Lovely setting, nestled in the mountains. Good rooms and a restaurant on site. Only drawback is main road nearby which generates some noise. Would stay there again.

Absolutely a gorgeous property. I stayed in the lodge so I cannot speak to the cabins. I faced the canyon road but heard absolutely nothing The grounds, BBQ, outdoor fire pits, and gazebo really add to the experience. Homemade breakfast to order is a perfect addition to the entire stay. The cost was actually less compared to a hotel in the area off of I-15. Thank you! I will definitely return

The staff was very friendly one of the best places I’ve stayed. I highly recommend, will definitely be staying there again. Not sure if they do this every Friday but there was live music that was great.

We had a great stay. Our room was a cabin and is was very cozy in a small neighborhood of cabins. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve had in hotel. Breakfast was good but. A little over cooked. The jetted tub was a nice touch. The lighting was perfect for that warm cabin feel. We also got a couple massage. It was the best I’ve had. Ask for Catherine if come and stay there.

I loved the chairs by twos out back by the River. I loved the fire pit and hot chocolate that we brought down from our Keurig in the room. I loved the shuffleboard. I loved the breakfast and cute modern rooms and how close to the lake and River you were!! We just had a great time!!! 💗💗

We had a great time! It’s a funky place near Snow Basin ski area. We saw a ski shuttle mentioned on the website and took full advantage. Maybe we were the only guests that did, but GM Brenda personally drove us and picked us up completely on our schedule. Hot breakfast, made-to-order gets delivered to your room!

This is one of the prettiest places in the Ogden canyon to stay! It was clean and very comfortable and the staff was off the charts kind and helpful! They have a grill and we were able to grill a steak and sit outside by their fire pit and enjoy the sound of the river while we ate. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was strong! Would love to be able to stay here again!

We were excited for a weekend getaway only to find our room had water damage all over and smelled like mold. We also had bugs all over the room and when we asked to be moved or a solution we found the staff to be less than helpful.

The property was decent but a little expensive for what it's definitely run down and needs a upgrade all the way far as Clemens goes the only problem we had was our jetted tub had what seemed to be black mold around it in the ground devil Cracking the bottom of the tub was old and cracking it definitely was needs to be updated I'm glad that it was broken on one side and twilight handle stuck the breakfast was there quick and it was hot and it was decent man and the advertisers but we didn't get any robes and we called the front desk they said they didn't do that however we did ask we asked for extra towels and the stuff was prompt and friendly and brought us app to houses no question asked you find our room because we had to Go CLEAR up to the door of each cabin to see where our room was okay The door is definitely to be updated with a newer security system and out of there and The door to the back of our cabin on the maintenance hatch was open so we were worried about critters all night Is it a value for what we paid no definitely not and I'm not sure that I would go back there until it got updated It wasn't a terrible stay. However it was OK at best. It wouldn't be my first recommendation for sure especially for a special night like a wedding night or an anniversary. when we checked in they didn't ask me for my ID or for a deposit maybe that should have been my first clue.

We arrived on a rainy night, we were welcomed by one staff who everytime we asked about something asked us not to ask and just to read the paper she handed us. We asked her about the location of our cabin and she couldn’t give us any guidance so we walked in the rain looking for it a the room is spacious but it was dusty, dead insects and flies were everywhere. The most frustrating thing is that they have no wifi that works!! I had an important work meeting and even in the lobby their wifi was unstable. Also no irons!!!! Would not come again. I have to give them credit for the rustic styled cabin.

Our room wasn't very clean. There was broken glass on the carpet that I picked up. The tap for the tub was really loose. The room didn't have the robes in it we had to go ask for them. And last my husbands breakfast didn't come with all he asked for.

The property is pretty and the scenery of course is gorgeous. The overall staff weren't very welcoming. The cabins could use some updating, too. Especially for the price. Old exposed box spring, mold throughout shower and tub, loose faucets, old/flat pillows.

We had high expectations for our stay however that was not the case upon check in we found that the window in our room did not close all the way and notified the front desk and they said they would have someone look at the next day!! Like what the heck it’s 20 degrees outside! The heater was super complicated to use and front desk was zero help with trying figure it out. The carpet was dirty and many repairs are needed. So it was truly like staying in Alaska with the cold breeze blowing all night. The price to stay here is not worth it!!! We stayed in the Powder Mountain room for you info.

We’ve stayed here twice. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. After staying in both the lodge and the cabins I’d highly recommend a cabin. Our room this time was on the main floor in front and the noise from both the parking lot and traffic up and down the halls made it hard to sleep the first night. Also the first night we ran out of hot water before we could fill the tub - we ended up not using it much because the water was brown/orange. Maybe they are on a well, but it left a ring around the tub. I’m giving 5 stars for our prior visit and 3 this time for the room. But the staff is 5/5.

General Manager was so friendly and great to talk to. Room was great - excellent cabin vibes, so fun to have the large jetted tub. Bed was comfy, breakfast service was prompt.

A bit noisy being right on the Ogden Canyon road. Many heavy semi trucks all hours of the day. Had to have the hot water on for 5-8 minutes before it started to get warm in the shower. Waste of precious water resources, they need to get the plumbing fixed to be more efficient. (We were told by front desk staff "it's an old building and it just takes time for the water to reach the rooms." Hmmm, again not a good use of resources.) Between that and just a feeling that they were not really excited to have us there made our decision not to stay there again.

