Very nice pool. The place is clean and close to fun place in Key West

Great location with parking and the pool was heated! So nice to swim in the morning in December! Cleaning lady was so nice and helped us out with extra towels.

Property was neat and clean. Room was great. Parking was tight and maintenance kept proping open the pool door which came within less than inch from car door so i couldn't get my door open. They did this while i was trying to get my things out and up to the room. We went back and forth 2x. They could see we were getting things out. I was already frazzled from having to drive down Duval at prime time to check in. We sought out this property because it had parking included so we wouldnt have to drive while there. Duval is not the easiest road to park and run in someplace or have to back out onto. Otherwise staff was friendly and reachable and the room was excellent. And within walking distance to everything.

Guest houses about a 20 minute walk from Duval Street but still walkable and very safe during the day or night. Parking is on property, which is excellent in Key West. Was very comfortable bed was good kitchenette was functional. My room faced the street and had a balcony which is really nice to sit relax put on property is good. Pool on property is good. Overall property is excellent. Very quiet to sleep at night most properties closer to Duval a lot of traffic during nighttime. I would stay here again.

It was nice to have parking right in front of our room. We had the pool to ourselves. It was nice to have a kitchen area. It was a great stay.

Loved the pool!

Kitchen was not well supplied. No glasses..only two coffee cups . The shower did not have any place to put soap or shampoo so you had to put them on the floor. The pool area was small but very nice and private. They did keep the pool and deck area very clean. The parking area was great as parking in the area is very hard to get if you don't want to pay. The check in office was great. We arrived a little early and our room was not ready so they did park our car in their back lot so we could walk around Duvall street till our room was ready. The staff was very polite and helpful.

I loved the private, heated pool that is shaded during the day. The location is great in Old Town, about a mile and under walking distance from main attractions. Gigi at the main office on Duval is super helpful! I accidentally locked myself out as soon as I arrived a they sent someone to help promptly. I will say there is a bit of a bug problem. The roaches come out at night, especially if there are any snacks around. Towels are small and thin. There was a rando asleep on the cabana one night and I woke him just to see if he needed help. He was passed out with a 6 pack of beer, mumble something about working 2 jobs, and left through the back fence that I was unaware is accessible to outside traffic.

Let me just say the place itself it's beautiful! But the cleanliness was terrible i was in my room for 10 min the first day and my feet were black!!!!! I took a paper towel to the floor and it was black!!!!! Then the same pile of cigarettes at the top of the stairs was there the whole week! On the floor and I thought the pool was just for the guests staying there ! Multiple times we were in the pool random man from the street came in and got in! One of them look like he was bathing and then proceeded to eat a cheeseburger and chips ! We were so uncomfortable we left the pool! Paid over 900 and we couldn't feel comfortable in the pool ! Which is was one thing I was looking forward too!

Staff was friendly, but room was in poor shape. Floors were dirty, door to bedroom stuck and if you closed them, took forever to open up. Bathroom door hard to open. Appliances were old and dirty. Faucet in tub area was broken! Nice location, but I spent over $700 for this room, I shouldn’t have to ask for it to be cleaned.

We arrived very late and the sheets were not clean . Long black hair everywhere. Lots of stairs . Our room had a creepy loft above our bed . Air conditioning unit is very load and the light outside goes on and off all night . The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything! It’s a 15 minute walk to Davaul Street, also where you pick up the keys. Overall only okay. You kind of tucked away from all the hustle and bustle.

Great service, great place but they need to do something with cockroaches They are all over the kitchen. Not even took cofee this morning of disgusting scene

The room was moderately clean. There was a TON of mold in the AC units. We did not end up staying. The person I spoke to was pleasant and offered to refund oie money, but was completely indifferent to the mold.

All was excellent in the place but have a lot of little cockroach.

Worst acommodation we've even been to. Cockroaches all over the apartment, whole place is falling apart, no sound isolation, air-conditioner from last century, noisy, shady guests coming to other apartments. Yelling, fighting and throwing stuff around was happening in the apartment above for the whole night. Disaster. We requested a full refund after first night, but got only partial refund - deducted for the taxes and some other stuff. Avoid this place under all circumstances.

