Mantra Midtown

Dreadful - the stench of garbage permeates every floor, room design of studio is ridiculous. Can’t see tv from bed unless lying on side? When taps are turned on there is a whining noise heard throughout the room. Do NOT use their carpark if you do decide to stay. $40 per night ( we stayed over a weekend) public car parking either side of hotel - one being $18 night the other being $10 per night . Had another member of our travelling party ( in own room and is disabled ) put on 4 floors up - the only way for us to aces him was for him to struggle downstairs ( only one lift working for half of our 3 night stay )wait for us to come to foyer and then take us up to his level. Reception knew we were travelling together and both parties had requested for us to be on same floor to no avail. Eventually we came up with a solution ( reception just shrugged their shoulders) overall reception staff were the only shining light of the stay - helpful in other ways, Mantra - pull yourself up by your boot straps, we are Meriton ppl and we will continue to be so,

Nice room but the smell in the hallway was putrid. The lobby is gross too. And the staff was hardly warm. Not my favorite. Pool area well maintained. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Zac in reception was very helpful and welcoming, had an issue with shower head which was promptly addressed by maintenance, who was also a very welcoming and approachable man, sorry didnt get his name. Location of room, ease of access to parking and surrounding amenities makes this a great central option in the CBD.

Easy checkin very helpful staff allowed us to into room earlier as it was ready. Room was great,booked a one bedroom but it was actually 2 bedrooms. Very clean, kitchen equipment not so good only 3 small glasses. Shower very average water pressure. Pool was niceamd gym well equipped. Great location easy walking distance to shops and food. Extra surprise of christmas treats in room, very nice

Unfortunately the room needed a lot of attention - dryer, toilet and door to balcony all broken. Carpet needs replacing (lots of stains and warping) and to increase privacy to the main living area, more appropriate curtains should be considered. The reception staff were lovely to deal with and took feedback and attempted to rectify the problems that they could.

Property was excellent and comfortable. One of the curtains were ripped and the lounge leather had splits in it. More checking on maintenance needed

Excellent location, short walk to shops and eating places. Room is clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again.

Wow what a fabulous place to stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean,the bed and pillows lovely and soft. The living area had plenty of seating and what a bonus to have two balconies overlooking the city. All the equipment had clear instructions on how to use. The location of the apartment was close to everything you need,restaurants pubs,shops,parks and transport. But the best thing about the apartments was the excellent reception staff,who were genuinely friendly nothing was too much trouble from arranging taxis to giving me directions to St Stephens Cathedral. The staff on reception deserve a huge pay rise they are a tremendous asset to the hotel group

Clean, balvony and great space

Building is clean and well maintained. The room / apartment was clean but in aging condition. The bed was quite uncomfortable and our sleep was very poor. Location is very convenient. Price was competitive with alternatives but still shockingly expensive.

Booking was efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The property is in the middle of the business district and thus convenient for the appointments that we had arranged. Traffic and ambient noise turned out not to be an issue. The only downside was tht because of its location the size of the property is not expansive.

Very convenient and comfortable. Would be lovely to have block out curtains and also if they closed properly.

Easy check in and out. Room quiet and comfortable with well stocked kitchenette if wishing to self cater.

Smaller than appears in photos but has everything you need. Lovely staff at reception always friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel in the Brisbane CBD, it was perfect for a one night trip.

Mantra Midtown is a very good place to stay in the heart of the city. Walking distance to all the shopping centres, restuarants, pubs and the Treasury Casino Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with all the facilities. We have stayed here before Covid and the place is still the same.
