Beach was immaculate with a wonderful view. Staff was extremely attentive and polite. Bartender Jay and waitress Arianne were standouts. Pool is massive and restaurants provided excellent food. Would stay again.

Absolutely beautiful property. One of the three resorts on station 0. Very courteous and friendly staff. Friday and Saturday night live shows. Dining options are limited, similar to Crimson. Breakfast buffet is escellent.

Incredible experience top to bottom for my entire family! From my 3 kids under the age of 9 and the 3 adults, we were all blown away by the beauty of the property, the private beach access, the amenities (gym, pool), the spa, the kid’s center, the activities, the photo ops, and wow, the FOOD! Most importantly, the professionalism and kindness of every single worker on the campus was exceptional. We definitely plan to return. Thank you Movenpick!

Extrem freundliche Servicekräfte. Der Pool ist schön und groß. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Der Strand hat einen sehr feinen Sand. Das einzig nicht so gute waren die Sonnenliegen die nicht verstellbar sind. Man kann nicht auf dem Bauch liegen.

Staff are very attentive. They escort you to your room. What I like the most is the private beach. Quiet and clean. We have a private event at the garden. Hats off to Hiro the event coordinator. The great staff myjie and nick. Everything at the event was a success. I would not have it anywhere else. Thank you.

Highlights of our stay at the resort. 1. The amenities were great. The resort took care of everything including pick up and drop off at the airport - for a modest fee, of course. This service really impressed me. Did not have to line up to pay for all the govt fees and terminal fees at the port and they have their own boat that takes you from their welcome center to the port in Boracay. Something that would probably make this better is to have their boat drop us off at the resort itself. 2. The staff are all wonderful and respectfully and very courteous. 3. The beach is so clean. We went in March and the waves were choppy but otherwise, still ok. I like that it is private - you don't see vendors trying to sell you stuff when you are relaxing on the beach. 4. The breakfast buffet was really great. So much food and felt like always overeating. Free chocolate hour was good too. Maybe this is asking too much but wished they served free coffee though - although you could still order it and pay separately. 5. Free shuttle to dmall. Since the hotel is in Station 0, it is quite a ways from Dmall which is at Station 2. So getting a free shuttle at certain times is a plus.

The staff were are so nice ! The breakfast buffet and chocolate happy hour was great! & they had a buy one get one happy hour cocktails. (My friends loved it ) I wish I had more time to stay there longer next time, I didn’t get to use the pool or hang out by the beach.

1) Movenpick has a wider stretch of beach than its neighbors, Crimson and Shangri-la. 2) Should include activities for guests 3) Nice to enjoy free shuttle to D'Mall or downtown, adding more times to shuttle guests would be appreciated 4) Overall, Movenpick is a great place in Boracay, away from the very busy part of the island. Will book this again next time.

1. Was locked out of room due to room keys not working, had multiple staff come & go unable to fix took almost 30 mins for someone to finally come to reset the door 2. Room fridge was broken, again had to wait so long for it to be fixed ended up having to leave the room/resort for the night and leave the repairmen in the room themselves 3. Water sports hire - double kayaks were all “broken” and there were no crystal kayaks available either 4. House keeping extremely slow & incompetent, took 35mins one night when something was requested, after 30 mins someone came to room to pick up items (what was there to pick up?!) I was still waiting on what was requested, I had to send them back to bring me what I asked for (a simple plate, knife & fork) 5. Had to call housekeeping every evening because they had either missed providing new face towels, hand towels, or refilling room shower gel 6. Free shuttle times were very irregular (e.g. 1030am, 230pm, 315pm, 830pm) and would get booked out as there wasnt enough times to fit all resort guests therefore it was very inconvenient 7. Chocolate hour was nice however was expecting good quality and tasting chocolates and desserts given its Movenpick, however everything tasted super average we didn’t even want to finish the sweets and didnt bother going back. Tried brazza restaurant another time as well and the flavour was just poor so didn’t eat at the resort again. 8. “Fun pub” did not have anything in there besides billiard

The room was not particularly pleasant, but the rest of the experience was acceptable. When I entered the room, I found a fly on the hand towel in the bathroom and a small spider in the bed, which was somewhat off-putting. The packed breakfast, which included ham and cheese sandwich, was satisfying, except for the tuna sandwich. The service at the bar by the pool was excellent. The food and service provided by room service were outstanding, and the lady who took the order was impressive, providing me with various options. Additionally, I booked private transportation through the hotel, which was of the highest quality.

