Yo habia pedido una habitacion que tuviera una cama king y una matrimonial, se me dio una habitacion con dos camas matrimoniales, la electricidad no funcionaba en la parte de arriba, y hacia mucho calor. La alberca no estaba para nada limpia. Y aparte en un descuido dejamos una pertenecia en el hotel y el personal nos aviso que no era asi cuando claramente ahi quedo uno de nuestros articulos. Teniamos esperanza que nos lo mandaran por paqueteria pero no fue asi, fue una deshonestidad de su parte.

Loved the area and closeness to the playa and the restaurants at this end were delicious. There was a bit of construction maintenance going on the first few days for the better. Pool needs some work but is refreshing. Stairs to the top room originally booked to steep and precarious for us. Lovely staff and owner to communicate with overall!

Esta muy cerca de la playa, es un lugar tranquilo y limpio. En la reservación incluida desayuno, eso fue un alivio. No cuenta con clima ni estacionamiento, pero puedes dejar el auto en los alrededores ya que es un lugar muy tranquilo. El personal es muy servicial.

First the positive comment was the staff. She was communicative, friendly and trying to solve the problems. She messaged me through whatsapp several times and worked on the problem. The room itself was called a premium room. It was dingy and poorly lite. There was a elementary school out the back of the room and I like children, but it was noisy. A rooster also crowed for the few hours we were there. No air conditioning and ceiling fan didn't work. the windows would let in light and sea breeze but they had wooden shutters and no screens. The mosquitos would have eaten us alive at night. The bathroom door handle came off in my hand and we wondered about being locked in with no handle. To be honest it was a glorified hostel. If that is what you are looking for go for it! My wife and I checked in and went to the beach, had a beer and spotted a much nicer location just 500 m down the beach. Upon investigation we paid the three days at this property and paid again at the next. I was happy to do that as the mistake was mine and holidays are in short supply.

Es bonita y el personal es muy atento, sin embargo no se muestra del todo la habitación en las fotos, las escaleras son sumamente inadecuadas para subir y ni hablar de bajarlas, de hecho la persona que nos enseñó la habitación nos comentó que son de cuidado y es que casi están verticalmente, no es adecuado para personas con alguna discapacidad y subir con maletas es lo peor.

The staff tried to relocate our reservation due to an "administrative issue" however, we learned the issue was the owners son wanted to stay in our reserved room with his partner. We declined the offer to relocate as the proposed option was a room on the main floor next to the road. Second, there is no hot water in the showers of the hotel. Other than the above, we had a nice stay. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast both mornings which included eggs and yoghurt and fresh fruit. We would recommend this hotel.

Recepción muy atenta, desde un día antes de pusieron en contacto con nosotros para gestionar nuestra llegada. Las instalaciones increíbles, limpias, amplias, el personal súper atento y respetuoso, el desayuno y el café muy ricos. Todo el hotel es nude friendly. Si quieres vivir la experiencia completa de pasar unas vacaciones al desnudo en pareja o amigos, este hotel es el match perfecto. Ojo solo en el hotel y la playa está permitido, pasearse desnudo en el pueblo no.

El lugar es muy lindo, las instalaciones preciosas, el personal súper amable y atento, Mayra es una persona súper agradable y excelente anfitriona. Es un lugar rústico, si tú eres de las personas que ocupan aire acondicionado en climas muy calurosos este lugar no es para ti. Encontramos cangrejitos varias veces en el cuarto, pero es inevitable ya que el lugar está a pie de playa. Agradecemos que nos dejaran hospedarnos con nuestros perritos. Sin duda volveríamos.

Casa playa del amor is a very nice boutique hotel just two minutes walk to the beach. The owner and all people who work there are extremely nice and friendly. Rooms are simple yet unique in design. The only problem I had while staying there were roosters at very early hours. During my 5 nights there, rooms were not cleaned even once but perhaps it’s done by request. Overall I enjoyed my time there and would definitely come back

Casa Playa del Amor was such a lovely hotel for my stay in Zipolite. It's only steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. It's located in a quieter area of town—which was great to come back to the room for a good nights sleep—but was easily walkable to the main strip as well as the bars and restaurants along the beach. The property itself felt very peaceful, filled with trees, plants, and flowers and had nice places to relax and hang outside. The rooms were a nice size, super clean and nicely decorated. All of the staff I met were super helpful and served a nice little breakfast to start my day. I definitely recommend staying here while in Zipolite!

We stayed here for two nights in February 2024. We absolutely loved this property - lovely kind staff, great breakfast and location was awesome. While not directly on the beach you can hear the waves roll in all night and see the water from the room. It was a two minute walk to Playa del Amor and very quiet. Only a 10 minute walk down to the beach to all of the restaurants etc.
We stayed here for two nights in February 2024. We absolutely loved this property - lovely kind staff, great breakfast and location was awesome. While not directly on the beach you can hear the waves roll in all night and see the water from the room. It was a two minute walk to Playa del Amor and very quiet. Only a 10 minute walk down to the beach to all of the restaurants etc.

What a great place. Definitely recommend especially during low season. It's clean. The staff are awesome. LGBT friendly AF. Short walk, 30 seconds, from the beach. Comfy bed, comfy sheets, good shower. Spot on!!

Yo habia pedido una habitacion que tuviera una cama king y una matrimonial, se me dio una habitacion con dos camas matrimoniales, la electricidad no funcionaba en la parte de arriba, y hacia mucho calor. La alberca no estaba para nada limpia. Y aparte en un descuido dejamos una pertenecia en el hotel y el personal nos aviso que no era asi cuando claramente ahi quedo uno de nuestros articulos. Teniamos esperanza que nos lo mandaran por paqueteria pero no fue asi, fue una deshonestidad de su parte.

The staff tried to relocate our reservation due to an "administrative issue" however, we learned the issue was the owners son wanted to stay in our reserved room with his partner. We declined the offer to relocate as the proposed option was a room on the main floor next to the road. Second, there is no hot water in the showers of the hotel. Other than the above, we had a nice stay. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast both mornings which included eggs and yoghurt and fresh fruit. We would recommend this hotel.

Loved the area and closeness to the playa and the restaurants at this end were delicious. There was a bit of construction maintenance going on the first few days for the better. Pool needs some work but is refreshing. Stairs to the top room originally booked to steep and precarious for us. Lovely staff and owner to communicate with overall!

We stayed here for two nights in February 2024. We absolutely loved this property - lovely kind staff, great breakfast and location was awesome. While not directly on the beach you can hear the waves roll in all night and see the water from the room. It was a two minute walk to Playa del Amor and very quiet. Only a 10 minute walk down to the beach to all of the restaurants etc.

The property was beautiful and private. Really close to Playa Del Armor. The rooms were spacious and clean. Some have small refrigerators. Shampoo, body soap, and hand soap provided in the bathroom.
