Great location for families, a well stocked on site supermarket, coffee shops and restaurants, pedestrianised around the apartments and really good facilities like the kids club, pools, golf and tennis. Nearby aquarium is excellent and worth the visit

Great resort for families. The apartment had narrow steep stairs to the main bedroom so not good for elderly people The pool area doesn’t open u til 9am so you need to queue up from 8:30am to get lounge and umbrella. The bus into town was handy and only 2euro each - overall a great location for beach and pool activities.

La situation sur le littoral est privilégiée, au calme. La vue est magnifique sur la mer et les criques arborées. La piscine est agréable. La plage de galets est proche mais toute petite. Attention cela fait mal aux pieds sans chaussons de mer. Nous avons réservé un appartement 1 chambre (sea view), qui semblait de plain- pied sur les photos. Il s'agissait d'un duplex (escalier très pentu), pas très pratique. La literie était plutôt confortable (nos ados ont dormi dans le canapé-lit correct). La cuisine comporte un frogo, des plaques de cuisson, un four micro-ondes et assez peu de couverts. Le balcon vue mer pourrait être agréable mais problème: le bloc de clim souffle sur le balcon. Donc il faut couper la climatisation si on veut profiter du balcon. Nous avons testé la supérette Konzum, c'est cher mais pratique. Nous avons également mangé au Secondi ( burgers plutôt bons), au restaurant Oliva (bon, belle véranda mais petites portions), au restaurant Bonaca (surcôté). Tout cela est pratique si vous avez envie de rester dans ce petit coin tranquille de Pula. Sinon il faut reprendre la voiture ou le bus ( arrêt à 5 minutes vers le centre-ville). Autre remarque: pas de self-service laundry. Nous sommes allés à Speed Queen, très bonne laverie en périphérie.

Wir haben uns für das Park Plaza Verudela Apartments entschieden wegen u.a der geworbenen Familienfreundlichkeit. Die Anlage ist an sich sehr schöne aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der Bereich am Meer ist einfach nur traumhaft! Die Zimmer sind ehr spartanisch Ausgestattet. Den Preis pro Zimmer fand ich daher schon etwas zu hoch. Der Pool ist ein Salzwasser Pool was ich persönlich viel besser finde als Chlor. Leider besteht kaum Möglichkeit auf eine Liege, weil die typischen reservierer wirklich die Liegen mit Handtüchern blockieren egal ob die am Pool sind, beim essen oder im Zimmer. Das Management sollte dagegen wirklich was unternehmen. In anderen Ländern/Anlagen gibt es extra Pool Handtücher und das Personal achtet sehr darauf das die liegen Freigemacht werden wenn der Pool-Bereich verlassen wird. In der Anlage gibt es eigentlich alles was benötigt wird. Restaurants, Geschäfte, Apotheke, Lebensmittelgeschäft usw., jedoch muss gesagt werden, dass die Preisgestaltung teilweise nicht nachvollziehbar ist. In den Restaurants oder dem Lebensmittelgeschäft kosten Gerichte oder Lebensmittel teilweise das doppelte was sie außerhalb Kosten, wiederum andere Gerichte oder Lebensmittel sind preislich gleich. Fand ich sehr seltsam - deswegen haben wir z.b Lebensmittel dann nur nur außerhalb gekauft haben. Schade fand ich auch das es ein Familien Unterkunft war. jedoch die Restaurants keine Kindergerichte Angeboten haben. Trotzdem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Vi hadde 11 fine dager på Park Plaza Verdula. Vi bodde i en premium apartment med ett soverom, 2 bad, med kombinert kjøkken og stue. Her hadde vi også en sovesofa. Området har fine bassenger, kort vei til strender og mange fasiliteter i umiddelbar nærhet (som kafeer, matbutikk, restauranter). Det var også enkelt å reise inn til Pula sentrum enten med buss eller taxi. Det som trekker litt ned er at renholdet i leiligheten ikke var så bra. Renholderne kom innom hver dag for å re opp eller skifte håndkleder, men det ble ikke vasket skikkelig der en eneste dag. Av og til kunne man se de hadde gått over vasken, men det så mer ut som de hadde dratt over der med en møkkete klut. Når man gikk med sokker ikke, så kunne man se at sokkene ble møkkete under. Hadde renholdet vært bedre så hadde vi gitt oppholdet 5/5.

