A beautiful hotel, although old, renovated with everything you need, even a bathtub! Inside the old city, be prepared to leave your car in a parking garage. Breakfast was delicious and the personal made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Just perfect!

Muito boa acomodação, café da manhã bom com bastante variedades, limpeza boa, estacionamento facilita bastante. Fica perto de tudo, portão de Jaffa, fizemos tudo caminhando. Muito próximo ao Santo Sepulcro . Recomendo . Só melhoraria 1 funcionário que não se esforçou para anos ajudar e estava acho de cara feia o tempo todo . Os demais bem simpáticos . Recomendo . 🙏

Ofrecen estacionamiento te piden las placas para autorizar El Paso y no existe la autorización. Tuve que estacionarme en un centro comercial aledaño. Pagar 140 shekels y caminar con Maletas hasta el hotel. En realidad pésimo servicio y atención en este tema. Lo peor 2 am alguien abrió la puerta del cuarto. Nos espantamos.
Ofrecen estacionamiento te piden las placas para autorizar El Paso y no existe la autorización. Tuve que estacionarme en un centro comercial aledaño. Pagar 140 shekels y caminar con Maletas hasta el hotel. En realidad pésimo servicio y atención en este tema. Lo peor 2 am alguien abrió la puerta del cuarto. Nos espantamos.

Habitación cómoda pero no entiendo porqué cuando pides 2 camas individuales las ponen juntas; el desayuno rico pero diario hacen lo mismo, vendría bien variedad. El personal en su mayoría amable, solo un recepcionista un poco déspota. La peor experiencia fue con mi coche rentado, le pegaron en el estacionamiento y nadie se hizo responsable ni para ver los videos.
Habitación cómoda pero no entiendo porqué cuando pides 2 camas individuales las ponen juntas; el desayuno rico pero diario hacen lo mismo, vendría bien variedad. El personal en su mayoría amable, solo un recepcionista un poco déspota. Familjeägt hotell med perfekt läge i gamla stan. Rummen är lite enkla men har allt man behöver, samt sköna sängar och gått om förvaringsmöjligheter. Städningen var utmärkt. Frukosten var helt OK, det fanns något för alla. Bäst är dock personalen. De är jätte trevliga och hjälpsamma, de gjorde verkligen sitt bästa för att vi skulle trivas, och det gjorde vi! Kommer vi tillbaka till Jerusalem kommer vi definitivt bo där igen om möjlighet ges.

Nestled inside the Old City walls, it's just a 10-minute walk to major attractions like the Western Wall, Temple Mount, and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. The staff were amazing, available 24/7, and the area is surrounded by great restaurants. Highly recommend!

The only negative I would give is that my mornings were a nightmare to sleep in as housekeeping were either pounding at my door and also as I was close to lift, the guests would make alot of noise talking loudly in passageway.

The room was clean, comfortable and had a lovely views of the city. Breakfast was delicious. Loved this place! Excellent and easy to reach location just inside old city. Staff was super friendly, breakfast tasty. Room wasn’t fancy, but very comfortable and great value. Would def stay here next time.

The Gloria hotel is a hidden gem within the old Jerusalem area. As a tourist and my first time going to see Jerusalem they were fantastic. They had information for me they were able to help us with anything we needed if it wasn't for the staff at the Gloria hotel I don't think I would have had such a great time visiting Jerusalem. I would like to personally thank everyone who worked at that hotel it was beyond immaculate your service was exceptional and beyond thank you for the bottom of my heart it was fantastic.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Even more beautiful in person than in the photos. I loved the stone architecture and the Orthodox Christian icons displayed throughout the hallways—they added such a unique and peaceful touch. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were both delicious. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Jaffa Gate, Mamilla shops, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the Old City. Unfortunately the war broke out while there but the staff were extremely helpful and provided is with meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I will definitely be back.

This place is lovely and right next to the tower of David, if you don’t know where you are going it may be a little tricky to get to the first time, especially if you are from America (you’ll see what I mean) but after the first time it’s a piece of cake and I can’t think of a better place to stay next time, right inside the city walls, it’s great, highly recommended

If you want to explore the old city of Jerusalem, this is the place to stay. Just inside the Jaffa gate, and a short way up a quiet side street, this hotel provides an amazing opportunity to experience being a part of the old city. Great staff also.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Even more beautiful in person than in the photos. I loved the stone architecture and the Orthodox Christian icons displayed throughout the hallways—they added such a unique and peaceful touch. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were both delicious. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Jaffa Gate, Mamilla shops, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the Old City. Unfortunately the war broke out while there but the staff were extremely helpful and provided is with meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I will definitely be back.

Nuestra estancia fue una maravilla. Buenísimo hotel, perfecta ubicación (3minutos de Santo Sepulcro) , el desayuno maravilloso y la gente súper amable. Sin duda repetiría. Gran parte del personal eran griegos, había iconos ortodoxos , lo que me encantó.

Habitación cómoda pero no entiendo porqué cuando pides 2 camas individuales las ponen juntas; el desayuno rico pero diario hacen lo mismo, vendría bien variedad. El personal en su mayoría amable, solo un recepcionista un poco déspota. La peor experiencia fue con mi coche rentado, le pegaron en el estacionamiento y nadie se hizo responsable ni para ver los videos.