The staff at Mövenpick are lovely and accommodating. The room is standard. The common areas are a bit dated and for the price point would have expected a higher standard of quality. The service at the checkin/checkout and the spa areas were great. The restaurants seemed to be understaffed and the quality of food was not at the level we expected of a resort of this calibre.

Really enjoyed the resort pool area. Scenic and picturesque view overlooking beach from the bar and pool. Their private beach is so much more relaxing compared to overcrowded station 1 & 2 beach area. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Rooms were large, clean and nice balcony. The service and friendliness of staff is exceptional. Disappointed by the the lunch and dinner food as well as the quality of cocktails during happy hour. Aside from the breakfast buffet we were expecting better quality food and drinks for the money they charge.

There was a minor inconvenience at check-in as the staff on site was overwhelmed with a large number of guests checking in at the same time, but they handled it with class! I commend Ish at the reception desk and the manager in duty, Jofed Fontanilla, for their hospitality, class and very helpful assistance. The staff was very nice, courteous and charming. Our room was clean, as was the hotel site, and the shuttle service to town is very well run. I strongly recommend this charming resort.

We spent 5 nights and we enjoyed a lot. Facilities were good and always clean, it was very convenient to have their own beach which was great. I have to highlight the staff was amazing, always smiling, saying hello, asking if something needed..this makes your stay a difference. Definitely recommend staying at this Resort.

Rooms are spacious and clean, however the fridge is empty, they leave a one liter of a bottle water for you which won't fit to the fridge so u can't have cold water unless u ask ice from the roomservice. Only brandless ground coffee is available in the room. For amenities like slippers, bath rope you have to ask. The ac unit is literally the balcony, so if you want to sit down and enjoy your balcony, u will be listening to the noise of the ac unit and bare the heat coming out of it. The hotel is somehow always noisy because of the kids or the noise of the genny. Food selection is alrite, service is fine, friendly and smiley staff members. Check-in and check out were smooth, we have been offered early breakfast because we were checking out around 5.00 a.m., but somehow, they forgot about it in the morning. I would not recommend any of the cocktails. Go for straight liquor or wine. There were a lot of kids during our stay, and they spent most of their time in the pool. Even at night, which means if you want to have dinner by the pool, they swim by u and splash, or their water ball can easily hit you or your food. There is nothing around in the walking distance, but the hotel offers regular bus service to the center. We also used their service to the airport, more logical than anything u might arrange online. Rooms are spacious and clean, however the fridge is empty, they leave a one liter of a bottle water for you which won't fit to the fridge so u can't have cold water unless u ask ice from the roomservice. Only brandless ground coffee is available in the room. For amenities like slippers, bath rope you have to ask. The ac unit is literally the balcony, so if you want to sit down and enjoy your balcony, u will be listening to the noise of the ac unit and bare the heat coming out of it. The hotel is somehow always noisy because of the kids or the noise of the genny. Food selection is alrite, service is fine, friendly and smiley staff members. Check-in and check out were smooth, we have been offered early breakfast because we were checking out around 5.00 a.m., but somehow, they forgot about it in the morning. I would not recommend any of the cocktails. Go for straight liquor or wine. There were a lot of kids during our stay, and they spent most of their time in the pool. Even at night, which means if you want to have dinner by the pool, they swim by u and splash, or their water ball can easily hit you or your food. There is nothing around in the walking distance, but the hotel offers regular bus service to the center. We also used their service to the airport, more logical than anything u might arrange online. If you are thinking of this place as a luxury resort, please don't. This is a regular resort. For luxury, try shangri-la next door.

