Un pesimo servicio por parte staff y del front desk , (Pablo el de la noche ) Y una ventana rota , mal funcionamiento del A.C ,desde la primera noche, lo que informe al dia siguiente de mi llegada en la mañana Al llegar en la tarde seguia igual y era insoportable estar en la habitación por eso trate de pedir ayuda por teléfono el cual nunca fue contestado después de varios intentos durante una hora . tuve que desplazarme hacia el front desk ( en dos ocaciones ) a lo que la única persona presente contesto que estaba ocupado y que no habia mas staff en el hotel . A raiz del calor insoportable y que no hubo ninguna resolución adecuada ni a tiempo por parte del hotel decidi hacer el check out anticipado esa misma noche, para lo cual tuve que esperar durante 10 minutos ya que el front desk estaba vacio. (10pm) Esto también se lo comunique via a mail al encargado de reservas del hotel el cual contesto que iba a investigar y hasta el dia de hoy no he recibido ninguna respuesta por parte del hotel Ya que se me cobro el total de la reserva de tres dias . Este cobro no es justo ya que no me prestaron el servicio que ofrecen y solo permaneci una noche. No es posible que sea un hotel de 4 estrellas , no tiene restaurante ni ninguna otras amenities

The hotel was very clean as described, however the refrigerator was not working and I had specifically requested a refrigerator in working order for the Insulin I was carrying. When we arrived I noticed the drinks inside were not cold. I turned the temperature to high. We went to dinner in the hotel dining room and the food was very good. When we returned to our room, we got ready for bed and when I checked the temperature of the refrigerator, it was still warm. By this time we are in our night clothes. I attempted to telephone the lobby to let them know about the refrigerator. I must have called them 30 times to no avail. I even called them long distance and no one picked up. At this point I went to the lobby and there were 3 people there. I asked if they ever answered their phones and was told they had answered but couldn’t hear anyone speaking. The gentleman said “sorry”. I asked that they come up and check the refrigerator and he told me that I would have to wait till the morning. I told him this was unacceptable because of my Insulin . He finally asked an older lady to go check on the refrigerator. I also told him the phone was not working. The attendant went upstairs with me and said that the refrigerator or the phone were not operable. She wanted for me to go back down to the lobby and ask for a different room. I told her no. She went downstairs and got the keys for a different room and helped us move to the other room. She first checked that everything was working.

The hotel was in a convenient location and the staff were nice and helpful. The parking situation was not ideal, paid parking everywhere and not cheap. There was a burnt smell on our floor that never went away. But we enjoyed the breakfast and other amenities. The rooms were average, the sink was awkward, took up a lot of space in the bathroom with no place for toiletries. Shower floor was slick with no bathtub mat for safety, and a big bulky drain right in the middle that was also inconvenient and dangerous. Overall it got our needs met, but just ok.

Overall ok. The only negative was that Two days in a row the fire alarm took us out of our room. False alarm, they explain that “the bakery next door was spreading flour and made the alarm go off”…at 9PM Very friendly and helpful front desk personnel

Overall they got great structure, pleasant and comfortable, suitable with a 4* hotel. However, 1- The bed was hard as a rock. Looked like an army one; 2- the room air conditioning didn't work well, we chose 18 degrees and it never got below 23.8; breakfast staff was not friendly, besides the cook; elevators broke and we had 2 days of walking stairs, including with luggage. Besides all that, breakfast food was really great, rooms are comfortable, bathroom too, staff helpful and gym was nice. All clean. Impressive hall.

Well located hotel, nice but with some faults. The room is very very simple (one bed and one small desk practically), the bed is not too comfy. The gym is symbolic, the sauna was good but not resting area or dipping pool. Breakfast was a good point.

Hotel com excelente localização, perto dos principais pontos turísticos a pé e meios de transporte. Ótimo café da manhã com muitas opções para quem tem restrições alimentares. Pontos a melhorar seriam a qualidade do colchão da cama, não muito confortável e limpeza deveria melhorar. Deixamos de propósito algo caído no chão para vermos se limpariam e não o fizeram. A limpeza foi um dos pontos que mais me decepcionaram, de resto gostei muito do hotel e do café da manhã.

This hotel is an absolutely perfect central location which couldn’t be better. Whilst fairly basic, the room was clean & tidy with comfortable beds, and they added a 3rd bed for one of my children. The bathroom was large with a bath and shower so it had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and had secure storage for our bags on the day we checked out.

