Location of hotel was nice although when they state parking it does not mention a free for all with all the tourists in the area. Tom was Comfortable except the door to the room does not fit correctly resulting in having to force shut to which leaves an approximate 50mm gap at bottom. I had to use pillows to block out noise. Evening meal was supposed to start at 1700hrs this did not actually start until 1730hrs. Ordered pot pie with chips and peas. I was kept waiting for nearly an hour before it arrived. When asking for a Vat receipt this proved a bit up much for the staff to which I still gave not received one. All in all I will not be staying again.

Absolutely brilliant spot to stay at with the lizard a stones throw away, the food was amazing, the staff absolutely wonderful - really recommend this as a place to stay

A friendly local pub with good service, nice food and comfortable rooms. Sadly we stayed in a ground floor room and had noisy people upstairs, not the pubs fault but frustrating and hard to sleep until late.

A one night stay in south Cornwall having stayed in north Cornwall previous nights. Beautiful clean room and bathroom but something missing to make it outstanding. Lovely decoration but lacking in pictures or plants and home comforts. Inn/Bar it's self seemed dingy and uninviting. Location wonderful.

Clean and tidy with nice furnishings. And nice and friendly staff. Even had a live band in the bar on Saturday night which played us music to fall asleep too. Would 100% stay again at this hotel.

The ideal place to stay due to it's proximity to some very beautiful beaches. The stay was made by the really friendly and likeable staff. The room was clean but a bit tired and the shower cubicle needed a revamp. All in all, I would definitely stay again mainly due to the staff. I would prefer to have mugs for my morning cuppa as the cups provided were tiny!

Family wedding on the Lizard and quite a few friends and family stayed here. Every room was excellent, comfortable, clean and the food was great too. Friendly staff all round would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly. Thank you

The room was fantastic and can’t be faulted. However what makes this hotel a cut above the rest is the staff; they go out of their way to be kind and helpful. Literally nothing is too much for them They are all truly wonderful Highly recommend this hotel in the stunning Lizard

It was very Family friendly and after a Long Walk we enjoyed the Space room and bathroom. Our son enjoyed borrowing a DVD to watch a movie After Dinner on a Rains evening. You can Hear the ship Horns surrounding Point Lizard.

Comfortable room. Easy walk to everything we wanted to see. Host Mary was exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful (gluten free food, booking taxi etc.). We are a retired couple walking the South West Coast Path and would stay here again.

Gosh I have stayed in hotels around the world and have never experienced such generosity and kindness shown by the staff. The room was absolutely delightful and stunning. The gentleman who checked us in was amazing and so were the staff at dinner Beautiful centrally located hotel. So so fully equipped and the dinner was Superb. Thanks for a wonderful stay . Will be back soon. Will recommend it anytime.

Our stay was great overall. Our room had a bathtub which is always a big plus. Perfect location in the middle of Lizard, with plenty of shops nearby and Lizard point within a short walking distance.

Perfect - the Housel room (the rooms has names and not numbers) is very nice, and the Lizard town itself is stunning and a must visit if you are in the area.