Really enjoyed my stay. Beach is amazing. Pool is amazing. Breakfast is great. Staff is super nice. SPA was very relaxing. Various options to get to the hotel. Rooms are a little bit outdated but tbh it’s perfect just to sleep and shower..:)

Bedroom walls are paper thin so you’ll hear people talking and moving around in the rooms next door or corridor. Constantly waking up in the morning by other guests. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re a couple looking for a place to stay in Boracay!

Das Zimmer (Prime King) war eigentlich sehr gut. Leider parkierten die wartenden Shuttle Busse mit laufendem Motor direkt unter unserem Balkon. Die ständigen Abgase und der Lärm waren echt störend. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel. Vorallem die zahlreichen Bäume wirkten auf uns, als ob wir im Dschungel zuhause wären. Auch der Strand ist wirklich toll.

Resort is wonderful, room was very clean and had plenty of amenities. The only grip was the bed frame was a bit unbalanced so whenever you sat down the frame would creak and pound the floor.

1. Was locked out of room due to room keys not working, had multiple staff come & go unable to fix took almost 30 mins for someone to finally come to reset the door 2. Room fridge was broken, again had to wait so long for it to be fixed ended up having to leave the room/resort for the night and leave the repairmen in the room themselves 3. Water sports hire - double kayaks were all “broken” and there were no crystal kayaks available either 4. House keeping extremely slow & incompetent, took 35mins one night when something was requested, after 30 mins someone came to room to pick up items (what was there to pick up?!) I was still waiting on what was requested, I had to send them back to bring me what I asked for (a simple plate, knife & fork) 5. Had to call housekeeping every evening because they had either missed providing new face towels, hand towels, or refilling room shower gel 6. Free shuttle times were very irregular (e.g. 1030am, 230pm, 315pm, 830pm) and would get booked out as there wasnt enough times to fit all resort guests therefore it was very inconvenient 7. Chocolate hour was nice however was expecting good quality and tasting chocolates and desserts given its Movenpick, however everything tasted super average we didn’t even want to finish the sweets and didnt bother going back. Tried brazza restaurant another time as well and the flavour was just poor so didn’t eat at the resort again. 8. “Fun pub” did not have anything in there besides billiard

Overall it was a good stay, with a great location right on the beach. The kids club and the beach club bar was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, probably just overwhelmed at times such as at the breakfast buffet and reception. There was a Phizer conference on at the resort which took over a fair bit of the resort and was fairly loud. I found the overall interactions with the front office not great. When we arrived it was certainly chaotic. We got to a checkin person we were told that the room when had chosen for our family of three wasn’t really suitable, and that we needed to upgrade from our twin room. I found the staff more focused on selling upgrades or the Accor club than helping up understand the resort and its facilities. Checkout was worse. We called to get our bags picked up an hour out and let them know when we needed them collected. We went to checkout as was asked to queue, which had us waiting 30mins to checkout. Frustratingly the checkout queue wasn’t monitored and people pushed or jumped the queue. After waiting 30mins we needed to go and our bags had not arrived, which meant my wife had to go back to the room to collect them. After being told I couldn’t leave without a “bag tag”, they finally checked us out which took 2 mins. I didn’t think paying for snorkeling or any board activities made sense at a 5 star resort. Staff were mostly great,

Staff are very attentive. They escort you to your room. What I like the most is the private beach. Quiet and clean. We have a private event at the garden. Hats off to Hiro the event coordinator. There was a minor inconvenience at check-in as the staff on site was overwhelmed with a large number of guests checking in at the same time, but they handled it with class! I commend Ish at the reception desk and the manager in duty, Jofed Fontanilla, for their hospitality, class and very helpful assistance. The staff was very nice, courteous and charming. Our room was clean, as was the hotel site, and the shuttle service to town is very well run. I strongly recommend this charming resort.

Staff was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Being in the pi you must understand a few things. There’s near or around might not be what you expect. It doesn’t bother us as we are regulars traveling to the pi. Area at entrance to the hotel is under heavy construction and nearly closed off. If you want seclusion, this is the hotel for you. Breakfast was awesome and beach was clean. The staff took a lot of pride in maintaining and showcasing the natural tropical beauty. The pool was amazing. Did I mention the staff? lol. I really can’t say enough about them. They made our stay amazing!!