Schrecklich! Ich verstehe nicht, wie dieses Hotel so gute Bewertungen hat. Wir haben mehrere Sachen, die uns nicht gefallen. Wir haben dieses Hotel ausdrücklich gewählt, weil es ein Gym hat. Jedoch hat das nicht mit Gym zutun. Geräte sind defekt oder fallen fast auseinander. Wir haben das Hotel auch gewählt, da es gute Bewertungen hat. Kann ich aber momentan nicht nachvollziehen. Das Zimmer ist dunkel, man schaut direkt zu einer Wand. wir bekommen kein Tageslicht ab. Das ist das schlimmste. Seit unserer Check-In wurde der Refill Duschgel nicht aufgefüllt. Siehe Bild. Auch nach drei Tagen nicht. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Schlimmstes Hotel. Falls ihr Depressionen möchtet, dann könnt ihr gerne buchen.

Im Hotelzimmer 420 stank es nach Fäkalien aus dem Abflusssystem. Ein Zimmerwechsel auf die gegenüberliegende Hotelseite (Zimmer 203) brachte eine gewisse Verbesserung, aber keine absolute. Ich frequentiere dieses Hotel seit Jahren und es ist das erste Mal, dass ich diesen Umstand bemerkte. Es tut mir ausserordentlich leid, denn ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr benutzen, obwohl es mir von der Lage und der allgemeinden Ausstattung sehr zugesagt hat.

Perfecte ligging, naast winkelgebied en dichtbij het water. Vanuit geen enkele kamer heb je een uitzicht, het hotel heeft aan alle kanten hoge gebouwen eromheen. Negatief: De kamer vond ik niet helemaal schoon. Er lag een kleed met veel vlekken erop, een bloedveeg aan de muur en ook hadden de vorige gasten een aangebroken zak chips achtergelaten, welke niet was opgeruimd. De douchekop zat los dus deze kon je niet gebruiken. Dit alles gemeld bij de receptie en uiteindelijk hebben ze de douchekop gerepareerd. Maar eigenlijk had ik wel gehoopt op een andere kamer, voelde toch niet helemaal fris. De bedden waren wel goed en je hebt een keuze in kussens, ook de airco was top.

Lovely property. Only one issue: We checked in with friends who paid the same room rate that we did, however their room was much more spacious and had a lovely large bathroom w/tub. Our room (same price) was cramped, low ceilings, and had a very tiny bathroom, tiny shower, no tub. We were disappointed. Why the discrepancy?

Room was ok . Air conditioning could not cope with the heat. 35 C outside. Room was about 30 C. They moved us to a different room but it made no difference. My wife went to reception at night and demanded a freestanding fan, which was later delivered. This made it just bearable. So don’t expect comfortable nights if there is a heatwave. The breakfast was great and reasonably priced.

Great for the price. I think 500 USD for 4 nights in a major city is a great deal. My room was clean and a decent size for a European hotel. Staff was exceptional! Very friendly but still professional. I had no problems dropping off my luggage early and no problems checking in or out. Coffee in room was instant but that was acceptable to me and it tasted good. All-in-all I had a good experience here.

With the temperatures in 90’s F , the AC in my room didn’t work well. The room was super hot and didn’t go below 88 F. The staff basically threw up their hands and said “it is what it is”. No effort to even get me a fan. Very poor service. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay at this place for a million $!!

Adoramos a nossa estadia. O hotel é super bem localizado com restaurantes e lojas perto. Estação de metrô perto. Cafe da manhã bem variado. O quarto grande e silencioso. O atendimento dos funcionários é nota mil, especialmente para o Pablo que foi bastante atencioso conosco. Saimos na madrugada e como nao estava aberto o cafe da manhã nos foi oferecido um lanche para levar. Isso demonstra uma preocupacao com o cliente. Estamos super satisfeitos. Indicamos com certeza.

The hotel is located right near all of Budapest's most beautiful sights! You can go everywhere and see everything on foot, or if you don't feel like walking, by catching the tram or the subway which are less than 5 min away. If you happen to decide you want to be driven the staff will call you a cab. The design of the lobby is wonderful, smells delicious, there are seats and flowers and lots of light. The rooms are well equipped, the bed is extremely comfortable, the service is great... but the best thing of them all: breakfast!!! There is nothing they don't have! Everything is freshly made and just scrumptious! I definitely recommend this place to complement a magical visit to this gorgeous city.

On arrival staff were fantastic. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room decent size and very comfortable. More tv options other than CNN and bbc news would have been good. The hotel location was excellent. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!!! The restaurant down stairs was excellent!!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful - directions to Christmas markets, Hop On/Off buses, taxi to airport. Breakfast well worth it. Had lunch one day-worst goulash in Germany, Austria and Hungary. Near river-would definitely stay there again.

Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο και χώρος υποδοχής. Το δωμάτιο αρκετά ευρύχωρο αλλά το κρεβάτι όχι τόσο άνετο, το στρώμα και τα μαξιλάρια ήταν αρκετά σκληρά. Επίσης το πρωινό δεν είναι για τέσσερα αστέρια αν εξαιρέσεις το φυσικό χυμό πορτοκαλί και την ομελέτα όλα τα αλλά ήταν μέτρια.
