Very modern amenities made my visit very comfortable. Very convenient to Hakata Station for easy transportation. The staff was very helpful with the luggage forwarding to next hotel. Only breakfast available with no other lunch or dinner food service so just be aware of that.

Overall hotel condition is good but staff is terrible. We asked for 1-hour late checkout at the front desk and the staff literally locked our room. We went up to the room, realized our room got locked, then went back down to the front desk for help. Another staff accompanied us back up, and the room was still locked. The entire ups and downs wasted us at least 30 mins which ruined our morning plan, also we did not get a waiver on the late checkout fee. Absolutely a ridiculous experience which we never had in past 20 years traveling.

Location is great! Hakata station is huge, so it took us sometime to find our way to the hotel, but it’s very close by the station. Shower is great! Staffs helpful. Will stay here again!