We were staying at a hotel in the White Beach area but after getting tired of the noise in and around the hotel, we decided to stay at Movenpick for the last four days of our vacation in Boracay (even though we still paid for the remaining nights at our original hotel). The breakfast selection was average, but after our dissatisfaction with the in-room service dinners, we went back to our hotel at White Beach to have dinners for last 2 nights, where the open buffet had a much richer selection and tastier food. Overall it is a great quiet hotel with a fantastic private beach and beautiful sunsets. However I would suggest keeping your food quality expectations lower than what you would expect from an average Movenpick.

The property, including the beach was lovely. It was a relaxing area. Getting tuk tuks was not always easy. sometimes coming back, tuk tuks did not want to take us later at night because they wouldn't get fares back into town.

All staff that we encountered were very courteous and helpful/accomodating. Due to construction in the area, the road leading to the resort looked uninviting, took out the welcome wow factor of this beautiful resort.

They have free shuttle to the main part of town, otherwise you're kind of secluded. Lots of seating in hidden corners. Overall Boracay is more expensive than the other islands. I would say this place is on the higher end. But it comes with quality so it's worth it.

What is not to like? This property was amazing. Close enough to town that you feel everything is nearby. Far away enough that you feel peace and quiet. The restaurants were good. The staff was amazing. The wifi was fast. We did the breakfast package. Best decision I made. Totally worth the cost not only because of the convenience but because it was delicious and had so many choices. Never got tired of the food. The resort has a happy hour from 4-6 pm, buy one get one free drink. The chocolate hour is included to satisfy your sweet tooth. The wood fired pizzas poolside. OMG. I will come back here again!

LIKE: Beautiful beach, long white sand shore. Clean and clear water beach. Beautiful properly. Large swimming pool.very spacious room with balcony.very friendly staff, eager to assist. Provide shuttle bus to / from Dmaill. DISLIKE: Only 2 restaurants on the property, foods were not that good. No other restaurants and shop nearby.

This property exceeded ALL MY Expectations!! But as I’m sure most of us make a reservation and hope for the best! Please feel free to make your reservation and start to relax!! You will not be disappointed!!! From check-In to check-out the hospitality was wonderful. The spa packages were perfect your masseuse’s hands literally melt into your body! My suggestion would be upon your arrival take full advantage of The Spa and the spa amenities from beginning to end!!! The Food…The Brezza Pizza is Amazing!! As were the Breakfast.

1. Was locked out of room due to room keys not working, had multiple staff come & go unable to fix took almost 30 mins for someone to finally come to reset the door 2. Room fridge was broken, again had to wait so long for it to be fixed ended up having to leave the room/resort for the night and leave the repairmen in the room themselves 3. Water sports hire - double kayaks were all “broken” and there were no crystal kayaks available either 4. House keeping extremely slow & incompetent, took 35mins one night when something was requested, after 30 mins someone came to room to pick up items (what was there to pick up?!) I was still waiting on what was requested, I had to send them back to bring me what I asked for (a simple plate, knife & fork) 5. Had to call housekeeping every evening because they had either missed providing new face towels, hand towels, or refilling room shower gel 6. Free shuttle times were very irregular (e.g. 1030am, 230pm, 315pm, 830pm) and would get booked out as there wasnt enough times to fit all resort guests therefore it was very inconvenient 7. Chocolate hour was nice however was expecting good quality and tasting chocolates and desserts given its Movenpick, however everything tasted super average we didn’t even want to finish the sweets and didnt bother going back. Tried brazza restaurant another time as well and the flavour was just poor so didn’t eat at the resort again. 8. “Fun pub” did not have anything in there besides billiard

Very clean room with a great view. Great breakfast selection for everyone. Staff were extremely friendly, courteous and polite. Daniel greeted us upon arrival and made our stay a very enjoyable experience.

Staying at Mövenpick was the best decision! From the incredibly attentive staff and the fantastic daily breakfast buffet to the serene, private beach, everything was top-tier. I also really enjoyed spending time at their café. A perfect getaway—I can't wait to come back!
