Stayed 2 nights

The staff was friendly and helpful with luggage’s. Main problem was that while we where out and about during the day they changed the access code for the door to get into the facility. This meant we got locked out nd my wife stood there outside the hotel without a way to get into. When we finally figured out how to call them the person just iterated several times that they had contacted everyone to let them know. We never got a call, the er wasn’t even an attempt to apologize. We finally managed to get in because another hotel gets opened the door. The person on the phone did not give us the code as the where too busy saying they called everyone.

Excellent Séjour Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La localisation est parfaite, idéale pour visiter la ville et tout faire à pied. Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel, toujours souriant et disponible. Un grand merci tout particulier à Maé et Juliette, qui ont été adorables, très professionnelles et toujours prêtes à aider. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