Hebergement avec des prestations de bonnes qualité. J'ai eu un soucis avec des fourmis dans mon logement, chose qui peut arriver c'est la nature.. Ils ont été très compréhensif et mon indemnisé pour ce désagréement et Expédia aussi. Un grand merci à eux :) Service irreprochable, cadre idéal, presta au top, de nombreuses activité et service sont a disposition et localisation top. Si vous souhaitez ne pas bouger du complexe lors de votre séjour, c'est possible. De nombreux services sont a votre disposition dans le complexe.

Resorter i sig var bra, låg väldigt nära stranden och hade en bra pool. Hade varit önskvärt med fler solstolar eller striktare regler kring paxning av stolarna då väldigt många var tomma flera timmar. Rummet var slitet och badrummet hade mycket silverfiskar, det var även en bäddsoffa vilket vi inte förväntade oss med tanke på priset. Det var dock en bra AC och bra kök.

Overall we loved staying here. Really well kept property. Cons: every night bugs appeared coming inside through the window crack and large amount of mouse droppings on the balcony floor and table as a surprise every morning. The kitchen was well equipped. The king size bed was rock hard; wish it had a pad on. The kitchen chairs had metal legs and they were super loud when you moved them… they also stuck out in the back and we kept tripping over them multiple times; almost landed on the floor. There is a grocery store conveniently on the property but prepare to pay inflated prices. Having said all this, I would definitely go back; next time probably would stay in the hotel vs apartments.

Hotel: Das Hotel befindet sich in einer großen Anlage mit vielen Läden. Die Anlage ist wirklich groß und schön zu belaufen. Eine etwas längere Straße, die zu anderen Hotels, zum Pool und zum Meer führt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der Pool und die Lage am Meer sowie die Aussicht mit den Liegen, die in Richtung Meer stehen. Hier besteht aber morgens direkt ein großer Andrang. Mit dem Anstellen wird offenbar versucht, der Reservierung von Liegeplätzen entgegenzuwirken. Problem ist aber dabei, dass nicht kontrolliert wird, wie viele Liegen belegt werden. Zimmer: Leider passen die Zimmer nicht ins Bild der Anlage und entsprechen unserer Meinung nach nicht einem 4-Sterne-Hotel - eher 2,5 bis 3 Sterne. Alt, ungemütlich, dunkel und teilweise heruntergekommen. Das war sehr schade und erstmal enttäuschend, als wir angekommen sind. Das Zimmer war auch überhaupt nicht gereinigt und sauber. Der Boden war mit Flecken besät, sodass wir um eine erneute Reinigung bitten mussten. Hier besteht Verbesserungsbedarf, um zum einen dem 21. Jahrhundert gerecht zu werden und zum anderen das Bild eines 4-Sterne-Hotels zu legitimieren. Fazit: Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut, wenn man alle anderen Faktoren wie die Lage am Meer und den Pool mitberücksichtigt. Die Zimmer trüben jedoch das Bild des Hotels und sollten dringend renoviert werden. Ferner könnte beim Frühstück noch etwas mehr auf hygienische Standards geachtet werden.

Vi betalade 3,400 Euro för 7 dagars vistelse på lägenhetshotellrum utan frukost och var inte nöjda med standarden, skavda kanter och sunkiga duschkabiner är exempel. Hotellet anser sig vara 4-stjärnigt, men det håller jag inte med om, möjligen 2 eller 3-stjärnigt. Städningen som skedde var tredje dag var bristfällig och vi fick säga till extra för att städningen skulle bli bra. Läget och området där hotellet ligger är väldigt fint, men lägenhetshotellrummen håller inte 4-stjärnigstandarden anser vi.

Es ist leider nicht sauber. Es wird nur das nötigste gereinigt. Zu teuer für den Zustand. Reinigungskräfte tragen saubere Handtücher mit den Putzhandschuhen.

