Stayed 3 days with friends. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Location is good. Close to the all touristy area. The only downside is the sofa bed is dated and the cover is ripped so there’s a big hole on the cushion. They also didn’t refill the coffee and tea, but maybe we have to ask. All on all the hotel is good and recommended for travelers with family or groups.

Everything was good. The hotel exceeded all expectations. everything was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. A special thank you for the coffee.The soundproofing is good, which made the stay very relaxing and peaceful. Emplacement très pratique, idéal pour se déplacer facilement et profiter de la ville.

Unfortunately, the hotel was far below our expectations. We stayed with our group of friends and children. Sadly, the beds and sofabed in every room were very uncomfortable. They were sagging and broken in the middle. Some of the towels were very worn and torn. On the positive side, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. There's a tram stop in front of the hotel, making transportation easy. The room was averagely clean and smelled like a hospital.
