The room was huge. The staff was super nice. The location ended up being great. Walking distance to Atlantic ave. with restaurants and live entertainment. It was hopping. The roof top bar was delightful except the bartender kept leaving the bar and the drinks were watery. The view is excellent and the pool was warm. The bed was very comfy. Room very clean and well maintained.

Pretty nice place. This is our second year in a row staying here. We come for the big size room for two adults and three kids. Also enjoy the rooftop pool. The negative is the towels are very difficult to obtain at the pool and when they do restock, they are out of stock very quickly. Also the Bar/food service at the rooftop is adequate, however, long weights are to be expected. Great location.

The location and amenities were just what we needed, but unfortunately they had terrible housekeeping and front desk staff weren’t diligent. At check-in our beds had stained bedsheets and the floors of the bathroom and shower were filthy. Made night shift staff aware of the room condition and agreed to keep the room for that night since we were exhausted. Received an apology and that everything would be taking care of the next day. When we checked the next morning, daytime staff had no idea of the issues with the room. Again apologized and said they would have housekeeping take care of it. Came back in the afternoon, nothing had changed. At that point made a request to change rooms. It was a lot of unnecessary back and forth.

I’ve stayed at this location many times. The hotel is very clean and smells terrific. The staff (every staff member) is very friendly and polite with their guests. I would recommend staying at this hotel and will do the same in the future.

The staff was nice. The toilet paper was HORRIBLE! Towels were like sandpaper The location was inconvenient. Housekeeping was sloppy. Ice machines broken and computers were down. I cut my stay short and moved to a nicer place.

One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working, and the heat made it nearly impossible to sleep. I spoke with the front desk twice hoping for a solution, but nothing was done. No follow-up, no offer to change rooms — just empty apologies. Miserable experience and a completely ruined weekend. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The TV did not work properly the whole time we were there. The safe did not work properly, it would be popped open on return, even though it had been locked. I didn’t have a car but if I did have a car I’d be pretty upset to pay $28 a day to park.

When we arrived at the hotel after a long day of travel, despite the fact that I had confirmed my check-in at noon that day, the hotel informed us at 9pm that they had given up our room and there was not a single room left in the hotel. They offered a hotel down the street and said come back tomorrow for the remainder of your stay?..no help getting to the new hotel, no other option!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Courtyard. Mathew and Samantha from the front desk were particularly helpful in attending to a couple of minor issues. Would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

The front desk clerk was rude. When checking we got there all to find out they give our room away what we pay for. There was no other of its kind available. I then ask for my money back and they told me no refund when they didn't have the room i booked because they give my room away. Had to sleep in the car after driving all day and couldn't keep my eyes open. Really disappointed and still trying to get my refund.

The hotel was clean, well located and the staff was nice. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the live music on Friday and Saturday. Just my opinion but it seems the music should be 6-9 rather than 3-6. It’s really smack dab in the middle of the day. The only misstep was the Bistro breakfast. I would NOT recommend it. We had the avocado toast (completely flavorless) and while I expect the hotel food to be higher priced, 13.50 for French Toast with strawberries ( 2 thin slices of white bread) is bordering on criminal. Challah or Brioche are far better choices. However, we did have tacos and fries on the rooftop, which we enjoyed. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel and still rate the hotel, our stay, the cleanliness and staff 5 stars.

For $500 a night they can\'t give you a bottle of water or free coffee in the morning? Breakfest menu at Starbucks in the hotel was rather lame. Pool was nice. "partial ocean view," not really. would not recommend for the value

I will never stay at a courtyard by Marriott again. When I got to the place I was totally exhausted. Could barely walk cuz I blew my knee out day before. So i couldn’t wait to get in my room. I get there and the TV doesn’t work. They made me come down to switch rooms. Got in new room called room service. Oh we don’t have room service. Not a great stay. Then swat was about to break into a room two doors down from me. Quite a night.

This hotel was centrally located and had large clean rooms. But the real star of the show was Adam the bartender! He had a smile that was contagious! He had such great, positive energy. He made delicious drinks! And he even sang for us! I would come back just to hang at the bar again! Thank you Adam
