After a late night of dancing in the local clubs we returned to the hotel in desperate need of a shower only to find it was broken. So obviously the cleaning staff never cleaned it. I had to go to the desk where I spent a long time waiting while they figured out a resolution. Finally they decided to open a hot room under maintenance on the other side of our floor so we could shower. Obviously we had to go through the same process the following morning. I asked for a complete refund for the major inconvenience. They wouldn’t budge and were only willing to give us 50% off. Their explanation was that we were able to utilize 50% off the room. I was furious to say the least. This ruined our evening and really killed our mood the previous evening if you get my drift.

The rooms are roomy, the bar area and lounge is very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The breakfast is good however, some alternatives like bacon strips added instead of sausage would have been great. The pool is very nice. The workout room needs a working water cooler. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Parking easy and location can’t be beat!

Everything is clean and design. Outdoor pool is ok. A bit noisy A\C system The only negative thing is certainly the breakfast. How can a chef doesn’t know how to cook eggs….
