Det eneste man kan klage på, er mobildekningen. Flere av våre rom hadde ikke dekning. Men meget godt internett.

The hotel is really great, but is not obvious how to reach on foot from Bergamo Centre. The facilities in the hotel are very good, the problem was a football team was also staying at the same time, which maybe distracted the hotel staff and meant certain things were closed off. For example on arrival I booked a table at the hotel bistro that night for 7pm, but on arrival was told the bistro opened at 8pm - the hotel desk said there had been a mistake and it in fact opened at 7.30pm!! (in the event I still had a good meal). I also booked a spa slot for the following morning and was told someone would deliver a robe & slippers to my room 30 mins beforehand, but this did not happen. I still came down and used the gym via a pass I had been given, but there were no staff at all at the spa. Also getting out of the complex on foot via the security gate was difficult, probably due to security for the football team. However - would use the hotel again.

Flott hotell med svært moderne og fine rom. Fantastisk seng, dyne og handduker. Blending gjorde rommet helt mørkt, så det var godt å sove. Hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen. Litt dumt at man ikke kunne benytte spa på utsjekkdag og at man ikke kunne bestemme seg for frokost på morgenen. Hotellet ligger 2,3 km fra nedre sentrum. Flatt og greit å gå og greie bussforbindelser. Stilig vannkunst ved inngang.

We have stayed at the hotel several times before and have always been satisfied, which is why we always choose this place whenever we’re in the area. However, during our recent two-night stay, we had such a negative experience that we will definitely be looking for a different hotel next time. We always book the same type of room, but unlike previous occasions, we were given a room on the back side of the hotel instead of the front. The room looked the same on the surface... BUT * It was extremely noisy, we hardly slept at all... the glass made loud cracking noises during the night, waking us up repeatedly! * The fridge wasn’t working – it was most likely unplugged, and we couldn’t plug it back in because the socket wasn’t accessible. * There was a terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom, and the extractor fan didn’t work either.

Pour une conférence, j ai séjourné 3 jours dans cet hôtel qui fait aussi clinique. A proximité de l aéroport de Bergamo et du centre mais ne propose pas de navettes. Il faut ainsi prendre taxi ou transport pour visiter car les alentours de l hôtel sont très calmes Le petit déjeuner est diversifié mais limité. La chambre est spacieuse avec de bons rangements. La lit, la couette et les nombreux oreillers permettent de passer une excellente nuit. Le réglage des lumières et du store géant nécessite une prise en main mais garantisse de dormir dans le noir complet.
