The staff were amazing! My first room the air con was working great and after contacting reception, Bilal came and helped me straight away. Also Andreaa went out of her way to find me a kettle (I am English 😁) so that I could have one for my room and even got me some milk to make a tea for free. Also Iryna the next day was so helpful in directing me to a great pizza joint and also somewhere to watch the World Cup match on the TV. The rooms were great and very clean too

This place was a wonderful surprise. First, although the location is a little ways from the town center, the hotel is right on the #11 bus line, so you can make it to the train station in about 15 min. Also, it is just minutes from the airport, which is fantastic. The staff rocks, and the two ladies at the front desk were particularly helpful. All things considered, this hotel was a real gem
