Stayed here for honeymoon flight to Mexico and cheap parking while away. However we spent more money than we would have if we had just parked at the airport. Our return flight was scheduled to land right at 9pm and I didn’t know till we had already left the prior Monday on the shuttle that 8:30 is the last run to airport. Had I known I would have just got a cheaper hotel and parked at airport. 25 dollar cab plus tip and 15 dollar parking fee. I think parking at airport would have been 40 for the 4 nights. I think if flying out of Lexington again if return flight is later than shuttle service I will just stay somewhere cheaper. An 80 dollar hotel plus airport parking will be cheaper than the 185 spent. Would be nice to get a partial refund for hassle of using a cab.

I selected this hotel for the indoor pool which was under maintenance. I was charged twice for the stay, and have yet to be able to connect with a manager to correct this issue

The staff was beyond amazing and friendly. The website is very misleading thouh. We picked that spot for my kids to swim and be in a hot tub but the tub was filled in with concrete and the pool was closed the whole time. Like I stated the room and staff were amazing but the website could use some updating.

It was a very nice facility but they had limited parking so we had to park around the back of the facility. It was very dark, the entry wasn’t marked and it was blocked by equipment. They need to add lights and signs if they expect people to park back there.

The carpet was wet by the window air conditioning unit. The water drained slow in bathroom sink. Had to open and close the plug repeatedlyto drain. No coffee for early shuttle users. Even shift said early shift should have coffee. $3 parking fee added to bill unexpectedly. I used the shuttle to and from the airport. Front clerk's attitude was bothered, not friendly. Said she'd refund parking fee, but not immediately. Said it was a process.

Overall, I would give this hotel 4 stars. However, this hotel could use a deep cleaning in their rooms and probably throughout as far as I am concerned. The couch in room 225 was stained and the bathroom floor didn’t look much like it had been swept or mopped in a day or more, and the refrigerator was a bit dirty. On a positive note the bed was comfortable and I felt safe during my short stay. Be aware that there is a $3.00 parking charge.

This hotel is run down. I switched rooms due to a moldy/musty smell and the room I was transferred to smelt a little better but it was the same. The staff were amazing and it was clean but a very run down hotel.

The air conditioner was so loud that it was hard to sleep. Also could not use the light over the bathtub because the exhaust vent was so loud. Big stain in the middle of the carpet. Chipping paint and ripped wallpaper in the bathroom.

Staff, area, hotel overall was fine. Couple of complaints though. Room reeked of cigarettes, carpet was wet about 2-3 ft out from ac, no body wash in container. It was only one night so wasnt a huge deal. If it wouldve been more nights i wouldve asked for another room. Everything else about the place was fine. I was in room 103

I would have liked to have had dark out drapes. The shears let the glare from the parking lot lights into the room. It was like a set of car head lights in my eyes every time I rolled over in the bed toward the window. Other than that all was excellent.

Are was quiet and property was clean and safe. Only complaint is that parking in front is minimal if arriving late and food options are minimal. Overall for the property itself, it was very nice and perfect for a good nights rest. The bedding and pillows were some of the most comfortable I’ve experienced lately. The front desk worker was cheerful and helpful. Will definitely return.

The gentleman at the desk at check in barely spoke. Could be friendlier. Light in our bathroom didnt work. They sent someone but he said he couldnt fix it then. So it was dark in there. Room couldve been a little cleaner. Bar/bistro staff was friendly and helpful

Now I know when I book any hotel will never go by customer rating as good or “very good” I would rather go for “exceptional” or “excellent”. This hotel was wonderful in every aspect. To be more specific, Jasiel at the front was so courteous and supportive every time I requested for any help.

The place was clean and comfortable. There was a very dr*nk and/or dr*gged up man in the elevator with us. When he pulled something out of his pocket, he dropped his umm stuff all over the floor. He could barely stand upright. One lady at the Starbucks was rude. Other than that, the place was nice and the price was good.

Safe and clean. Room was comfortable and the bed was wonderful. When I got there the front desk person was on his phone and did not seem welcoming. Also I was charged three dollars for parking and hadn’t been tracking on that.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean & comfy. There was stain on carpet in room 213. Don’t waste $ at the Starbucks in the lobby for coffee. It was not hot, bananas looked ready for banana bread. We ended up getting hot coffee at the Starbucks in the Kroger next door. Great location!

This is a great room at a reasonable price, perfectly located near the airport with restaurants, gas to refill my rental, and super friendly staff. Jump right on the circle road (loop) and you can get anywhere quickly.

The hotel is called Courtyard Lexington/Keenland Airport, but it is not actually that close to the airport. It is in a nice, quiet business area with some great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the property. My room was neat and clean . The staff was very nice and helpful. The only negative I found was that I could not have breakfast because the cook could not make it! Other wise it was a pleasant stay . Thank you

I thought there was a free continental breakfast, i was wrong...not even free coffee, except for whats in the room. Bed was not comfortable, but thats individual preference. Housekeepers were very attentive. Concerned about the elevators....shaky and noisy. Hotel is in a great location, walkinf distance to a variety of things as well as short drive to shopping.

stay was good but your menu is not right. Bar person is the same as the 7 am bar person so why open at 630 am and close at 9 on the dot and bring them back in 6 hours I do trust you pay over time

This was an excellent hotel. Close to everything. Room was big and comfortable. Late night food and drinks were great and reasonable.! Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very comfortable stay and the rooms were very clean. My only complaints are that cups and coffee were never replenished in our room and the complimentary breakfast was rather pathetic. We had to go out to get breakfast.
