Loved the complimentary breakfast provided daily, though choices are more limited during the week when we went than on the weekends. Pool was nice and refreshing during the very hot and humid weather, but they need more lounge chairs for guests. Despite the issue with our cards not allowing us access to our rooms the first night and second day and having to move rooms, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others for future stays.

Well located walkable in Key West. The staff is excellent just know that the amenities are good. Breakfast is chef- provided and very good. Theres no elevator - just know before you go . Also it is Not Quiet - roosters crowing and buses going by. Take a sound machine or ear plugs. Nothing you can do about this - that's Key West- and know where to park before you go if driving there. Super helpful staff and well located. Excellent room - balcony / outdoor space provided. Super cute.

Great location close to Duval but far enough away so it's quiet. Lovely outdoor/pool space. We really enjoyed the afternoon sangria! Breakfast was good (loved the coconut pancakes!) but our eggs benedict order was forgotten x2 so we just gave up. Our suite was spacious. Bathroom was small and could use some sprucing up.

Fantastic breakfast daily! We received fresh towels every day, even if we opted out of room cleaning for the day. I enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, as well as the q-tips and cotton balls on the bathroom counter. Refillable water bottles included, and filtered water always available in kitchen to refill. I read very mixed reviews regarding noise before I booked; my experience: The walls are very thin, and we could sometimes hear people in other rooms. Some days it seemed like the people in the room above of us were stomping around in heals or jumping up and down on the hardwood floor! However, it's a historic building and I understand older buildings can be noisy. We were able to hear street noise, but not enough to prevent us from sleeping. Always fresh towels by the pool, and the free sangria daily was a perk. The whole pool area was a nice little oasis! I'd stay again!

We loved this property! We had a room with a porch and it was amazing. The daily included breakfast by chef Mike was delicious and such a treat!! Pool area and sangria happy hour were lovely. Great location, great staff, close to everything. I highly recommend this property!

A delightful stay at Ridley House. The rooms were well appointed with a steamer instead of an iron which was helpful. The breakfast team were superb. Making hot items to order, and a daily special for guests to enjoy. Freshly baked muffins were superb too. The only down side was the windows could do with a good clean. But an easy job to fix and it didn’t impact on the stay. We would stay here again and the location was perfect.

Staff at Ridley were continuously, friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent, beyond that expected. A chef was engaging and friendly. Unfortunately the room we received had the strong odor of mold. That is unacceptable and something must be done to eradicate the odor.

My wife and I went for a fast fun trip. The facility was very nice but a little run down. The bedding was fantastic, food delicious esp over night oats. Staff was very nice. Needs to fix small things but these small things like fence, paint, some wear areas .. then inn would have been so much better. But overall great time great location potential to be great inn.

Absolutely loved staying here. Staff was so incredibly friendly, everything is so clean, building itself is gorgeous and the rooms are so classy and cute! It’s so close to Duval Street where there are lots of things to do, but just enough off the block to still be very quiet and peaceful! Would recommend to anyone staying in key west! If I come back I will be staying here again!

This is a historic house in Key West with a very convenient location near Duval and Elizabeth Street, making it easy to reach several of our favorite spots. The staff was great but we had a problem with our room being that it was on a third floor that you had to walk up to and the heat was intense! To the point that our room was extremely warm when we arrived and thought that maybe in the evening when we would go back that it would be better but that wasn’t the case. We had paid for a bigger room with a sofa bed being that we were two of us. We ended up going to a smaller room on a lower floor that had way better air conditioning and the tv worked. On the third floor apart from the heat that can probably be solved with a bigger a/c unit and or a roof extractor the wifi and the tv didn’t work since the signal did not reach up there.

Hotel was clean, cute and very good location. Only downside, we had a ground floor room that shared a wall with the kitchen. Starting at 5:00am the staff was preparing breakfast and they were very noisy. Kept us up

Our king size room was great. To say we had a patio is a stretch, however. We were right on the pool with a couple chairs and tables. I wouldn't call it a "patio"! The only caveat was no closet. Just some random hangers. And no bar soap to wash hands after using the loo. The chef and kitchen was amazing as was Sky. Don't expect housekeeping to be quick, either. But the size of the Inn and the accommodations will bering us back! See you soon!

A nice historic property in a great location. Friendly, helpful staff. A large disparity in the quality of the rooms. Our friends had large, well appointed rooms. Our room was barely big enough for the bed, had not even a single chair to sit in and virtually no place to put our clothes. Maybe I didn't pay enough attention when making the reservation, but there is a certain minimum that I think could be expected at this price.

We were staying an extra night in KW due to a flight cancellation and booked this room last minute. When Victoria heard that we had gotten married a few days prior she personally sent up a beautiful bottle of rosé with a sweet note. This property and the staff are so charming and wonderful. Perfect location for moving around close to the marinas, shopping and restaurants on the west end of the historic district. The breakfast was a wonderful surprise and so easy. Pet friendly with Excellent service and very responsive. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience starting with check-in. We were arriving late, but via text message we were able to communicate our arrival time and meet quickly with front desk staff. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our AC was not working well on Day 1, so the hotel quickly swapped it with a new model. Chef Andrew and Silvia crafted us incredible breakfast every morning. Front desk staff was always fun, friendly, and helpful.

The hotel was in a perfect location, walkable to all of our favorite spots. The room was modern and clean and the air conditioner was amazing even in this July heat. Breakfast was incredible as well as sangria hour by the pool. Also they notified me right away after checkout that I left my watch in the room and helped me in the process of mailing it back. The staff was a pleasure and we’d love to stay again.

The Ridley House was a short walk to Duval and Mallory Square areas. It was a quaint, historic inn with great staff. What really puts it ‘over the top’ is Chef Andrew who made the most incredible breakfasts to kick start our day!

Location was phenomenal - 2 blocks from both duval, front & wharf/docks. Service was terrific, chef Andrew's breakfast was fantastic - go for coffee, but breakfast itself you can't beat anywhere.

Spent 4 nights at Ridley House. Very positive experience. Great proximity to all the things you might want to see in Old Key West. Room was clean and comfortable. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was amazing - great coffee, fresh fruit and juices, homemade muffins, and eggs prepared to order. Even Eggs Benedict. Highly recommend Ridley House. Would re-book without hesitation.

Beautiful guest house, large rooms, beautiful pool area. Best feature is a chef who makes breakfast to order daily. The breakfast is beautifully presented, and includes fresh seasonal fruit and berries, overnight oats, juices, freshly made muffins and biscuits, Colombian coffee, and eggs, pancakes, burritos, and more served in the garden. Close to Duval, close to the Harbor. Highly recommend!
