Room was lovely and cosy. It was well serviced

The room was lovely and clean plus they had put heating on which was a bonus on wet cold day. Disappointed the shower in our room would not work so had to use the bath not ideal when you like a morning shower. Very nice room not in main building but lovely Christmas wreath on door , Dyson hairdryer and room fan plus lovely selection of teas coffee and hot chocolate available. Only gripe is the pillows they are fluffy feather ones and are useless in my opinion. Had a meal in restaurant it was lovely the 3 young men were very processional, attentive and pleasant they did a great job working under a lady who must have been the manager who was also a great hostess we would definitely return. It’s quiet and out of the way but lovely place for a 1 night break. The food was beautiful only fault we didn’t enjoy the bread it was dry and crumbly as if it had been frozen but the meal and dessert were perfect.

Nice small boutique hotel experience. Friendly and accommodating staff, and good restaurant and buffet breakfast. Rooms not very soundproof.

A lovely find - this place had fabulous rooms,friendly staff and great food. The location was gorgeous and quiet .
