The best asset about this hotel is the friendly staff. Particularly Antonin (Anthony) and the restaurant staff. The Czech restaurant on-site was very good and an excellent staff!

I stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience in this hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room is simple, but very comfortable and well cleaned. The complimentary breakfast was also good. Dinner was amazing, very reasonably priced and their own beer is also a great pick. Highly recommended!

Vi havde en uges godt ophold, stedet er let slidt, men meget charmerene. En morgen buffet der stiller med syntetisk juice, får ikke mange point. Når der var travlt, kneb det med at få fyldt op. Til prisen er morgen buffeten lidt for enkel. Vi prøvede restauranten en aften, de havde lukket mandag og tirsdag, det var glimrende. Parkering på gaden og i kælder er ret dyrt, 1.200,- kr., men fungerer OK. Vi havde bestilt et superior værelse, da vi skulle være der en uge, det fungerede fint, masser af plads og skabe. Badeværelse var fint, dog savnede jeg et beslag på væggen til at sætte håndbruseren i.

Need to find the correct door. Once inside everything is good with reception, elevator and nice big room with updated modern bathroom and lights. Parking is available for a 22euros a day. Chilled beer and breakfast included with room.

Property is at great location. Very close to river, center of city and all attractions.Tram stop is in front of the hotel. Nice restaurants next door. Hotel has it's own restaurant serving excellent food. Breakfast is exceptional.

Fast checkin and checkout. The hotel is situated in the center of Prague 1 and it is possible to reach every major point of interest by feet. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You can park the car directly in the private park of the hotel for more or less 20 euro. Highly recommended for a stay in Prague!

Exceptionally friendly helpful reception with excellent local information. Great location, and not on a noisy street. Two restaurants, one gourmet and one traditional. The traditional one was excellent, great value, with friendly efficient wait-staff. Would definitely recommend.

I was attacked by two men who had got into my hotel room. My mobile phone and my my money were taken, and I was quite badly beaten up. The hotel basically refused to call the police until an hour later when the manager came in. At this point I was bleeding, in shock and on top of that, this so called manager, only called them after I requested it for the million time. Once the police arrived the manager was quick to put the blame on ME! Saying I had taken drugs, which I obviously hadn’t. The police did tests and proved there were no trace of drugs in my system. The blood on my room’s floor was not cleaned. They didn’t even offer me to move to a different room. As confirmed by the police, there are no security cameras in the hotel!! Why not? I wonder….. All very seedy. Please, if you care about your safety and don’t want to have your integrity questioned, please do NOT stay in this hotel. They couldn’t have provided a worse customer experience. I’m still traumatised.

Disappointed with the room this time.Not well cleaned. Unbelievably the toilet was about 6 inches higher than normal & even tho we are average height our legs dangled when sitting on it!!!! Also they decided to do maintenance on the room next door at 8am. Drilling & hammering. Not happy when we were still in bed. Also

Séjour de 3 jours à l’hôtel. Il ne faut pas se fier aux photos qui montrent des chambres et espaces propres, des salles de bain rénovées.. Au niveau des communs, les murs de la cage d’escalier sont dans un état pitoyable, pleine de café renversé, cela est loin d’être accueillant . Concernant la chambre, le matelas n’est pas très épais, il est posé sur un sommier à latte en bois droite, non incurvées, il n’y a donc aucune souplesse, vous dormirez sur une planche en bois. Nous avons demandé à avoir un matelas plus épais, mais on nous a répondu qu’il n’y avait que des matelas comme cela dans l’hôtel .. on nous a remis un matelas identique. Nous avions une fenêtre sans rideaux opaque, donc le jour passait. Concernant la douche, il fallait ternir le pommeau pour se doucher, il n’y avait rien pour l’accrocher.. douche pas très pratique donc, il ne faut pas avoir de problème de mobilité .. Le petit déjeuné est bien. La dame qui s’en occupe est agréable, les personnes à l’accueil sont sympathiques, c’est la seule chose positive que je retiens de cet hôtel. Je m’interroge sur la note de « 8,4 tres bien » qu’à cet hôtel.. Sinon il est très bien situé, pas très loin de la ville.