The location was great for skiing at SnowBasin. But beware that breakfast is cooked room by room and the quickest re received our meal was 45 minutes after ordering. No pre-orders or night before orders. First orders were at 7 am. So it is not likely to get great parking or first tracks at the ski area. Check-in / evening front desk person was not helpful at all on two requests. One of the requests was even to check out a leak in the room caused by melting snow. We said we wanted to report it so maintenance could be aware. Her answer was "nothing I can do about it". Internet is spotty. It went out the morning of an important Zoom call. There is T-Mobile cell service at the Inn so tethering or cell calls are impossible. Even when the internet was running, wifi calls were unsatisfactory quality.

A GEM! One of the two nicest hotels I ever stayed at. Beautiful location, beautiful hotel. Great, friendly service. The wonderful breakfast was cooked to order and delivered to the room. I would suggest guests select the river view rooms over the mountain view. The riverview side of the hotel was beautiful. I am so happy we used hotels.com to find this wonderful place, and the price was reasonable. A shower curtain on the shower would be good.

We had dinner in Eden at Carlos and Harley’s and made our way to check in around 8pm. We stayed in the Elk room in the main lodge and I think next time I will try to get into one of the small cabins just because it looks more private and cool vibes. My only complaints are, I didn’t get my toast for breakfast, and the water literally took 5 minutes to start warming up to fill the tub. I thought for sure the water heater wasn’t working. The canyon road is busy and close so if you can, try to get a room on the river side of the lodge. It was an overall great time to get away from the kids for a night and enjoy ourselves without any interruptions. The staff was great and helpful when asked for anything and the my wife says her massage was wonderful. Thanks again!

We chose the lodge based on photos and the description of the property and location. We arrived just after dark and were ignored by the person who was running the front desk. When we finally got checked into our room the heater had been turned way up in attempt to dry it out before our arrival. It smelled of mildew and was very hot. We decided to make the best of it and settled in only to be kept awake all night by the traffic on the highway and a dog barking just outside of our room. When we called for breakfast the next morning there was no answer and we had to walk up to the main lodge to find someone to ask for the promised room service. At that point we decided that this was not the tranquil "river-view" experience we were expecting and asked to cancel our second night. We explained our reasons and asked for a refund for the unused night. The manager agreed that our reasons were valid and we should receive a refund, however there has been no response from the owner or property manager and we have now been ghosted. We were really looking forward to this stay, it's sad that the owner does not put a higher value on taking care of the customers.

The location was great for skiing at SnowBasin. But beware that breakfast is cooked room by room and the quickest re received our meal was 45 minutes after ordering. No pre-orders or night before orders. First orders were at 7 am. So it is not likely to get great parking or first tracks at the ski area. Check-in / evening front desk person was not helpful at all on two requests. One of the requests was even to check out a leak in the room caused by melting snow. We said we wanted to report it so maintenance could be aware. Her answer was "nothing I can do about it". Internet is spotty. It went out the morning of an important Zoom call. There is T-Mobile cell service at the Inn so tethering or cell calls are impossible. Even when the internet was running, wifi calls were unsatisfactory quality.

They give a breakfast the following day, but if they never answer the phone to order your meal, not once not twice but four times and two different phones, plus a trip to the front desk. Is it really worth the time to stay there. I enjoy the idea of the cabins themes but they need to do better on customer service

Alaska Inn was a nice area in Ogden Canyon. Being off season I think it was limited. I asked staff for a few things which I never received and communication was so-so. Overall I liked the Inn and would stay there again, very clean and great bath tub.

When we checked in we could not get into the room. Everytime we left we had trouble getting in. The key pad said low on battery. Whoever checked us in new the problem but did nothing to help us. You get good money for your room I would at least expect a door that worked. Is this asking for too much? I think not. So Disappointed

The Alaska inn was a perfect starting point for our adventure out west! The lodge is quaint. The rooms are lovely, spacious and incredibly clean. The staff is wonderful with easy smiles and sincere wishes for your best stay. The breakfast! The breakfast was exceptional! All topped of with the most extraordinary surroundings! Mountain views to catch your breath and the babbling river to soothe your soul. The grounds are picturesque and adorable with every desired amenity. We can't wait to come back for a longer stay!

A bit noisy being right on the Ogden Canyon road. Many heavy semi trucks all hours of the day. Had to have the hot water on for 5-8 minutes before it started to get warm in the shower. Waste of precious water resources, they need to get the plumbing fixed to be more efficient. (We were told by front desk staff "it's an old building and it just takes time for the water to reach the rooms." Hmmm, again not a good use of resources.) Between that and just a feeling that they were not really excited to have us there made our decision not to stay there again.

I love this little place and have stayed there twice. It is just outside of Ogden on the highway towards Snowbasin or Powder Mountain. It’s a B n B with nice rooms and amazing hot tub with jacuzzi ( quiet ones). You pick breakfast tge night before and they bring it to your door. The breakfast was “ ok” but not great. Not gourmet let’s put it that way, but decent. They now have dinner also on weekends. I stayed in the main lodge not the cabins. The carpets and room could use a little TLC but otherwise no issues. Front Desk is extremely responsive to needs and very helpful. I’d definitely visit again.

We had dinner in Eden at Carlos and Harley’s and made our way to check in around 8pm. We stayed in the Elk room in the main lodge and I think next time I will try to get into one of the small cabins just because it looks more private and cool vibes. My only complaints are, I didn’t get my toast for breakfast, and the water literally took 5 minutes to start warming up to fill the tub. I thought for sure the water heater wasn’t working. The canyon road is busy and close so if you can, try to get a room on the river side of the lodge. It was an overall great time to get away from the kids for a night and enjoy ourselves without any interruptions. Our breakfast came with 2 drinks each that we asked for but we only received one. Breakfast in general was just okay. Our room wasn't very clean. There was broken glass on the carpet that I picked up. The tap for the tub was really loose. The room didn't have the robes in it we had to go ask for them. And last my husbands breakfast didn't come with all he asked for.
