Stayed 1 night

The unit was exactly as advertised and the contactless check-in was very easy. However there were a couple issues. First, we noticed the very loud shower fan was already on when we arrived and seemed to have no way to turn off. It would continue to turn on and off for the duration of our stay. Second, the window blinds were missing several slats which made night time quite bright with neighboring, brightly lit construction cranes directly next door. Third, the kitchen is somewhat equipped, but very minimally. Think one spoon, one fork, one plate type of situation. Finally, we noticed a few electrical plugs were not working (maybe part of the reason for the malfunctioning fan) and the designated Wi-Fi could not be found. Wasn’t a huge issue for one night but could be a problem for a longer stay. In all, the location was perfect for our stay so it worked just as advertised.

First the pluses: in unit laundry, dishwasher, oven and microwave; some cooking implements and dishwater; comfortable beds. The negatives: 15-minute walk to the edge of UW campus, no staff on duty, use of multiple digital codes for unit access, broken doors to shower and balcony. TLDR; overpriced for a short stay, perhaps more economical for longer stays.

There is no parking lot. Maybe there were two public parking spaces but now they constructed buildings. Nothing way for parking was super trouble for us.
