It was a great Pub come Motel with excellent food for dinner. It has pokies if your into that and a good sports channel for catching up on the Cricket or Tennis. It’s very close to the freeway and where I was working. The staff are very friendly and Rooms are spacious. They have a wide diverse menus. The pub has a big beer garden out the back and nightly meat raffle that is delivered by a beautiful lady without a top. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Large room , Desk and somewhere to eat , undercover parking . Room clean , crisp linen, clean bath room . I would rate my stay as much better than a lot of other places I have stayed . Would like to have access to a micro wave oven .

Great QLD pub. On arrival reception staff was exceptional and actually took me to the room. Food and beverage staff were very very friendly and efficient. Good prices for both F and B.

Nice clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed and chairs etc. Tavern was very pleasant and food was well presented, tasty and good value. Canned Guinness was fine and wine by the glass selection was good and fairly priced. Good parking.

The photos on Wotif were overly generous. As it was after 6pm, I had to collect the keys from the bar. According to the sign out the front, I had just missed the Topless Girls, who are there on Wednesday to Saturday. We then went to our room- there were stains on the bedcover, stains on the sheets, hair in both beds, stains all over the carpet, mould on the roof of the bathroom, ants and mosquitos, the window was taped around the outside with gaffa tape, the air conditioner didn't work properly, so had to be turned off (on a cold night), the bulb was hanging from the bedside lamp there was a small hole in the wall that could have been fixed, but wasn't. It was the most disgusting place I've ever stayed and would not recommend it.

The pictures on Wotif were overly generous!!! The bedding had stains, the bulb from the bedside lamp was hanging, there was mould on the roof of the bathroom, mozzies and ants everywhere in the room, air conditioning didn't work properly, so had to be turned off on a cold night, stains on carpet, hole in wall, gaffa tape around the windows. It was woeful- and we had to stay for two nights!!!! Never again!!

Beginning with the Expedia distance of 3.8 mi, WRONG! Tve actusl dtiving distance us 20 km and AUD$63 by Uber and $56 back to the airport by cab which we had to get a neughboring industrizl shop to call for us since no Internet and no reception when we arrived at night and left in the morning. This is a motel catering to truckers and shift workers which is beyond basic. The windows were even permanently blacked out. The area felt insafe at night. Etc etc etc.

first time i stayed seemed great, went back for a 2nd week and must have been given one of the older rooms. The air-con squeeled all night, didnt matter the setting it was on, fan or a/c. The bed was rock hard.

Clean sheets, clean room, hot shower, key available in key safe for late checkin as promised. Only complaint was pillows were hard and lumpy. Could do with new ones I'd suggest.

Dump, half renovated? Furniture on the walk way and balcony, two guys with shirts off smoking on stairs, $180 a night, don't b#(($!t customers, be honest, if it's half a room it should be half the price. Note: there is no reception, no staff, I showed up at 15:50 everything is locked up, just a machine with no instructions, and once it spits out a key, no map to find room. Talked to bottle shop next door, says people always come to her and complain but she doesn't have anything to do with it. There is literally tape holding the windows together, and some black n gold fly sprey next to the door. FML.

We needed a place to stay for one night near the airport and this place was perfect. The check-in and check-out was simple and quick. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and informative, the area was quiet and we felt safe even though it is located in an industrial park. It took us less than 10 minutes to drive to the airport.

The website says it is 6 kms from airport. Not so at least 16kms!! We booked for an overnight stop over. Almost cost more in taxis to and from the airport than the accommodation. Put this right! Very frustrating.

Very good value for money. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bar with excellent food downstairs. Not ideal if you use public transport and is located in an industrial area which you won't know if you never been to Brisbane.

This property was great for what we needed. 15 minute walk to the train station that takes you into the city and Southbank area without any issues. Friendly staff, clean rooms. No microwave which is difficult so you cannot heat anything up - bought a pizza from the tavern and couldn’t reheat to eat the next day. I was worried as a single female traveler with a small child it would feel unsafe or noisy - quite opposite! Felt incredibly safe, quiet so child could sleep and friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend to stay! Might even come back on our journey at another time.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Paint peeling from ceiling of bathroom. Bedside lights broken and one not working. Dinner was average and very little vegetables, 1 piece of carrot, 1 piece of pumpkin, 1 piece of brussel sprout. Could have doubled that easy for $19. No smoking on balcony but there was ashtrays so a bit confusing when we got in trouble for smoking on an open balcony? Overall, for the price I would say it's acceptable. 3 out of 5 stars

Not suitable for families- topless girl in lingerie working in bar. The bistro was closed during renovations so we had to go through the bar area to order food only to discover the tradies raffle conducted by the topless lingerie girl. Not something I wanted for my child daughters to see. They later apologised but this was preventable!
