Great spot over all. My favorite highlights personally were the cheap snacks and wide variety in the office. Deff made up for the few extra bucks paid over another motel option. The gentleman in the evening/overnight was funny and accommodating. Very helpful at the weird hours I was asking for things after check-in. Room was clean and quiet. I really liked how lit up the parking lot was, as well as the office being open all night to monitor vehicle safety. My Only complaint is this- there was a older Latino man that accused my partner of trying to crawl through the window of our room, when all he was doing was reaching in for the other key card that was on the table right inside the window, since both of them got deactivated at 11am even tho we paid for another night. He was rather rude and dismissive even tho I was explaining to him what he was going in the first place, when he should have just apologized and fixed our keys so we could be on our way.

I needed a one night stay and this place fit the bill. It's a nice, quiet, clean place with a big room. Great tv reception and the lobby is fully loaded with snacks and drinks. Front desk is efficient and friendly. I'll definitely look to this place first when i come back as the charges were reasonable as well.

Precious and friendly slightly grubby welcoming retro style accommodations. Very reasonable and super welcoming and convenient. Also love the free parking and great Georgetown location.

Well priced hotel with multiple dining options nearby but not much else, Georgetown district was within walking distane that was a nice area and not far drive to tourist stuff like Space Needle, Aquarium or T-mobil Stadium. Free parking and very well lit at night, wonderful options in there lobby store and staff was friendly, fixed the plugged shower and loud fan when we told them about it. AC worked great and HBO and Showtime channels were available, would recommend.

A decent enough place with a very accommodating staff. It' got a little noisy on the street but it's not a quiet neighborhood, so I wasn't expecting silence. My only real gripe is the lack of a in-room coffee maker. (There was complementary coffee in the office lobby.) I was in town for a class near-by. If I have another in the same location I'll stay here again.

Our first room we were giving had ants crawling over the entire bathroom, the second room we were given had blood on the sheets and someone’s hair all over the other sheets. The third and final room they could offer us wasn’t clean or swept but we had no other choice at that point.

The bathrooms were not cleaned. The room didnt smell good. Beds uncomfy. Pictures made it look alot better than it is. Dirty floors/walls. The people were friendy and helpful tho.

The staff were helpful enough; the room had been generally cleaned, but it is still waiting for that proper clean to remove the decades of grime and neglect; two towels had light but noticeable colour spots, and we weren’t going to bother figuring out if they were clean but simply stained or if it was some fascinating, relatively fresh human discharge; the location (surrounded by industrial district where loading trains honk extensively and around the clock, busy highway frequented by trucks on their routes) paired with the old facilities (thin walls, door frames with light and obviously sound pouring through) meant that even with earplugs in, the sleep was very broken. The extra drive and/or cost for better facilities in a quieter location is advisable.

I’m so sorry everyone but there was an incident of bed bugs in our hotel room, the positive part was we did get a 1 night refund and switched our rooms! It was a shame we had them, the property itself was well kept and the actual rooms themselves were lovely and tidy. Just not sure how that little fella got in there.

Generally a nice place. Great location. My only problem was the shower head came to about my chest. Had to duck down to clean my head and shoulders. I'm not unusually tall (5'11") so this felt odd. They are clearly updating as they go. Room was spacious and comfortable.

No bathtub, just a shower. Lighting in the room was horrible. Way too dark. Spooky area to stay in. Hooligans were sitting on the upper balcony and staring at us. Bad parking, too crowded.

I liked the architecture and culture La Hacienda represents -- a 1950s motor lodge, a decade when America hit the road! The hotel offers a reasonably well-maintained vision of that time. The staff was accommodating and friendly, but our room offered only the overhead light -- no desk lamp nor bedside table lamp. So I used my head lamp to guide my way into the bathroom.

The room was clean, but the furnishings were tattered (e.g., the bedspread had a cigarette burn hole, and the walls had blemishes and needed to be painted). What earned my business for a second time was how great the staff was; they were pleasant and prompt. ***Beware, you need a Hot Spot for Wifi. I wasn't able to stream at all, even my laptop struggled with simple tasks. Staff reset the modem several times, to no avail.

The lighting in the room was not good. Having only 1 ceiling light that was dim did not allow for reading. Also, the floors had some kind of film on them that turned my socks black. The bathroom counter and the dresser top also had some type of film on them, which was not pleasant to the touch. They felt greasy. I probably would not stay here again.