The staff were great including the cleaning lady who change bedding and towels. They don't really cleaned the rooms but that was ok with us. What I suggest is to have a deep cleaning in the room including AC (we tried to clean filter cos was very dirty), the fan was very dusty, the wall behind bed has white dust I guess from AC and floor need also a deep cleaning. Towels, bedding and bath were clean. The area was great and quite. We liked the pool and all common areas. Just a little bit dark for us.

The property is old. Mold on bathroom door, shower could be cleaner, dripped all night, had maintenance next day, shower curtain dirty. Just not what I thought I was getting

pool full of mold, room dirty. i droped a bottle cap and it when under the couch so i moved it.. and Surprise! it seems they've never moved the furniture or are hiding the dirt under it..

Coconut King room has its own private balcony overlooking White street which is super nice but the rest of the place left a lot to be desired. Remote was super sticky like the plastic had started peeling from sun/heat exposure and took five minutes for TV to become functional. Toilet also required tinkering otherwise it would fill the tank every couple minutes. Mini fridge also had a couple spills that weren’t cleaned especially the freezer looked like mold.

This older property is several blocks (about 1/2 mile) from Duval, which was fine by us. It's not much to look at from the street. Older property. Theyve done some updates but the bathroom is very dated and the floors are not level. In fact standing in the shower was precarious. The large jetted tub had controls for filling it, but the water was a trickle. Chairs in room were stained. Room can sleep 4 but there isnt that much room for seating so its really a room for 2. We were in Melissa's villa. Never found critters inside, but there were snakes under the property as we saw them coming and going. Pool is tiny. No laps for me. Waterfall is very loud and the pretty tiling behind the waterfall is falling apart. The positives are the neighborhood is quiet, walk to marina and Duval is doable. We found several nice restaurants on White Street. Kitchen in unit is small so not really doable to cook a meal, but ok for takeaway. There are 4 or 5 rooms in this building and 5 parking spots included so we only paid to park when we picked up the room key on Duval (discovered 2 spots in front of the office when we dropped off so did not pay for leaving the keys). If we return to Key West we will probably find a nicer property on the beach with a parking lot.

It was really cute apartment however it was run down and there were roaches. The internet kept shutting off so after a long day when my kids wanted to just relax and watch TV we couldn't. There is parking but it is a TIGHT squeeze. And if workers come during the day, there isn't enough spots.

Room needs to be updated. AC poor condition. Fridge not getting cold. Had to let the shower run for 10 minutes before the water was hot. Entire building is falling apart. Extremely over priced. I definitely should have shopped around more. The photos posted on line must have been taken 20 years ago.

The most professional front desk GG and Emma. They made sure we enjoy our stay there and took care even of parking our car. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making sure their guest enjoyed their time there. Definitely will go back and share our great experience with friends.

It was easy to find. Check in was smooth! Shoutout to Emma and cleaning staff for being so helpful and friendly. Location was convenient and very walkable. I would love to live in this area it’s a vibe!!!

Staff was amazing and friendly. Check in was a touch confusing since there are several properties and the front desk was .7 miles away, but to be fair, they did warn us about that and we just forgot because we so exhausted when we got in. After that though, our whole stay was lovely.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. The room we were given was run-down and in terrible condition. To make matters worse, we were assigned a room with just one bed for my husband, my 13-year-old child, and myself. When we called the front desk to complain, the woman was incredibly rude. She actually told us to "do the math" and assumed we could all sleep in a single bed. When I explained that was not an option, she finally offered to bring an inflatable mattress—only if we paid an extra fee. When it arrived, the air mattress was broken and kept losing air, forcing us to refill it multiple times during the night. The room itself was outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, and the pillows felt like rocks. I’ve never had such a terrible night’s sleep. The staff’s unhelpful attitude and the poor condition of the room made for an incredibly frustrating experience. I will definitely not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

The checkin is not in the location of the property which is fine but I don’t recall seeing that info as I was booking and it was inconvenient for me to deal with that. The staff was very nice. The room was clean but needs some maintenance, for example there are a lot of scuff marks on the walls. The streaming on the tv worked but the cable didn’t (and therefore local news/weather). There is good parking which is unusual for this area. The pool looked very nice.

Our stay at Colors on White Street was great! There was a dedicated parking spot for us, the unit was clean and had all the basic amenities you would need for a stay in Key West. It's a bit of a walk to Duval Street from this unit, and you have to check in at their main location on Duval Street, but the staff's instructions were thorough and clear about this. Just call ahead if you are unsure, Denise and their other staff were incredibly kind and answered all of our questions.

