Great hotel with a touch of ‘different’ to it. All good except for the noise from the bar downstairs on a Friday night. Extremely loud voices yelling and laughing till nearly midnight was not great. My advice if you’d like to stay on a Friday/Sat night …. don’t pick the Medusa room.

Modern and large rooms. Staff were friendly and hotel is close to shops and the beach. Only thing is there are no lifts, so not convenient if you have a pram (which we did).

Cool place to stay, very convenient to pretty much everything, beach just across the road. Only downside that we could hear upstairs moving furniture & walking around late at night. Even though there is no parking on property we found parking quite easily. Staff very friendly

Very conveniently located refurbished hotel. Clean and comfortable with kitsch decor. Very friendly staff. Bathroom is a bit squeezy with very little room for toiletries, but considering the price, this little hotel was definitely value for money and clean and comfortable. We could easily walk to Rainbow Bay, Kirra Beach and all of the lovely little cafes.

The room was located on the first floor, which meant that it was extremely loud. We could hear every conversation and music from the bar next door. They did provide earplugs, but this should we looked into and adjusted. There was a window in our bathroom that could not be closed, so that meant no matter what--we could hear the music coming in. The bathroom door also did not close all the way, which allowed sound to travel. The floors were cement, so the sounds echoed from all over the hotel. The blinds did not close all the way, so the room was never dark and you could see the lights outside shining in. The hotel bed was extremely low to the ground as well. Difficult to get in and out of.

Beautiful unique property, wonderful location with lots of restaurants, bars and beach very close by. Being an older building a fair bit of road and street noise came into the room along with outside light. Bathroom light was not great; especially for 4 females getting ready for a night out; full length mirror would be handy too :)

We were in room 3 on the ground floor. Spacious. We loved the room. BUT the AC did not work and they never got it fixed. They admitted that it had not been working and they knew that when we checked in. We were not happy. It was very hot On the last day she brought us a fan. Might have been nice to have supplied a fan when we checked in and maybe given us a discount. We would not have booked here if we had known there was no AC!

The hotel is very nice a cozy. Rooms are very spacious, well equipped and in good shape. All the rooms have vinyl record player and you can just ask for them in the front desk. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The location is great, right by all the restaurants and shops. From a traveler who's been in many hotels, this one is a sure bet. Overall, a great hotel

The apartment is funky and eclectic. It had great retro feel and because our apartment faced the beach, it also had great views. Easy walk to various restaurants.

Grandparent trip to visit daughter and her husband and granddaughters. Very convenient to them and everything else. We had a one bedroom on the ground floor which helped us because we find stairs difficult. I phoned ahead and they gave us a perfect room. We will be back Front desk receptionist was very helpful and kind to us.

What a fabulous place! The Pink Hotel is a real gem with unique charm. Couldn't fault the room - comfy bed and couches, fully stocked mini bar and most of all, plenty of character. Service was wonderful and the manager was very kind and attentive. Location couldnt be better really, as its walking distance to the beach and all the best restaurants. I probably wouldn't stay here for more than a couple of nights, as there's no kitchenette, but for a short stay it's perfect.

Loud, hard to sleep even with ear plugs. No staff when we got there to check in and had a hard time getting through to anyone on an international phone number. The phone numbers they left on a piece of paper on office doors did not work and we finally got through on the number from website. No text or email to explain how to check in after 6pm. Get on WhatsApp or other platform please go make it easier for international guests to communicate with someone Rooftop deck is nice and beach is close.

This is a unique property in a sea of new high rise apartments/ hotels. This place has style, views, location, comfort… the access to the beach was so awesome, tons of e-bike around to get around. Food options are a plenty all around - the bar rooftop views were insane to watch the epic Gold Coast sunsets… Each staff member was a delight and so wonderful - The place was designed to play into it’s classic architecture…. I didn’t know I needed this stay to kick off my Australia experience but I really did.

Loved the decor. Bed was extremely comfortable. Easy walk to really good restaurants and beach. Rooms need a toaster & microwave for oldies like us who need their tea & toast piping hot in the morning before easing into the day but there is a great order in service.

Samara could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Room was lovely. Whole hotel was funky and cool. Only suggestion for improvement would be to have a small microwave in the room.
