It’s a very nice, Japanese style hotel. We had plenty of space (unlike other Japanese hotels). The hotel has a decent onsen as well. They also provide Japanese breakfast (ok, mot great) and Keiseki dinner. Very close to the lake, yet a bit far from the crowds of tourists. Not many dining options around (we ended up with take-out ine night). Overall, a nice and convenient hotel.

Love this hotel. Staff give exceptional service. The outdoor hotspring is amazing. A fireplace in the lobby and easy walk to lake and convenience store. A few restaurants nearby. Easy taxi ride to train station etc. Rooms are lovely.

The property stated, as an explanation of the problem, the this SECOND taxi company that it was located at the "Fujiyoshida Matsuyama branch near Don Quijote and Fuji-Q Highland, which was incorrect.
