Despite being beautifully presented our room did not have a window. The door had a latch to leave open but this opened into the car park and also had a very bright safety light outside. Would stay again in a cheaper room with a window.

Such a lovely place to stay with welcoming staff and very comfortable rooms. It's a quiet location, but this does mean that there isn't much around apart from the hotel. The bathroom was very nice indeed - fantastic walk in shower, bath, high end products - much appreciated. Breakfast was good and plentiful. My only complaint is that in the restaurant the wine list is not great and very expensive - they would do well to stock a few more affordable house wines to have with the food. Overall, a great experience and set us up well for the Green Man festival nearby!

Great bar staff, friendly and helpful Food was tasty, risotto personally would have preferred different sun dried tomatoes Rooms well decorated, comfy and clean, did think the rooms were in the main inn rather than a separate block in the car park, and missed that there was no aircon
