food in the lounge room or my bedroom.

Poor experience overall as I did not see anyone other than to help some other customers get their keys. It's not the most straightforward process. The place is not clean and there is nothing in facilities for cooking as this is blocked off from use. Very disappointed as I was staying over a week and would have liked to be able to make myself something.

The room was clean, aircon was good, kettle fine, teabags in the kitchen. I tought I had ordered a room with ensuite. Which I understand to be private bathroom. The bathroom was shared between 3 rooms, and everyone was neat and tidy so it went ok. The TV did not work. The window overlooked the neighbouring property, wall, and the workers who arrived quite early while I was having my coffee. We smiled at each other I closed the blind. So it was not very dirty but not spotless, ok for overnight in a pinch, but I like my own bathroom.

If you like a good bed and no frills while sharing a bathroom with other guests this is a good place for you. It has good wi-fi and the room heating unit is great. It is not in the bed and breakfast category since there is no breakfast, or anything resembling it. While the room heater is great the place itself is not heated - went at the start of winter and moving around was very cold, especially getting to the bathroom at night. Also cold temp not conducive to hanging out in any other room but your own - contrary to "inviting" spaces shown in the website pictures.

We pulled back the sheets at 10:30pm to get into bed to find wrinkly sheets and what I can only assume to be dried ejaculation stains. I have photos I wish I could post here for all to see! Do yourself a favour and pay a little more and get something you won’t regret.

I don’t know where to begin .. This has to be the worst experience in my life .. And I really hope booking places can take action against such scam , This experiment scarred me for life.. felt like wearing mask again It smells like old wet mouldy Carpet.. Pls don’t fall for reviews of their own people / friends .. I’m actually surprised this place in Australia, and no one has taken action to shut it down for good.. The place is a older wooden building. The place was clean and tidy. My room was clean, even it's at the front of the building, it's quiet. There's no staff around but text messages are clear and easy to follow when I first arrived. Met the cleaning lady called Lee at checkout time. Lee was friendly and helpful. I let her know that I will use the guest house next time I come back.

The property presented well and was clean and affordable. We were only after somewhere to sleep for one night. On that count, it gets a tick. However, prior to arrival we received a lengthy text containing instructions one how to check in (clearly the place is not staffed). With these instructions were a set of 'rules', such as that at; "3. To secure and maintain Guests comfort and quiet, please stay in your room after 9pm". Now I am 68 and neither my wife nor I are party animals and appreciate this attempt to ensure quiet, but stay in your room after 9pm! Are we not allowed out? Had us tip toeing around like cat burglars. Rule 9; "Do not wash dishes in the common kitchen after 9pm". "12. Please turn your fridge on when putting food and drink in it". For a one night stay, there's no point turning it on when we arrive. You know we're coming, turn it on before the guests arrive. Take may advice, find the extra $40 and find a motel up the road, there's a few around.