God beliggenhed. Ok morgenmad Sengene er virkelig i dårlig stand, de er frygtelige hårde og det føles som om man ligger på et trægulv. Vi har meget ondt i ryggen efter dette ophold. Rengøringen gik i vores private skab med vores private egendele og fjernede tæpper som vi ellers brugte selv. Dem kunne vi ikke få tilbage. Utrygt at der bliver åbnet ind til vores private egendele, der er vi ikke vant til.

Great location for the price, however pictures looked great in reality outdated and old.. breakfast was good to be fair - overall not bad could be cleaner especially bathroom.. we have stayed one night before going to Austria so it was okay, would i stay here again? Mm probably yes

Had a lovely stay in this quaint hotel for a few days. Staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was very nice and fresh. Hotel is super convenient and in walking distance to everything (castle, Charles Bridge, Old Town, trams). We loved the spacious room with sitting area and the quaint vintage vibe to the room and furniture. Blow dryer was in the washroom, there was a body wash ad well. Nice big tv with remote, fridge and coffee with sugar in room.

The owner is on site daily and he is very friendly. It is not a place for persons with handicaps because the tub in our room was quite high and would be hard to get into by less fit persons. Also, it needed a shower curtain. But, I enjoyed our stay immensely and I am 71 years old.

We arrived late afternoon,they gave us an attic room .not as shown in the pictures,the room was awfull!! It had spiral steps in the room leading to a small bed room on the seconh floor ,the bed was from wall to wall, the hight of the room was to small .we felt cheated.

It’s a quaint little stay, very cottage feeling I think our only complaints would be that we were expecting a double bed and had 2 twin beds that sat along the wall so that you slept toe to toe. The only other room they could offer us was upstairs where we would have to duck the entire time, so we kept the room. It was very clean. But no stand up shower. Just a tub with no curtain and you had the shower head on a hose. If I had known I don’t think it would have felt disappointing. It was a fine breakfast, nothing too crazy but plenty to eat. The woman who was waiting in everyone was fabulous. She was friendly and attentive even when the room was bustling with guests. It’s a great location that is walking distance to so much! Or you can catch the tram right outside the hotel front door.

Hotelet ligger veldig godt plassert, men det er veldig lytt mellom rommene og du høtrt meget godt trkkene som går utenfør store deler av døgnet. Det var ikke varme i gulver på badet. Standard på rommet var ganske lav. Froksten var helt grei

A lovely hotel close to all the attractions, but far enough away to be quiet. Directly in front of a tram stop, so super convenient to get to anywhere in the city. Room was lovely and the staff was friendly.

As soon as we got there Anthony made us feel so welcome and was so hospitable. Shortly after we met the owner who was just as friendly and welcoming. The two floor apartment was pretty cool. A little old and outdated but we were still happy with the accommodations. It was in a great location. Their restaurant serves great dinner!. The breakfast was okay. I would definitely stay again

Hotel is super convenient and in walking distance to everything (castle, Charles Bridge, Old Town, trams). Die zentrale Lage ist top. Das Frühstücksbuffet inkl. individueller Eierspeisen, Kuchen, Obst, Palatschinken, Kaffee, Tee, Saftauswahl und Sekt ist ein super Start in den Tag. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vi havde en uges godt ophold, stedet er let slidt, men meget charmerene. En morgen buffet der stiller med syntetisk juice, får ikke mange point. Når der var travlt, kneb det med at få fyldt op. Til prisen er morgen buffeten lidt for enkel. Vi prøvede restauranten en aften, de havde lukket mandag og tirsdag, det var glimrende. Parkering på gaden og i kælder er ret dyrt, 1.200,- kr., men fungerer OK. Vi havde bestilt et superior værelse, da vi skulle være der en uge, det fungerede fint, masser af plads og skabe. Badeværelse var fint, dog savnede jeg et beslag på væggen til at sætte håndbruseren i.

This was a very good value for money hotel in a brilliant location. The tram stops right in front of the hotel.The room was clean with excellent air conditioning. The breakfast was varied and very good. The staff were lovely. They were helpful and very friendly. The lady in the dining room is very hardworking. All the staff on the front desk were great. I highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Central location oppositionen a park and the tram stop in the vicinity of central Prague. We didn't get disturbed by the traffic. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good with a lot to choose from. Nice room with air-condition. If we return to Prague we will book a room here again.
