Our stay was lovely and relaxing, one problem was there was no lift, so carrying bags up stairs was hard. And bed pillows were not suitable for my taste. But other than that we had a nice time.

Disappointing that there are no bar snacks at all and a limited range of lukewarm draft beers. Not a great experience when you've been out on a warm day and want to relax in the bar with a cold beer and a snack. Also, breakfast isn't available until 8am on Saturday which means you miss out when you have a mid-morning flight from the International airport.

Not used this hotel before when staying in the area. Plenty of free parking. Check-in was quick and easy. Room was a good size, clean and a very comfortable bed. I had dinner and breakfast anf both were very nice. Check was quick. Will i stay here again - most definitely.

If in the annex it can be burdensome if you have two or more pieces of luggage as theres many doors within every hallway tou have to push or pull through.

The Hotel was the usual high standard, the food was great, and the staff friendly. So why did I rate it only 4*, simply because they charged me £5 for a pint of Lime and Soda in the restaurant, and when questioned I was told it was correct. I will think rwice before staying there again.

on arrival checking in the receptionist had the cold and was coughing all over my invoice and room key I politely asked if she was unwell, and she confirmed that she was sick.... what a welcome The room was dirty the floors and bathroom floor had a lot of stains, the shower drain was loose and the shower floor had chips in it. Lamps in my room weren't working and some of the bad side switches also didn't work. I ordered sandwiches from room service this took nearly an hour for one plate of sandwiches that had one slice of chicken and half an onion, I couldn't eat it and was charged £6.50 for them and another £6 to deliver it to my room. I booked the executive suite which is one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel so I expected standard to be much higher.

Hotel well located near the seaside towns of Portrush and portstewart and the town of Coleraine has some nice shops. Great parking facilities. Food and staff were good. Great breakfast and the lady who served there was as cheery and helpful as always! Nice coffee service with home baked scones in the foyer in the mornings which is busy. Our only criticism was that the cleanliness in the room was not as good as in previous visits. The floor around the toilet had ground in dirt and there was a large patch of dirty hand marks at the handle area of the bathroom door. Both could/should have been rectified with a proper clean. We would go back if the cleanliness improved.

VERY NICE HOTEL BUT THE ROOM WE GOT WOULD NEED TO BE UPDATED ESPECIALLY THE BATHROOM.VERY TIRED IN MANY WAYS.WHO USES A SHOWER CURTAIN OVER THE SHOWER THESE DAYS WHICH ONLY COMES HALFWAY ACROSS MEANING YOU CAN NOT SHOWER. I THINK FOR THE PRICE OF HOTEL AN UPGREAD WOULD BE APPROPRIATE .THE FOOD IS GOOD AND NICELY SERVED.

Just returned from a lovely weekend break at the Lodge Hotel in Coleraine. As always the staff throughout were friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean.we had breakfast and dinner on both days and everything was very good and there is plenty of choice on the dinner menu. We have stayed here on quite a few occasions and we have never been let down.

No so great experience tbh. We paid £144 for one night incl breakfast and the evening food and breakfast was below par. Staff were ok but for that price we were given a room in the annex building which was very dated, basic and had no water bottles in the room for £144 a night. Won’t be staying again

Stay was lovely and very good price. Unfortunately the view from the room at the rear of the hotel was dreadful, a fence erected on a wall 2 feet away. It made the room feel claustrophobic This was particularly disappointing on a night the hotel was empty. Otherwise pleased with stay and breakfast was lovely with a good selection of both hot and cold food.

The staff in the Lodge Hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was lovely with a huge bed and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic value for money, and the service was excellent. I can highly recommend the hotel for a high standard of service and a great location for the North Coast

Our trip was amazing, staff were friendly and very accommodating, room very clean and spacious, fresh towels and bins emptied every day. Great location, a short walk to train station and town centre, Asda is next door. Very quiet at night time, no banging doors or loud noise, bed very comfortable. We had food in the hotel great deal if you book a table for 5pm onwards, would recommend booking a table on arrival as it's very busy. Breakfast is self-service and has everything you want and plenty of staff if you need anything. Would highly recommend this hotel. Looking forward to staying again.

Good hotel. Check in quick. Rooms big, maybe a little dated but not a problem. Food first class as was service. Stayed two nights location great within 15 minute walk to Coleraine centre and close to ring road and ten minute drive to Portrush. Would go again, however new owners from 1July 2024 so things could change.

Climate control in the rooms was hard; we may have been over the kitchen but couldn’t get cool enough in late September with open windows and despite cool outside temperatures. Not terribly walkable for tourists but otherwise a nice stay!

Another fab stay at the Lodge, which is in a perfect location for exploring north coast. Also lovely to see familiar faces still around despite the hotel having changed ownership. Special request made at time of booking for room with walk in shower accommodated. Enjoyed a delicious evening meal in restaurant - service and food excellent. Breakfast wasn't the usual "help yourself buffet" due to the hotel being quiet, but portions were more than generous and food was well prepared and piping hot. Minor issue with payment for room which was rectified immediately when it was discovered and staff very apologetic.

We were invited to a party and we had ascone and hot chocolate in the afternoon,lovely,then the party was chick curry,lasagne and chicken goujons and trimmings lovely again,then we had lovely breakfast plenty of choice and very good.Our room was lovely,clean and fresh,very comfortable and would definitely be back.thank you to all the staff