Vi hadde 11 fine dager på Park Plaza Verdula. Vi bodde i en premium apartment med ett soverom, 2 bad, med kombinert kjøkken og stue. Her hadde vi også en sovesofa. Området har fine bassenger, kort vei til strender og mange fasiliteter i umiddelbar nærhet (som kafeer, matbutikk, restauranter). Det var også enkelt å reise inn til Pula sentrum enten med buss eller taxi. Det som trekker litt ned er at renholdet i leiligheten ikke var så bra. Renholderne kom innom hver dag for å re opp eller skifte håndkleder, men det ble ikke vasket skikkelig der en eneste dag. Av og til kunne man se de hadde gått over vasken, men det så mer ut som de hadde dratt over der med en møkkete klut. Når man gikk med sokker ikke, så kunne man se at sokkene ble møkkete under. Hadde renholdet vært bedre så hadde vi gitt oppholdet 5/5.

We have just returned home from this hotel and I must say for the price I was really impressed. The complex is clean and all the staff are friendly. A variety of restaurants but they do all serve similar food but that wasn’t an issue for us. They cater for all tastes even fussy eaters which we needed. The shop is somewhat expensive but that is to be expected on a complex like this. The rooms are comfortable and our self catering apartment was well equipped. Cleaning came in every morning. The stairs are steep so might be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. No air con in the smaller room but found if my son slept with the door open, and the air con on downstairs then it filtered up to his room adequately. Our balcony was small, others where bigger but again wasn’t an issue for our party. The pool area is nice, the pool doesn’t feel busy even when all the beds are full. I’d happily come back here again.

Resorter i sig var bra, låg väldigt nära stranden och hade en bra pool. Hade varit önskvärt med fler solstolar eller striktare regler kring paxning av stolarna då väldigt många var tomma flera timmar. Rummet var slitet och badrummet hade mycket silverfiskar, det var även en bäddsoffa vilket vi inte förväntade oss med tanke på priset. Det var dock en bra AC och bra kök.

Overall we loved staying here. Really well kept property. Cons: every night bugs appeared coming inside through the window crack and large amount of mouse droppings on the balcony floor and table as a surprise every morning. The kitchen was well equipped. The king size bed was rock hard; wish it had a pad on. The kitchen chairs had metal legs and they were super loud when you moved them… they also stuck out in the back and we kept tripping over them multiple times; almost landed on the floor. There is a grocery store conveniently on the property but prepare to pay inflated prices. Having said all this, I would definitely go back; next time probably would stay in the hotel vs apartments.

Hotel: Das Hotel befindet sich in einer großen Anlage mit vielen Läden. Die Anlage ist wirklich groß und schön zu belaufen. Eine etwas längere Straße, die zu anderen Hotels, zum Pool und zum Meer führt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der Pool und die Lage am Meer sowie die Aussicht mit den Liegen, die in Richtung Meer stehen. Hier besteht aber morgens direkt ein großer Andrang. Mit dem Anstellen wird offenbar versucht, der Reservierung von Liegeplätzen entgegenzuwirken. Problem ist aber dabei, dass nicht kontrolliert wird, wie viele Liegen belegt werden. Zimmer: Leider passen die Zimmer nicht ins Bild der Anlage und entsprechen unserer Meinung nach nicht einem 4-Sterne-Hotel - eher 2,5 bis 3 Sterne. Alt, ungemütlich, dunkel und teilweise heruntergekommen. Das war sehr schade und erstmal enttäuschend, als wir angekommen sind. Das Zimmer war auch überhaupt nicht gereinigt und sauber. Der Boden war mit Flecken besät, sodass wir um eine erneute Reinigung bitten mussten. Hier besteht Verbesserungsbedarf, um zum einen dem 21. Jahrhundert gerecht zu werden und zum anderen das Bild eines 4-Sterne-Hotels zu legitimieren. Fazit: Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut, wenn man alle anderen Faktoren wie die Lage am Meer und den Pool mitberücksichtigt. Vi valgte en premium lejlighed med havudsigt og det fortrød vi ikke. Der er flere lejligheder der ligger skidt og uden skygge på altanen. Vi havde den flotteste udsigt og skygge hele dagen. Prisen var ikke meget højere. Værelserne var fine, air condition virkede godt. Eneste irritation er at air condition enheden er monteret på altanen så den fylder og så bliver der virkelig varmt på altanen når air condition kører indenfor. Vi slukkede når vi skulle sidde ude. Poolen er virkelig meget salt. Vi har prøvet salt pools før men denne er fyldt med salt til et ubehageligt niveau. Heldigvis er havvandet det klareste og reneste vi har oplevet. Børnene var begejstrede over at kunne svømme tæt på stimer af fisk. Der er mange restauranter på stedet og også en rigtig god en nede på havnen i gåafstand fra hotellet. Receptionen var super flinke og hjalp os bla med tip til at få betalt en parkeringsbøde så det kostede det halve.

