Good location. Large room with a large bathroom. AC is a bit noisy but it works well. Decenr breakfast and a hell of a view from the rooftop pool. The parking is cery accessible and the staff is nice. This hotel is great value. Will come back

Hotel was in a central location, beach road, 2nd road 3 min walk, tree town 5 minute walk, central 10 minute walk. Breakfast was excellent, loved the Asian dishes. Bedroom was large and comfortable. Swimming pool was nice and quiet and a good place to cool off. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional quality for money hotel with hotel desk staff who don’t invade your privacy or ask you questions however they are extremely helpful , roof top pool is fantastic with sun at all hours of the day , the beds are comfortable and hot water constantly runs perfectly. Could not recommend more and will be back soon !!

Especially the Rooftop-Pool was a Highlight of this Hotel. Staff always helpful and friendly. Not so good: The Fan of the Aircondition blows hot air on the balcony, not outside in direction of the street, so always when this machone starts, it becomes incredible hot on the balcony.

Stort sett veldig fornøyd. Kjempe hyggelig betjening som snakker Engelsk godt til moderat nok. Hotellet ligger litt avsides fra kiosk, men 7min så er du på seven eleven. Går du andre vei finner du første bar 2 minutter unna. Fint basseng på taket. Det som dog var litt minus, er at det lukta mugg på rommet. Mest sannsynlig fra airconditionen, ble aldri kvitt lukta og den laga en del bråk. Kunne spurt etter et annet rom, men skulle bare være noen dager så pinte meg igjennom det.

Hotel is in a great location but is let down by a moldy smell in the rooms and hallways. The staff know about it but cannot seem to fix it. Restaurant staff very good with a decent, basic breakfast and housekeeping were great also.

Property is older and could use some updating. The hotel is clean, safe and quiet. Friendly staff, quick check in and nice big lobby area. I stayed on the 6th floor in an apartment room. Lots of space and no issues. I would stay here again.

Stay hotel is on Soi 10 is 5 min walk to Central Festival the large shopping center and food court. It is centrally located to all the "bar/entertainment" districts, Soi 6, Soi Bukhao and So1 13-13/3 are all within about 1/2 mile. Surprisingly, Soi 10 was very quiet at night which I appreciated.The hotel was very clean, Ac worked great, bed was firm but comfortable, good shower. The price makes it a great value. I didn't eat in the restaurant but drinks at the bar were very reasonable. Good security with key card activating elevator. Will definitely stay again given prices I've paid visiting Pattaya in the last 20 years. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient and had an adequate understanding of English.

This is one of the best properties I have stayed at in Thailand. I had a one bedroom suite with sea view. Pool was lovely and perfect for early morning dip. Parking was great as had a car too. Location is couple minutes from the beach. The room was huge with amazing bathroom and walk in wardrobe area.

This is a great place to stay in. I like this location for its convenience to both the beach and the inland and because it's at the south edge of central Pattaya giving easy, walkable access to many attractions. Service was courteous, efficient and professional and the room was better than in the pictures. Spacious and with full amenities and good toiletries. The wifi would glitch from time to time so that could be improved a little, maybe by removing the web login which doesn't really add any security.

The hotel is clean and functional. Good breakfast and nice pool on the roof. The rooms are basic but acceptable for price range. One downside the wifi is woeful takes 20 minutes to log on and drops in minutes to start whole process again. Many people using phones and devices in hotel lobby where wifi works. Overall good location quiet but very close to where you need to be in minutes. Rooms cleaned every day to great standard

My room was large, good size bathroom, large balcony, fresh towels and water everyday. Will say I took a look at one of the one bedroom suites and would definitely book if staying for a week or two.. Breakfast for me was excellent, left the eggs and bacon alone and ate Thai.. Good location for the bath buses, restaurants and bars and central is about a 5 minute walk

The Stay Hotel Pattaya (Room 414) Overall, I love this hotel and would definitely stay here again if internet access via laptop is not needed. PROS: 1. In-room secure safe deposit box; 2. Quiet area despite being located in the center of Pattaya and very close to the beach; 3. Good aircon; 4. Reliable Wifi (when connecting from phones); 5. Rooftop pool and gym; 6. Spacious room with great lighting options; 7. Balcony with table and chairs; 8. Can tap and pay using NFC contactless digital wallet payments; 9. Many powerpoints throughout the room; 10. Helpful staff; lovely housekeeping; 11. Nice modern bathroom with spacious shower and strong bidet pressure. CONS: 1. Balcony door handle is loose and doesn't lock, which creates a security risk; 2. En mycket bra hotel. Centralt och nära till restauranger, Central Festival, beer bars, nattliv, stranden och bathbussar. Välstädat, fräscha, bra frukost och ok pool. Rekommenderas och skulle komma igen! Personalen i receptionen är dock inte så uppmärksamma och säger inte hej men de är inte otrevliga. Men det hade varit trevligt och välkomnande om de kunde säga hel eller åtminsone ge en erkännande ni k mot en.

6 nights in a Suite. I recommend the hotel with some reservations. Pros: Room - Nice clean big room and great location Hotel - Beautiful swimming pool on roof, gym with decent equipment. All clean and tidy Cleaning staff - obviously working had because all clean and tidy Cons: Reception staff (1 of 2) - Our pre paid reservation was for the Suite room. Thay took us to a normal room and when I asked to have the Suite room (that I have paid for in full) their initial reaction was for us to stay in the smaller room "because our luggage was already there" Reception staff (2 of 2) - when checking out the cleaners didn't find one tea spoon in the room. The receptionist insisted we pay £0.40/$0.55 for the spoon. This dispute delayed our departure to airport, our taxi was waiting so we paid for this. Considering we paid £390/$490 for the room this was rather petty, on my view. If they eventually find the spoon I insist them to post it to me here in UK. I have paid for it so it is mine.

What makes this hotel stand out is the service. It is a relatively new hotel (compared to adjacent properties), and it provides good value. However, there are several (small) mistakes in their design: for example, the sink in the bathroom drains very slowly (due to the nice-looking but very small, flat drain opening), the light in the bathroom is quite dim (for shaving); the TV is too small to watch from the bed [I stayed in a suite]. Nevertheless, these small inconveniences are overcome by the staff. Whenever I have a request, the service is carried promptly and efficiently. Its location provides a quiet sleep but is convenient to many attractions; and the value is excellent. I would stay here again [ I stayed in late September 2024].

Good hotel! Will come again. Large rooms and in quieter part of Pattaya. One small concern was after staying for 10 days I asked for a late check out and they only gave me 30 minutes extra or pay an extra half room charge for 1 hour late check out I requested. A little off putting. But I will be back. PS: cleaning crew ladies were the sweetest and very nice.

MitarbeiterInnen sehr freunsluchbzbs hilfsbereit. Leider werden gerade die herunter gekommenen Hotels gegenüber renoviert, daher tagsüber Presslufthammer etc. Pool auf dem Dach von lauten Israelis frequentiert. Ansonsten echt prima.
