We had booked a premium apartment with AC but we got without AC. Upon complaining at the reception, they said that they’re sorry for the inconvenience and we could cancel the booking. It was very late in the evening and we didn’t want to search for another accommodation. We asked for a reduced price, as the apartments without AC were cheaper but they said it’s not possible to get a reduced price. We could either stay with the same price or cancel the booking and leave. Without AC we were forced to keep the windows open but the noise from the street was really loud to sleep properly. Also, they offered daily waste pick up but none bothered to do so during our 3 nights stay.