There were cigarette burns in the curtain and bed spread. The bathroom was dirty, the shower head came to the chest with no pressure. The shower faucet fell off, and the drain was plugged. People were rooting around the parking lot. I would not recommend.

The condition of the shower wasn’t great and the shower head was very short. There was also a cracked window in the bathroom and no curtains so we felt exposed. The TV didn’t work and though the staff tried very hard to fix it, we had to move rooms. It was very nice that we had access to laundry facilities

My partner and I stayed at the La Hascienda for 2 nights, what a wild ride it was. We were greeted graciously by the warm hotel staff, were able to check in 3 hours early with no problems. Overall 5 stars due to a clean room and a place to sleep for cheap! The only negative was the shower faucet was leaking and there were some not so quiet parties in the room next to us one night doing some causing a ruckus—due to the thin walls this was not pleasant. Overall, the. La Hascienda slapped. Enjoy!

The owners are amazing and helped us navigate around Seattle. They printed out maps for us, helped us with Uber as our Canadian phones would not work. I recommend this motel. Thank you for our two night stay. Will definately be back.

Didn't have a working TV (No HDMI chord) but told me someone would take care of that and never did. When I asked for a partial refund was refused. Room was over priced to begin with. It's not fair to judge anything inside because we did not stay. I was not comfortable having my family stay there. The property is in an industrial, run down area that felt sketchy.

This was one of the cheaper hotels in the Seattle area, so i guess you get what you pay for. We just needed one night as we were passing through Seattle, but it definitely it wasn't geat. Between the dive bar next door with crappy loud live music and the train horns, it was loud late into the night. But the lobby staff was nice.

Stayed because of good deal at time of last minute booking. Straight shot to Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park. In an industrially area, closest food options are around 2 miles away.

The room I was booked in was very spacious and comfortable: the motel is pretty dated, but the man who checked me in was very kind and pleasant. The motel is in an industrial area so it feels pretty sketchy, but other than that it’s a comfortable place to stay.

Just needed a place to stay for a couple nights while catching a couple baseball games. Wanted to be close to the stadium and this place was fine. It’s very old, not in great shape, but it’s clean enough and has everything you need.

I got a room here because my friend and i where going to a concert and didnt want to drive all thw way back to tacoma after. Our experience was great staff was nice room was clean and the best part was they have snacks and drinks you can buy all night which came in handy when our uber dropped us off after the concert. There was also 3 pillows on each bed which for me was super nice ive stayed at other places where you only get one small pillow. I also saw they had room service delivery unfortunetely we didnt have time to use it. The next time i go to a concert at climate pledge i will probably stay here again.

Simple place to rest our heads. No frill motel but nice local family owned. Has a great supply of groceries in the lobby so very convient. Enjoyed the area of restaurants and bars. Very nice people in the Georgetown area.

I needed a one night stay and this place fit the bill. It's a nice, quiet, clean place with a big room. Great tv reception and the lobby is fully loaded with snacks and drinks. Front desk is efficient and friendly. I'll definitely look to this place first when i come back as the charges were reasonable as well.

Precious and friendly slightly grubby welcoming retro style accommodations. Very reasonable and super welcoming and convenient. Also love the free parking and great Georgetown location.

Well priced hotel with multiple dining options nearby but not much else, Georgetown district was within walking distane that was a nice area and not far drive to tourist stuff like Space Needle, Aquarium or T-mobil Stadium. Free parking and very well lit at night, wonderful options in there lobby store and staff was friendly, fixed the plugged shower and loud fan when we told them about it. AC worked great and HBO and Showtime channels were available, would recommend.

It was okay for what we paid. The shower head was so low that even I had to bend down to shower (I’m 5’3”). The head fell on us while we were sleeping and my daughter’s bed wouldn’t stay on the bed frame. Although we had these issues the staff was amazing and so very helpful. They have snacks in the office and it’s open 24 hours a day. And it was quiet and close to everything

Decent room for the price. The shower and toilet area has a window without a curtain in it tho. I was on the 2nd floor so not sure what it was like on the 1st floor but still. Not good.

My stay was overall good, clean and comfortable room, quiet area. Parking lot is bit tight. My biggest problem was shower: water pressure is a trickle, hot/cold knobs are wacky and the shower head was ridiculously low, under 5 ft.