Great resort for families. The apartment had narrow steep stairs to the main bedroom so not good for elderly people The pool area doesn’t open u til 9am so you need to queue up from 8:30am to get lounge and umbrella. The bus into town was handy and only 2euro each - overall a great location for beach and pool activities.

La situation sur le littoral est privilégiée, au calme. La vue est magnifique sur la mer et les criques arborées. La piscine est agréable. La plage de galets est proche mais toute petite. Attention cela fait mal aux pieds sans chaussons de mer. Nous avons réservé un appartement 1 chambre (sea view), qui semblait de plain- pied sur les photos. Il s'agissait d'un duplex (escalier très pentu), pas très pratique. La literie était plutôt confortable (nos ados ont dormi dans le canapé-lit correct). La cuisine comporte un frogo, des plaques de cuisson, un four micro-ondes et assez peu de couverts. Le balcon vue mer pourrait être agréable mais problème: le bloc de clim souffle sur le balcon. Donc il faut couper la climatisation si on veut profiter du balcon. Nous avons testé la supérette Konzum, c'est cher mais pratique. Nous avons également mangé au Secondi ( burgers plutôt bons), au restaurant Oliva (bon, belle véranda mais petites portions), au restaurant Bonaca (surcôté). Tout cela est pratique si vous avez envie de rester dans ce petit coin tranquille de Pula. Sinon il faut reprendre la voiture ou le bus ( arrêt à 5 minutes vers le centre-ville). Autre remarque: pas de self-service laundry. Nous sommes allés à Speed Queen, très bonne laverie en périphérie.

Amazing stay, clean throughout with lots of things to do on site and walkable places nearby. Bus stop at bottom of the road takes you into centre of city frequently. Restaurants cheaper off site but expected , staff friendly and helpful. Could not recommend more

Det mesta är väldigt bra, men lägnheterna vi hade (2 st) hade minst 10-15 grejer vardera som skulle behöva åtgärdas, receptionen tyckte att ”oj, det har vi inte hört men om ni inte säger till kan vi ju inte hjälpa er” men det är orimligt att vi ska göra en byggbesiktning och lägga hela vår semester på detta uppenbara. Kaffebryggare trasig, AC på båda rummen, uppe och nere gick inte att ställa in flödet på, dörrarna med tillhörande lås var väldigt trasiga, eluttag satt löst, arbetsbord var knäckt/trasigt, bäddsoffan var rostig, balkongen svår att stänga, getingbo på balkongen, toalettstolen satt löst och gled av löpande, vi lagade den själva men städarna förstörde den om och om igen :) Stödet var undermåligt, strumporna blev svarta av att gå i lägenheten och det dagliga städet tog 3-5 minuter totalt inkl bäddning av sängar. Det är kanske så att det är detta man ska förvänta sig på en semesterort vid havet/resort men vi tyckte generellt lägenheterna var bra men med mycket eftersatt underhåll. Övriga delen av boendet inkl pool och restaurang var enligt förväntan, solstolarna var lite trasiga vissa av de men annars var allt helt okej och linje med en 3-4 stjärnor upplevelse. En genomgång av rummen, så tycker jag man är tillbaka på den nivån man kanske hade när hotellet var nytt. Vi skulle kunna komma tillbaka men hade då valt att bo på hotellet Histria istället men med samma bekvämligheter i övrigt.

