The staff was kind and friendly like the staff at every other hotel in Greece; nothing remarkable. They don’t answer when you call and the wi-fi barely works so it was the least tech savvy hotel I stayed at. There were moments when no one was in the hotel except one housekeeper so it felt deserted most of the time. The rooftop views are gorgeous but they don’t have an outdoor seating area. I went up there to take photos and the door locked me out and no one was able to help for over five minutes and no one answered the phone or email. I would not return.

Beautiful old building, allowing you to experience what an old “archontiko” would be like. Perfect location for us, but there are some steps that cannot be avoided. Staff are simply wonderful and incredibly kind. With a few simple changes this place can become exceptional. Our A/C unit was pretty old and was not doing a good enough job. Room amenities could be improved. A bottle of water in the fridge for example would be very much appreciated.

Really loved our stay at Hotel Omiros. It's a very charming heritage building with an amazing view of the harbour. The staff were all wonderful and very helpful. Pros: 1. Very close to town. A few steps and a pleasant walk. 2. Very charming building with really good interior decor. 3. Balcony was great and had an amazing view. Some cons: 1. The mattress needs to be replaced. It's very hard and not comfortable at all. Couldn't sleep well. 2. I understand it's an old building but for you to lock the door from the inside, you have to use a key. You also need a key to unlock it from the inside. If there is a fire, you won't be able to make it out quickly. I didn't feel safe knowing that. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
