Clean , but what is the weird smell . It’s like a sweet putrid smell . This hotel had good location , but it is downtown so lots of traffic noise , even past midnight on a weekend . Great pool and workout area . I wish it provided complimentary breakfast for the price . There is coffee I. The room , but it isn’t very good and powdered creamer , yuck .

Well mostly not satisfied because online it said there was a pool and hot tub, closed for renovations. Not disclosed, and we paid more for this hotel and further from our event because of the pool. Then in the booking said pay separately for breakfast 5$, note on desk this morning said it was 15$

We didn't each breakfast at the Hotel because there was a $17 charge for each of us to eat there. We pick the Hilton Garden Inn because they offered free breakfast. We had dinner at the hotel dining room. The food was fabulous and the service was great! The bathroom shower needs attention, the tub was chipped and the grout had mold. The beds were not comfortable and the room was dated and the decor was tired looking. It was a disappointment and not what I expected from a Hilton Hotel. It definitely didn't meed my expectations. I thought when I booked a Hilton Gardent Inn, I would get a really nice room.

Horrible condition. The final straw was the bathroom with stains on the walls. It's as if maintenance doesn't exist. The drapery was hanging off the hooks, the sheer curtains were completely missing and the motor on the blackout drapes to open and close didn't even work. The furniture was stained, the carpet was frayed and the cable box was just hanging on the wall from under the TV. We gave the property an opportunity to make it right as if we possibly just had been dealt a bad room, but they said they were unable to move our room because we'd booked through Hotels.com. We decided it was bad enough that we left and found a much better room for the night at a different hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the staff was great. Gabby and Celena at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The area is safe and there are many places to eat and shop. This was the best Hilton garden inn we've ever stayed in and we will definitely be back.

Staff was kind and courteous, loved them. The room we stayed in #204, was kinda dirty. I noticed dust and food crumbs between the bed and the wall. These should have been cleaned up by staff regularly but sadly, wasn't. Got up at 2:00 to hit the bathroom and flicked on the light only to see a German cockroach running around the floor desperately looking for a crack to go back into. They really need to get on top of that, those little roaches can overwhelm a property if they don't.

The hotel room was very dirty. The furniture and floors were filthy with stains. The couch still had crumbs on it from whoever was there last and when I pulled the sheets back on the bed there was a clump of hair in the bed. The walls in the bathroom were also very dirty and stained. The hotel receptionist was nice and offered a new room but we needed the space of the suite that we rented and it was the only one available. They offered new bedding and sheets to cover the furniture. The staff were definitely friendly and probably as accommodating as they could have been.

We put our friends in one of this hotel’s full suites. These really are amazing suites—separate bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, sitting area with fireplace, small dining area and small fridge/microwave area (not really a kitchenette). The most stunning thing is a full curved 90° of floor to ceiling windows that surround the suite. We love putting our guests here. There are a lot of sitting areas in the lobby and a decent restaurant on site. My only concern at all this time was that the hotel is getting a bit worn. Their room didn’t have a coffee table (which it usually does), the fireplace wouldn’t turn on (which they offered to address but by the time our guests told us it didn’t matter), and the couch was somewhat worn and slightly stained. The carpet in the hallways is bunching a bit and there’s a little settling it seems. It’s a beautiful hotel—just needs some normal maintenance aesthetically.

Our rooms ac rattled so bad that i had to turn it off to get some rest. It was 98degrees outdoors so the room heated up quickly. Then the shower had a plastic drain cover that was not secured and slipped off upon entering. Staff did not seem to care about either. Not Hilton quality.

We had nothing but trouble with the family front desk. First time ever. They double charged us then deleted the wrong one. Up until now we have enjoyed Hilton Garden Inn. Unfortunately, they gave us a room with only one bed, despite our reservation for 2 Queen Beds. We had to purchase a whole separate room since we needed 2 beds. This ended up costing a significant amount and split our family into separate rooms.

Our room was not ready even an hour past check in time. The maid left her cell phone in our room. The remote to our TV didn’t work and breakfast was mediocre at best. I expected better for a Hilton!! I would not go there again nor would I recommend it.

Enjoyed the close parking and location of the hotel. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. Bring your ear plugs though, the street traffic and racing through the evening is very loud and can be disruptive to sleep.

The hotel itself is a very nice facility and the location is great. I would not stay here again due to the noise of the traffic on the street. I am a light sleeper and the constant noise of the street traffic made it impossible to sleep well.

The property was nice, the staff was nice. However apparently they have been having a problem with street racing going on. They have reported to the city but received no assistance. Didn't sleep at all, it was going on until about 1am.

Its a place to stay with convenience and decent rooms. The problem they have is extreme with the inability to sleep due to the street it is on. The traffic noise is excessive even with ear plugs. Unfortunate for their location. In addition, the breakfast and food they offer is horrible!! Otherwise it could be a good place to stay to enjoy the many attractions on the same surroumding blocks. I wish I had more positive things to say. Good Luck.

I really like the staff.They were very courteous and friendly.I didn't like like the noise at night. The car driving up and down Washington Ave went on until 2am.Also the bar downstairs was not staffed with a permanent person so you had to wait a long time to get another beer! The poor girl tried but she had to do two jobs. It wasn't her fault.I will not stay there again!