Generelt et absolut skønt og meget meget familievenligt sted ! Vi har været her 2 gange og er rigtig glade det. Det er dog forventeligt blevet dyrere men du får stadig meget for pengene i forhold til andre steder. De eneste få minusser er at du skal stille dig i kø om morgenen til at få liggestole ved poolen og service niveauet og attituden fra personalet i pool bar/restauranten er faldet en del.
Generelt et absolut skønt og meget meget familievenligt sted ! Vi har været her 2 gange og er rigtig glade det. Det er dog forventeligt blevet dyrere men du får stadig meget for pengene i forhold til andre steder. De eneste få minusser er at du skal stille dig i kø om morgenen til at få liggestole ved poolen og service niveauet og attituden fra personalet i pool bar/restauranten er faldet en del.

This was our third stay at the Park Plaza Verudela Pula resort and everything there is still top-notch. The staff are helpful, the breakfast buffet is great, and the access to the nearest beach is just a short walk away from our favorite building.

Really enjoyed our stay at Park Plaza Verudela. The staff at reception were extremely accommodating. We asked a lot of questions and they were helpful with information regarding transport and locations. We were given a beautiful room with a pool view, the balcony directly overlooked a green hill with trees. Really calming and serene. Room service everyday did a quick tidy up of the room. They provide a secure luggage storage facility and luggage drop-off to the rooms. We went in April and the weather was still too cold for a dip in the outdoor pool though it was beautiful to walk by. There’s access to a rocky beach from within the resort with stunning views.

Second time staying here. Will be staying again. Love this place really good location for me and scuba diving. But what keeps me coming back is the friendly staff and good rooms. Supermarket on site helps. Lovely restaurants as well.

We stayed here for 4 nights whilst exploring Pula and Istria. It was a perfect location and a short bus trip into city centre. Also plenty of parking for our car we hired for trips around Istria. The pool area is lovely with amazing views perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the sites. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the resort to choose from however we opted to venture into Puls which was only 15 minutes by bus away. Would definitely stay again for a holiday on the resort, it was so quiet and relaxing.

An amazing resort area 10 minutes from old town Pula. We booked an apartment style room which was clean, spacious and all have a balcony. Tons of restaurants, cafes, shops, a grocery store all in short walking distance. Two large pools overlooking the sea with plenty of seating and beautiful walkways and paths to take you to the many beaches.

Amazing stay, clean throughout with lots of things to do on site and walkable places nearby. Bus stop at bottom of the road takes you into centre of city frequently. Restaurants cheaper off site but expected , staff friendly and helpful. Could not recommend more

Vi nød opholdet på Resortet hvor der er mulighed for indkøb,shoppe hvis man mangler nogle småting samt forskellige typer restauranter.dejligt pool område med flot udsigt over Middelhavet og øerne. Venlig og imødekommende personale skal også fremhæves. Vi boede i en dejlig lejlighed hvor alt var ok. Generelt dejligt område med mulighed for forskellige aktiviteter. Også fremhæves den gode og nemme busforbindelse til Pula centrum som også er et hyggeligt besøg værd.

La situation sur le littoral est privilégiée, au calme. La vue est magnifique sur la mer et les criques arborées. La piscine est agréable. La plage de galets est proche mais toute petite. Attention cela fait mal aux pieds sans chaussons de mer. Nous avons réservé un appartement 1 chambre (sea view), qui semblait de plain- pied sur les photos. Il s'agissait d'un duplex (escalier très pentu), pas très pratique. La literie était plutôt confortable (nos ados ont dormi dans le canapé-lit correct). La cuisine comporte un frogo, des plaques de cuisson, un four micro-ondes et assez peu de couverts. Le balcon vue mer pourrait être agréable mais problème: le bloc de clim souffle sur le balcon. Donc il faut couper la climatisation si on veut profiter du balcon. Nous avons testé la supérette Konzum, c'est cher mais pratique. Nous avons également mangé au Secondi ( burgers plutôt bons), au restaurant Oliva (bon, belle véranda mais petites portions), au restaurant Bonaca (surcôté). Tout cela est pratique si vous avez envie de rester dans ce petit coin tranquille de Pula. Sinon il faut reprendre la voiture ou le bus ( arrêt à 5 minutes vers le centre-ville). Autre remarque: pas de self-service laundry. Nous sommes allés à Speed Queen, très bonne laverie en périphérie.

