Beautiful modern hotel. The pool and hot tub were great after a long drive. The room was large and super comfortable. We had a couch and small kitchenette. No sove only a microwave. But lots of china, glasses, silverware and coffee cups.

The hotel is very well done and the staff was great. The gym was very well equipped and attached to a very nice laundry facilities should one need that. The only negative was breakfast was understaffed. The girl was working her tail off but just couldn’t keep up.

All employees were very friendly. They gave us a late checkout. We enjoyed breakfast, but the coffee was horrible! The gym was shockingly nice - I was able to do a lot more than I was expecting from a hotel gym! Beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated having a pull out sofa bed for my son and a kitchenette. Had everything we needed!

Clean room, very nice sheets and comfortable bed and pillows. Everything was nice. Pets allowed but at a ridiculously unreasonable price of $75 / pet which they don't mention on Hotels.com it is only said that pets are ok. This makes the room a lot more costly. Night staff very nice, morning staff somewhat dismissive.

When we arrived at the hotel at 3PM checkin time, our room was not ready. We decided to go to dinner and leave the staff time to clean. When we returned at 4:30 a room was still unavailable and we waited an additional 30 minutes for a room to be available. When we got to the room, there were crumbs and food spills on the aide tables and food on the floor. We told the front desk and showed them photos, assumed it would be remedied while we were out. Upon returning to the room later that evening, no further cleaning had been done. We again showed the front desk in the morning photos of the room and told them of our disappointment. We were offered additional points if we were Hilton members.

The gym was amazing. It was the best one I've ever seen at a hotel. Sheets were not fresh. I laid towels on the bed when I went to sleep. I did not enjoy the breakfast. Other than that, I had an enjoyable stay!

The property had a nice location. The rooms were very spacious. Unfortunately the bathroom was not as clean as should be expected with mold at the bottom of the shower. Furthermore, there was confusion about the time for breakfast by the front desk staff who informed myself and serval other families inaccurately of the ending time. The result was several families including mine, not being able to get breakfast. This was particularly frustrating as when questioned the staff or nonchalant, and not helpful in providing a solution. For our family in particular, this was a hardship as my son is diabetic, and we had to go find food elsewhere

Superior everything! Space everywhere, my room , breakfast area, gym, large pool and hot tub plus access to outside! Very spacious! Up to date electronics. Large windows with view in room. Grab bars in bathroom.

Thee extra space was great and the kitchenette was nice though we didn’t really need it. The only issue was the couch. It leaned forward, so you rally couldn’t sit or lay on it comfortably. The seat pitched forward.

Nice hotel in historic Ogden. Beds were comfy and room was spacious and loved that it had a microwave, fridge and couch. Not too happy with the bathroom sliding door-it didn't close all the way and there wasn't a fan in the bathroom so privacy was iffy. Would love to see the breakfast area use real forks instead of plastic and have more regular coffee cups so people don't use throw aways. Could be more eco-friendly!

Room not ready @ 4pm(after a very long day of travel). Promised at 3pm. Front desk gal did get it opened up for us. Only 1/2 roll toilet paper in bathroom. Had to ask for more at front desk. Had to ASK for towel refresh after day 3(Do Not Disturb sign was NOT on outside of our door). No wifi on front room tv. Asked 3x to be fixed. No respone. Never fixed. Front desk staff were young and could use some job training on communication skills before hitting the floor. Small kitchenette, good size...only 2 spoons? Room was good size...one bedroom with comfortable mattress, plus small living room, kitchenette and table, large bathroom. Good breakfast offered. Great location...one block over from 25th Street😉

This property was delightful. The breakfast offerings were wonderful and the staff was friendly each time you entered the building. Our king suite was spacious and quiet. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, air conditioning, and proximity to town/activities. Would absolutely stay again.

Housekeeping was rushing me out of the room. I was explaining I would be out in 10 minutes. I was having an unfortunate issue. They literally started calling me at 11:00. Which is check out time. I called me over and over again until I left at 11:11. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!

Absolutely fraudulent!!! Stayed for a total of 8 nights. They skipped me for cleaning everyday until I complained. Then finally cleaned my room 5 days in. Then, got supplemental charge for $80 for extra room cleaning. This was insane, there was nothing out of the ordinary at all with the way the room was left. Tried calling, left me on hold for 15 minutes, waiting for a manager, then never called me back. The service here is disgusting!

This hotel is located right off 25th street which for Ogden is a main area of shops and restaurants. There is plenty to do within walking distance and even more within a short drive. The property is nice and new and very clean. The breakfast had tons of options and we really enjoyed the stay.

Great base from which to ski Powder Mountain and Snowbasin. Rooms were new, clean, and comfortable. Easy parking. One suggestion - the included breakfast is not available until 7 am during weekends - this is really too late for people who want to get on the road early, or travel to distant skifields. Better to have breakfast available from 6 or 6.30.

Overall the stay was fine but a few small things needed to be fixed such as: no shampoo in the shampoo bottle, which was also not attached to the wall with the other cleansers. It looked like someone broke it off and it hadn’t been fixed yet. Then the dishes (it was a studio room) were still in the dishwasher and not put away. There were no trash bags for the cans either. The room was clean but it felt like it wasn’t finished being prepped for new guests. Luckily we choose to eat out during our stay. The provided breakfast was good but in one of our days the food was slow to be restocked even though there was still an hour left of service. We will stay here again, but will notify the front desk of any issues or inconveniences. We did not do that this time so we are not complaining just noting the things that were not the usual Hilton standard

The room was perfect, blackout blinds made the room black. They were professional and it was very convenient to bring my well behaved pup. Only issue breakfast was cold both days. Eggs & potatoes were cold not even room temp.

It was a quick overnight to continue on the next day. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.There were no problems at all. The only disappointment was the powdered eggs for breakfast. But that is understandable with the egg shortage. I still ate a decent meal before we left.