The person who helped us was discriminatory; she told me that it was because I didn't speak English.

Perfect place! The location is right where you want to be at. No problems whatsoever the staff Mrs. Verged and also Mrs. Denice was so friendly any questions I was able to call. The easiest check in too. I came after hours and the instructions were so simple. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend thank you .

Very frustrating check in process. No where that I could find in my Expedia reservation nor in the email from colors on white could I find the location of the check in. After digging through the property details I finally found it in the small print. This should be front and center. I have no issue with the different location just the unknown. Also we got to the actual location of colors on white in the dark we found no reference to colors on white nor did we realize key west properties sign was meant for us.

The room is a nice quiet neighborhood. It was comfortable and met our needs nicely. It was within a nice comfortable. Walking distance from the main tourist area. Also found several nice restaurants. It appeared to have had a loft at one time, but the access to the loft longer existed.

It was very close to all the things we wanted to see. Park the car at the hotel and walk to everything.

We loved our room, it was very nice and clean. Outside, the pool itself and the building need some love. The general area was great, friendly, close to gas stations and a couple restaurants bakery and only a 13 minute walk (depending on how fast you walk) to duval. We will stay here again.

This was my first time to Key West, but I would definitely stay here again on my next trip. The property is in a residential area and pretty quiet; the room was basic with a functional design and well-maintained. The location was great in that there are places to walk to or you can order a taxi/ride share. Parking included!

First time visiting Key West. Colors on White was centrally located for me without realizing when i booked my stay. Im going to have to come back and stay longer than a few days. Clean comfortable room in an authentic Key West atmosphere.

We enjoyed our stay at Colors on White. The closest free bus stop is 0.3 miles from the room. Duval Street is 0.4 It's not a long walk for many people. We had over estimated our mobility and found the distance to be a problem. Cabs solved it. The room was very nice with a small kichenette. It is a quaint older building. We'd have preferred a queen size bed and a couple of chairs but were forced inside due to the poor weather so it may have been less of an issue except for that. In summary: Clean comfortable accommodation with wonderfully friendly staff. We would book again.

The entire property was great, all the rentals in the are were in great location, right off Duval. Good breakfast available as well, would stay again.

A lovely property with fantastic staff. The apartment itself is in need of a bit of tlc in particular the kitchenette which isn’t great. The equipment isn’t up to scratch to be honest and we chose to eat out. That said the balcony was fab with great views and the location excellent if you take bikes which we did. They make it so much easier to get around. Wasn’t disappointed at all, loved the place and would stay again

We were nervous based on some of the reviews but our room was clean and stocked. No its not the ritz or the Waldorf but considering the proce difference it was worth it for us! Im sure a bigger pool with a bar would of been nice but we were perfectly happy with the very private little pool all to ourselves! Probably would not stay with 4 of us again but just my husband and I would be fine! Not the most convenient location and there did not seem to be a lot of dining options around us but I found an amazing morning coffee shop down the street so I was happy!

The options for accomodation in KW were not many as we made the reservation 2 months in advance. This hotel does not have any staff on site meaning that you make check-in in another place far away. And the check-in starts at 16.00 which is very unusual. The reason is that they clean first all other hotels and then come to this place. At 16.00 o’clock is extremely late considering the very high room prices without any free breakfast or anything. The room had thin walls as we heard snoaring and talk from the room next to us. The bed was on the hard side for our taste and the pillows were vetöry thin(=well slept, please get new ones). KW seems to be cashing out visitors heavily. The prices also in the restaurants are extremely high. Will not visit again considering how greedy all the entrepreneurs in KW are.

My wife and I stayed here for a week and loved it. The location was perfect. Conveniently located near all of the attractions but distant enough to enjoy some peace and quiet if needed. Free onsite parking, which is a high commodity in Key West. Our apartment had a mini fridge, glass top stove, microwave, toaster, and all necessary cookware and utensils. We went grocery shopping when we first got there. Since our apartment was centrally located on the island, we would just come back to eat when we were hungry rather than waste money at restaurants. The pool was small and not very deep but was very relaxing. We didn't mind since we spent most of our time at the beach. The next time we go back, we will definitely consider staying here again.