We have just returned home from this hotel and I must say for the price I was really impressed. The complex is clean and all the staff are friendly. A variety of restaurants but they do all serve similar food but that wasn’t an issue for us. They cater for all tastes even fussy eaters which we needed. The shop is somewhat expensive but that is to be expected on a complex like this. The rooms are comfortable and our self catering apartment was well equipped. Cleaning came in every morning. The stairs are steep so might be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. No air con in the smaller room but found if my son slept with the door open, and the air con on downstairs then it filtered up to his room adequately. Our balcony was small, others where bigger but again wasn’t an issue for our party. The pool area is nice, the pool doesn’t feel busy even when all the beds are full. I’d happily come back here again.

War grundsätzlich okay . Am Beach mussten noch für die liegen bezahlt werden. Frühstück und Pool eher hektisch. Aber schöne Anlage - tolle Lage und gut zu erreichen mit genügend parking. Das Frühstück war von der Qualität super - mit 17 eur pP doch etwas gehoben.

This was our third stay at the Park Plaza Verudela Pula resort and everything there is still top-notch. The staff are helpful, the breakfast buffet is great, and the access to the nearest beach is just a short walk away from our favorite building.

Wir haben uns für das Park Plaza Verudela Apartments entschieden wegen u.a der geworbenen Familienfreundlichkeit. Die Anlage ist an sich sehr schöne aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der Bereich am Meer ist einfach nur traumhaft! Die Zimmer sind ehr spartanisch Ausgestattet. Den Preis pro Zimmer fand ich daher schon etwas zu hoch. Der Pool ist ein Salzwasser Pool was ich persönlich viel besser finde als Chlor. Leider besteht kaum Möglichkeit auf eine Liege, weil die typischen reservierer wirklich die Liegen mit Handtüchern blockieren egal ob die am Pool sind, beim essen oder im Zimmer. Das Management sollte dagegen wirklich was unternehmen. In anderen Ländern/Anlagen gibt es extra Pool Handtücher und das Personal achtet sehr darauf das die liegen Freigemacht werden wenn der Pool-Bereich verlassen wird. In der Anlage gibt es eigentlich alles was benötigt wird. Restaurants, Geschäfte, Apotheke, Lebensmittelgeschäft usw., jedoch muss gesagt werden, dass die Preisgestaltung teilweise nicht nachvollziehbar ist. In den Restaurants oder dem Lebensmittelgeschäft kosten Gerichte oder Lebensmittel teilweise das doppelte was sie außerhalb Kosten, wiederum andere Gerichte oder Lebensmittel sind preislich gleich. Fand ich sehr seltsam - deswegen haben wir z.b Lebensmittel dann nur nur außerhalb gekauft haben. Schade fand ich auch das es ein Familien Unterkunft war. jedoch die Restaurants keine Kindergerichte Angeboten haben. Trotzdem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Sehr gutes Service für einen relativ günstigen Preis. Jeden Tag Reinigung. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Die Programme am Salzwasser Schwimmbad sind interessant und die Aufenthalt hat uns insgesamt sehr viel Spass gemacht. Manchmal gibts auch abends auch Live Music oder Tanz. Strand paar Schritte entfernt vom Pool-Bar. Die Restaurants in der Umgebung entsprechen grob meines Erachtens den Erwartungen. Kids area was great and staff was AMAZING - very impressed. Also very nice including they were with kids for the evening shows 5stars!! Hotel area nice and is situated really beautiful. The only minus - is that one evening our AC broke - and with the summer heat and two small kids this was awful. We asked to change room but it was said it was fully booked. We asked for fans at least and the reception said they would check. But after not coming back I went to the reception to ask again and they said they have no fans. They said we have no choice but to sleep in the heat. The day after when I wanted to file a complaint they didn’t want to handle it instead they gave me two email addresses but I have not heard anything yet - 3 weeks have passed If this would have been managed better they would get a lot better review

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was well equipped, clean and there was enough space for a family of 4 with teenager children. However, there was no aircon in the second bedroom, which meant they had to sleep with the door open. The lounge sofa was only big enough for two people and despite having two balconies, neither would fit all of us on comfortably. However, the resort was beautiful, well maintained, with a high street of shops and restaurants. The pools were lovely, but on the small size for the size of the resort, however with the proximity to the sea this was not an issue for us.
